Lujoso y espacioso, dos dormitorios, dos baños, con terraza, con vistas al campo de golf en el Waikoloa Beach Resort. Hace completadas apenas dos años el condominio cuenta con una cocina de diseño moderno, un dormitorio principal privado y baño en suite, 2 camas individuales en el segundo dormitorio con baño de invitados adyacente (dos camas individuales se pueden convertir en una cama de matrimonio), y un plan de amplio salón abierto y comedor, que fluye a través de la terraza. Salón también incluye un sofá cama de espuma de memoria. Diseñador amueblada con mobiliario de gama alta de todo incluido en el precio. Lanai tiene una nueva parrilla de la marca que sustituyó a la unidad más antigua. Incredible!!

Unit is great, clean and quiet. Everything we could have needed was there.. plus some. It’s a bit of a walk to pool but worth it! The amenities at pool are top notch. The gym is often full in the mornings, but the beautiful walk to get there should count while on vacation! Having the restaurant and bar on site at the pool is so convenient …..some days… no reason to even think about leaving.

May Vacation

This was an ideal west coast location. Easy to find and close to airport (30 min drive). Home was as described. Lovely view of ocean from pool area. Home very clean and well stocked with beach toys and other sports equipment. Great vacation home! Mahalo Michelle!

Great Family Holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The property is in a great location to visit many of the beautiful beaches in the area. The property grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept. The condo had good space for our family of five, and it is well stocked, beach chairs, coolers and lots of beach toys. A full spice rack, dishwasher and washing machine pods. The bathroom set up is efficient and lots of closet space. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only downfall is the $25 a day fee for the beach club. The beach club is nice but children are not very warmly welcomed. Lots of rules, kids can’t be in the pool without being constantly reprimanded. It would be nice to have to the choice of the beach club. Most days we did not go there due to the strict rules.

This was our 3rd stay in this development

This unit was a disappointment as well as the property management responses to our issues. The twin mattress’s in the second bedroom are shot and need to be replaced. Remedies that management tried of placing boards between box springs, putting the twins together as a king then lastly, replacing with a queen mattress and leaving exposed and dangerous edges did not fix the problem. Bedding including pillows are worn and stained as well as all upholstered furniture. While we will return to Hali Kai next year, we will make sure not to choose this unit or property management provider

It is central to all the beaches we enjoy along with the King & Queen's Shopping Centers. We took family photos at the pool overlooking the ocean at sunset. Great time.

Great vacation spot!

The place is very clean and has everything you might need - coffee grinder, mixer, blender, beach accessories, umbrella, chairs, fun toys for kids to name only some. And my spouse loved the outdoor space.

The furniture is very outdated . The worst thing was the A/C the temperature for some unknown reason would change all the time!! Had to pay a resort fee of $25 a day even for the day you check out by 11:00am. Th ladies at this office were very unfriendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are exactly how the unit is but the unit looks way better in person. The unit was very clean and well maintained. I would suggest updating the shower fixture in the secondary bathroom because it was very hard to turn on and would make whining sound. We got quick and easy responses from the property manager. I would recommend staying here if you like quiet, nature, privacy, cleanliness, and need a well equipped kitchen, games, and private BBQ. I did not care for the restaurant. The menu was limited (chef sick) but we still had to pay full price for the resort fees. The pool was beautiful but we never got the chance to use it. I recommend walking the ocean view trail accessible from the property.

Fantastic getaway!

What a wonderful property! It was everything advertised and more! The unit itself is beautiful and the complex is quiet and peaceful. In addition to all of the usual condo amenities, the unit was well stocked with everything we needed for long days at the beach - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels, etc. you name it - it was there! The foosball coffee table and the PS4 made our 12-year old very happy. Communication with the property management team was easy and they were super responsive. It was the perfect place for our vacation. The only downside is that the pool at the property is not particularly kid-friendly. But there are multiple beaches within a short drive so we utilized those. Would definitely return!

Not Bad

Great, clean unit within Hali'i Kai. Ocean Club has great food and drinks that can be enjoyed while overlooking the ocean. Lanai and living room furniture is not comfortable. There is a new BBQ on the lanai, but be prepared for very smoky conditions when using the BBQ.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in this property for a month and found it to be clean and in good condition. Air conditioning was preset at 75 and 78 degrees which we found to be unacceptable. Although Kohala Management/owner agreed to send out technician to check and reset unit, it did not clear for long. Feel that potential AC costs should be built into rental costs and renters not be expected to "put up" with uncomfortable temperatures. Outdoor furniture not very comfortable or set up for dining, guests wanting to eat outside would have to hold their plates as coffee table was extremely low to do that.

Nice Property

This is a very nice property with many amenities. The Ocean Club, with food, pool, fitness center and bar is great and wonderful for sunsets. The unit has beach chairs, umbrella, some snorkel gear, a washer/dryer and a grill. All of which were really appreciated. Nice location and convenient to golf and a short drive to a couple beaches.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! Condo has everything you need with lots of amenities for the beach and pool. The beds we’re comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. My only complaint is you have to pay to use the pool. I should’ve read the fine print a little better. And because there’s a bar and restaurant at the pool, you are prohibited from bringing your own drinks. Being able to bring our own food and drink is a part of the reason why we prefer staying in a house or condo vs a resort. The fee to use the pool is $20/day. I was charged the entire week even though we only used the pool twice. Apparently there isn’t an option to pay by the day. Other than that, the condo and property are beautiful and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Charming Location!

My wife and I were very impressed with Unit 2B. The pictures on the VRBO website do not quite convey how comfortable the villa truly is. The available beach gear and other accommodations were very thoughtful. The notebook filled with instructions on how to use every electronic item in Unit 2B was a nice touch. Strongly recommend this villa to anyone who needs a quiet place to escape to for a vacation.

Michelle, the property manager, was very helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. The place was nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. We didn't mind the 5 -7 minute walk to the pool area, though did drive a few times during the heat. We loved the sand bottomed hot tub & having dinner by the pool, watching the amazing sunsets. We also appreciated the comfortable beach chairs & snorkel gear. The only issue was that the outdoor furniture wasn't too comfortable. Though overall, a great place to stay!

Unexpected surprise

We had to extend our stay in Hawaii and booked this condo last minute and we’re pleasantly surprised. This unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make for an enjoyable week. The pool views were spectacular and it was nice to have a restaurant and bar nearby. Sunsets were amazing. Really loved this property. Mahalo.

Reviewer Comments: Hali’i Kai is a very nice condo community... well maintained landscaping, great location, lovely pool area with a grill and poolside service (servers were great), and very quiet. Our unit (2B) was nice... clean, convenient. This unit was advertised as having a golf course view, however, that view was totally obscured by a dense row of trees and messy shrubbery, so that was disappointing. It was nice to have a covered parking spot.
