Fantastic Property

Wonderful property - really spacious. We had a great stay here - really enjoyed the property, pool and garden. It's much better and better than it looks from the photos. Sean was great at communication and everything was trouble free. Thanks a lot!

A pleasure to stay there

We spent our holidays with 4 adults and 2 kids in this lovely villa and really enjoyed our time in Portiragnes. It's a short way to the beach by car, easy to buy food nearby and in the evening you can relax at the pool, enjoy the trampoline and absolutely enjoy the silence! Very well located and good equipped villa, we can recommend this house especially for families with kids. Thanks a lot Sean for the friendly contact!

Nice holyday in Portiganes mid May

We have stayed for 1 week in this villa with 2 couples and 1 child. Because it was already mid May and good weather, we have used the pool plenty. For the little one there was also the trampoline and not far from the villa there is also a public playground with was nicely maintained. The little village was not far by foot and there where all the basic shops we needed. We have made also a lot of visits in the region (Agde, Berzier, Vias, Pézenas,…) and ofcourse to the sea. In Vias we rented some bikes and have made serveral nice trips even on and off road (the off road was nicely indicated and there were several circuits). We have enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all who like a holyday with luxury and nature.

Outstanding

One of the friendliest and most helpful owners. The house doesn’t disappoint at all, if anything the photos don’t do it justice. Great location, 10 minute drive from our favourite beach in the area. Really good town, restaurants, bars, shops etc. Very well appointed property, with everything you could want. Honestly I cannot fault this stay in any way at all. Definitely going to be going back again

Lovely spacious villa for 6

Spacious villa close to nearby beach and town centre. Lovely pool suitable for all ages (thoroughly enjoyed by our three children aged 11, 14 and 16). Fantastic views of the countryside from the BBQ area. Bikes provided to explore and area which was good fun. Very relaxing week!

Peaceful location with great views

We had a lovely stay - party of 4 adults and 2 children. The villa was clean and well equipped. Lovely pool. Kids loved the trampoline. Made use of the bbq most evenings to enjoy the panoramic views. It is close to the local coop wine cave and around a ten minute walk downhill to the village with its small supermarket, boulangerie and pharmacy. Local restaurants were also good. Incredibly convenient for Bezier airport, but still very quiet and peaceful. The bikes were great for having a pleasant ride along the Canal Du Midi to the local beach (which could also be reached by a short bus ride). Hopefully we will get back soon!

Großzügiges Haus mit spektakulärer Aussicht

Perfekte Lage zwischen Meer, Weinfeldern und Canal du Midi am ruhigen Ortsrand von Portiragnes. Sehr netter Vermieter, gute und schnelle Kommunikation. Sehr kinderfreundlich (Trampolin, Rutschbahn, Strandspielzeug, geschützte Hofsituation), gut geeignet für Familienurlaube. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Mobiliar ist teilweise leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Haus und Garten täten mehr Pflege gut. Daher nur 4 Sterne. Trotzdem hatten wir sehr erholsame Ferien und würden wiederkommen.

Sehr gut eingerichtete Villa an ruhiger Lage

Auf Schritt und Tritt bemerkt man, dass auch der Eingentümer selbst hier seine Ferien verbringt. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Das Haus steht in einem grosszügigen Garten und bietet Aussicht auf die weite Landschaft. Die Schlafzimer befinden sich im ersten Stock. Der nahe Flughafen Béziers stört überhaupt nicht. Besonders haben wir die Velotouren entlang des Canal du Midi und durch das Feuchtgebiet "Grande Maïre" genossen. Dank der Gartenanlage und diversen Spielsachen für innen und aussen (u. a. Trampolin) dürften sich auch Kinder hier wohlfühlen.

Pleasant villa with nice pool

The villa itself is spacious and has got everything you need, although it could need some refurbishing. The pool area however, is very nice, and it is a luxury to have it all to yourself. The villa is nicely located in the outskirts of the small, charming village Portiragnes. The borders of the Canal du Midi were excellent for our running sessions, and by car we could easily reach for example racket courts in Cap d´Agde or shopping in Béziers. If returning to this area, we would consider renting the villa again.

Fantastic in every way!

We would like to share that we have just returned from the most fantastic 2 week holiday to this villa. We have 3 young girls and it was just perfect. Totally private and yet we could walk to the village which was just lovely and had everything you need. The villa was spacious and so well equipped and beautifully looked after. The pool was used every single day and was gorgeous. The electric shutters and air con were of huge benefit. We loved the 2 different eating areas. One in the sun with views out from the villa and one shaded by the pool. The bedrooms were large and spacious and we found the outdoor shower etc so useful. We particularly loved Portiragnes Plage as a small, family resort with beautiful beach and great restaurants, it was only 5 min drive away and we went most days. We explored Beziers, Carcassonne and Cap D'Agde and loved all. The food, wine, cheese etc were all divine and people so friendly and helpful. Just as an extra note we travelled from london direct to avignon on the eurostar and loved it - super experience all round and will definitely return. Thank you Sean.

Superbes vacances en famille

Bien située, mais à l'écart des hordes de vacanciers, cette maison est spacieuse, propre, dotée d'une superbe piscine très bien entretenue et d'un jardin à la même image. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et réactif, et fait tout pour que ses locataires passent de belles vacances. C'est une adresse à retenir. Encore merci à Sean.

Une semaine à 7 magnifique....

Dans un quartier calme non loin des commerces et de la plage. C'est la maison idéale pour les vacances en famille. Durant cette semaine de fortes chaleurs, nous avons apprécié les 3 grandes chambres climatisées , la piscine, et la terrasse couverte, le barbecue le soir sur l'autre terrasse avec sa vue splendide sur l'arrière pays. le wifi à fait la joie des ados..... Le jardin est beau et bien entretenu, Sean, le propriétaire sympathique est joignable en cas de problème, et met dans la maison à notre disposition tout un panel de documentation sur la région. Bref une semaine magnifique. Margot Belgique

We enjoyed the nice villa. The garden was verry nice. The pool the trampoline, our children enjoyed the whole week.. The garden and the vieuw was also verry nice.. and the beds are verry comfortable.. If it was possible we would stay there for ever☺

Lovely villa

This villa had all the amenities we needed to have a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Our two teenage children loved the pool and of course, wifi. It was lovely having a bbq every evening looking out on fantastic views. Large bedrooms with air conditioning was also very much appreciated. The villa is in easy reach of two very convenient supermarkets. For places to visit, we would recommend Carcassonne and Montpellier. Hope to come back again.

une villa tout confort idéale pour les vacances

dans un quartier plein de charme, cette villa idéalement placée en vue panoramique sur la plaine de BEZIERS et les premiers contreforts offre à la fois la tranquillité et tous les atouts pour une famille en vacances: - confort d'une grande salle de séjour idéale pour vivre en famille des heures de détente. - des chambres à l'étage climatisées et bien isolées favorisant le repos et la récupération; - des espaces de détente très appréciés de toute la famille: trampoline, piscine, espaces repas extérieurs, magnifique jardin.... - un voisinage sans nuisance; et bien sûr tout le charme d'un petit village typique de cette côte, capable de satisfaire sans délai vos besoins immédiats: commerces de proximité, services,.... Pour les loisirs la mer est à 3km, et la cote accessible même aux périodes les plus chargées vous offre une variété de loisirs et ce centres d'intérêts. Bref...cette location a répondu idéalement à toutes nos attentes, et je rajouterais aspect non négligeable que les contacts avec le propriétaire ont été d'une grande aide, et courtoisie, pour préparer les vacances. Tout a été mis en œuvre pour nous faciliter les choses et répondre à nos attentes. Je ne peux que recommander cette villa....et ses propriétaires.

An excellent holiday

This is a really good villa. Wonderful location and fantastic views. You can walk into village and an easy 10 minute drive to a good beach. Other beaches not far away. Really well equipped and comfortable villa with a lovely pool. Will definitely return. A great area with plenty to do.

Magnifique !!

Nous y sommes restés 1 semaine (en couple avec une bébé) et nous confirmons tous les commentaires si élogieux : la maison est très bien agencée, très confortable, très propre. La vue est très belle et l'endroit est très calme... Un gros atout de Portiragnes est le fait que le village soit très bien situé : tout près de Pezenas, Narbonne, Beziers, du Cap d'Agde ... N'hésitez absolument pas !!

Lovely holiday villa

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Portiragnes. The villa was lovely very easy to reach from Bezier airport . 3 huge bedrooms with very comfy beds. A great pool and fitted out comfortably for 6 people. The area has many attractions and we would recommend Sete and Villas Plage .Highly recommended . Thank you Sean

Everything You Need For a Fantastic Holiday

We have had a fantastic break at this villa. It has everything you could possibly need from the lovely pool, great accomodation and the luxury of air conditioning to ensure a good nights sleep. All was clean and tidy on our arrival and all the preceding communications and transactions with the owner were quick and all our questions answered almost immediately. We were lucky to have beautiful whether which together with this villa made our holiday so thank you Sean. Would recommend this villa anytime.

Maginifique villa!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cette superbe villa qui dispose de tout le comfort moderne (tv, internet, air conditionné, lave vaisselle etc...). Pas très loin de la plage et des centres de curiosité de la région, elle est idéalement située. La villa est peu en retrait de la route et offre donc un calme et une intimité appréciable. Le propiétaire est extrêmement sympatique et vous fournira tous les renseignements nécessaires pour que vous passiez un bon moment dans sa villa. La piscine est nettoyée régulièrement et de dimension correcte (pour 5 personnes). Enfin, les enfants ont bien apprécié l'immense trempoline qui! se trouve à l'arrière de la villa et nous avons pu faire de super barbecue sur la 2e terrasse qui offre une très belle vue. Bref ... un régal!

Lovely in April

My wife and I, and our 8 year old boy and 5 year old girl, had a lovely week's break in this property. As we took the break in April the weather was not pool-weather or beach-weather but nonetheless the children had plently of fun outside in the garden and on the trampoline. The villa is fully equipped, has plenty of room and is modern, warm and comfortable. We would have no hesitation in returning. A Dublin based family.“

Une belle maison dans un bel endroit !

Nous rentrons de notre deuxième séjour dans cette maison et nous sommes toujours aussi enthousiastes ! C'est une maison accueillante,confortable,très agréable à vivre et on s'y sent bien. Tout est là pour simplifier la vie en vacances, elle est bien conçue, pratique, fonctionnelle, et facile d'entretien. La piscine est grande et toujours très propre, quelqu'un vient régulièrement s'en occuper. On peut aussi s'installer dans le beau jardin qui entoure la maison . Bien sûr,on peut manger dehors, tout est prévu, près de la piscine ou à l'arrière de la maison qui bénéficie d'une vue extraordinaire sur toute la région. Le quartier est très calme. Enfin on est dans un joli village où les marchés sont pittoresques et tout près de la mer et d'une grande plage de sable fin.
