Recientemente renovado, muy bien decorado, primera unidad de final piso con buenas vistas de la piscina y el océano. Otras caracter����sticas incluyen: acceso directo a la playa y a la piscina desde el porche amueblado de mimbre, cocina totalmente equipada y recientemente renovada, tres televisores por cable, WiFi, DVD. Plan de piso grande y abierto, muy luminoso y bien ventilado, a pocos pasos del campo de golf. Dos sillas de playa y juguetes de playa. Ropa de cama incluida. No Fumar. Sin mascotas.

This unit is in an excellent location in proximity to the pool and beach access. We love being able to walk right out onto the lawn and being steps from the pool. Easy access to the beach too.

Wild Dunes vacation

We have stayed at Wild Dunes many times and had another great week. Perfect weather. The condo was nice and well stocked. Very close to the beach and pool, we would definitely reserve again.

Great location

Best location ever! We were on bottom floor and we were just a few steps to the pool! The beach was also near! Great place for no more than 4 peeps! It’s just what we needed!!

Charleston Getaway 2023

We absolutely loved this rental!!! It was well stocked with pots and pans if you desired to cook. Loved the screened in back porch to listen to and see beach waves. We look forward to returning soon. Thank you so much!!

We’ve stayed at the Tidewater twice. We came back since it is on the beach and has wonderful views of the sunset. We also enjoy going to the pool. There is a washer and dryer in the condo which is a big plus. We loved the furniture and decor of the property. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely come back to this property.

Wonderful Property

This property was amazing! Comfortable vibe, cozy beds, great location. Only challenge was reaching the property managers for frozen pipes. However, this was a very abnormal situation that will likely never occur again. I finally reached them they were great.

I felt the condo could have been cleaner, especially the showers. The washing machine wouldn’t lock so therefore wouldn’t drain. We ended up putting our pack of water bottles on top which made the lid lock in order to complete the wash cycle.

When we reported the problem Island Realty arranged another rental and sent a very nice man to help us move. The new rental, Tidewater I104 was even nicer. We had a very nice stay and appreciated the professionalism of everyone from Island Realty we had contact with.

Great, quiet location on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The proximity to the beach was great. The pool and beach are directly out the door which is perfect for little ones. The check in/out process was easy as well. The kitchen was well stocked and they even had some beach supplies to use! Our only complaints are that the master bed frame was very squeaky and every small movement while sleeping woke us up. Also, while very surface clean, we found lots of trash and dirt behind the couch and under the beds. They just need to clean under the furniture.

Enjoyed our trip, but…

The room with the twin beds was so hot. We weren’t able to get thermostat below 70 to help this matter. Also we could not get the TVs to work - had instructions but would not connect to WiFi to work. Luckily we had beach and pool access but would’ve been nice to wind down at the end of the tv to cool room and TV. Overall still enjoyed the stay, but wouldn’t book here again….

We are so sorry you had difficulties with the internet during your stay. The condo televisions are Smart streaming enabled and also connected to cable boxes. The condo also comes equipped with fans in the closets for those that like to sleep with noise and a breeze. Island Realty is staffed daily with local maintenance technicians, whom would have been more than happy to assist you with the operation, or deliver additional fans. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location and the back porch! Easy access to pool and beach. Condo is spacious, but needs updating. Bed linens are old, mattresses and pillows soft and saggy. Only two towels in both bathrooms so plan to wash frequently or bring your own. If u plan to cook, bring spices and your own knives. The only provide dull steak knives. Be prepared to read because there are notes all over the place regarding use of everything. We would not stay here again despite location.

Thank you for your feedback. The owner did purchase new pillows for the unit recently and we will pass along your feedback to the owner regarding the quality of furnishings. Unfortunately, spices are not provided with rentals and some of the signs in the unit are mandated by the city for various ordinances. Again, we appreciate your taking the time to give us feedback. Week at Tidewater

We have been visiting Port “O” Call for over 40 years and love the accommodations, pool and beach access. Our Tidewater condo was great (clean and everything we needed). The one complaint we have is that we got an email a day before letting us know that our pool would be closed in the afternoon for a owners meeting. We’ll this should have been communicated much earlier and we feel the owner’s disrespected the guest and inconvenienced us up for an hour meeting.... There were only about five of us at the pool and they had plenty of space to have their meeting. Our group felt like we paid for that pool for the week but then suddenly you tell us we can’t use it for 4 hours in the hottest time of the day because 5 “members wanted to talk about their condo”. Not sure if I would ever rent in Tidewater again because of their arrogance!

We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the condo so much. However unfortunate the condo association meeting soured the end of your stay. Island Realty does not manage the Home Owner's Association, and unfortunately did not have control over this meeting schedule. However we do our best to provide notice of any closures as soon as we are made aware.

Beach Week at Wild Dunes

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Location - Oceanside on the first floor. The condo was clean with linens and towels included. There is an issue in the master bath. The owners have upgraded the bath with a large shower, but they did not install a shower door. There is only a very flimsy shower curtain that was placed so high that when we showered, water went everywhere. We had to put towels all over the floor to keep the floor dry. Consequently, I spent lots of time drying towels. In addition, the sheets on the master bed were worn out, so they kept coming off in the middle of the night which was inconvenient. In the other bath, the mechanism for making the temperature hot or cold only worked sporadically. The twin beds in the second bedroom were very uncomfortable with both having a hard mattress. This would be OK for young children, but unacceptable for the two adults who came with us. Finally, we have been staying at Wild Dunes for 20 years, and this is the first time that I have seen so many "don't" notes from the owners posted all over the unit. One even said, "Don't let your children play with the telephone". All of these notes made us feel unwelcome, and I questioned whether or not the owners really wanted to rent this unit. Many of the above issues can be easily fixed with a little time and attention. Although we would rent from Island Realty again, we would not choose this unit.

The issues have been reported to the owner and they have replaced the shower curtain with a longer one to remedy the issue. The remaining issues are being addressed by the owner this off season. These particular owners take great pride in their unit and want their guests to love the unit as much as they do and have a wonderful time in the condo. We hope to see you again soon!
