Beautiful homely stay

We had a great week at C’an Bob and would definitely go back. The house was very homely and the setting was amazing - surrounded by lemon and orange trees with views of the mountains and birds chirping. There is a local co-op within walking distance which sells local produce and Soller is easily accessed by car (about 20 minutes). This is a perfect place to spend time with family / friends in a relaxing setting with a private pool. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Fabulous villa in beautiful surroundings

We had an amazing time at C'an Bob. The villa was very big for our family of 6 plus a baby. Beautiful location, about 15 minutes walk to the centre of Soller or 25 minutes to Fornalutx on the track. Communication with Come was very good and I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to visit again soon.

We had a great time in Cn Bob. The house is absolutly beautifull with stuning mountain views and a nice garden and outdoor seting. The kids loved the pool. The location of the house is perfect starter pont for hiking, cyceling or beach life in Port de Soller. We will defently rebook for our next trip to Soller!

Enjoyed ourselves

Property is located outside of town but we regularly walked in to the square (15 mins). The house was well equipped so we cooked several nights. The garden was great fun exploring all the plants and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Family-Work-Trip

We - 6 adults and 2 babies- had amazing 10 days in Can Bob! The outside area of the house is outstandingly beautiful and the view is stunning. You even have fresh lemons and herbs in the garden. We loved to sit around the table on the terrace and the pool was a sweet refresher. It is also very safe for babies and children as it is separated with a little gate. The house and equipment is also fully fine. It is a 15 minutes walk to Sóller. The area and mountains are breathtaking and there is also a nice walk to the next village Binaraix. Also renting a bike was great! ;) We loved out stay and will come back this year again! ;)

A wonderful villa in beautiful Soller

We had the most wonderful holiday in Ca'n Bob. We love this part of Mallorca and have visited many times this however was our first time staying in Ca'n Bob and we loved it. It is a beautiful villa with everything we could ask for. The villa feels like home and we particularly loved the pool, roof terrace and garden. The owner Come was on hand for any query and communication before and during our stay was excellent. We loved it so much we would love to book again for next year. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Girls trip

We loved the Ca'n Bob. It was absolutely perfect for us. We were a group of 7 gals and only two of us had to share a bed which was no big deal. Otherwise we all slept comfortably in our own beds. The parents of the owner came by one day and they were both very nice and a pleasure to meet. We all hope to return many times. Word of advice, rent a small car or just walk or take the bus where you need to go.

A perfect place to enjoy Mallorca

We stayed at „Can Bob“ as two families with a total of 5kids (age 3months - 8years) and enjoyed our time from the very first moment. The hosts were friendly, flexible and always available via mail . The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood in walking distance to the Center of Soller (perfect for a quick trip to shop or eat ice cream) or as a starting point for hikes (with or without kids). We spent a lot of time in the spacious garden or at the pool and liked the fact, that there was plenty of room for both parties inside. All in all, we highly recommend a stay at this location and would very much like to come back there ourselves

Dream villa in a quiet part of the island

The house is top notch, with many bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely pool (which is in sun pretty much all day) and a fabulous garden. The local area is also stunning: check out the canyon of Binaraix for a somewhat challenging but spectacular walk. The nearby town of Soller is just the right size: charming and with lots of good places to eat, but not overrun by tourists. (For eating also check out Fornalutx which is just about within walking distance, though the walk is steep, and has some nice tapas bars. In general we couldn't recommend it more highly. One other note: the owners suggest getting a smaller car if you rent one and this is definitely good advice, because the road up to the house and the parking is pretty narrow.

Wonderful stay and sad to leave!

We had a lovely holiday at this beautiful traditional Majorcan home. Although classically furnished it had all modern conveniences you could need and comfortable beds. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us as it had 3 good size double bedrooms (and 2 small singles). The absolutely beautiful gardens with private large dining terrace was our favourite spot in the evenings to eat food and wine from the local farm co-operative 5 minutes walk away. Swimming in the pool looking at the stunning views of the mountains made us all very happy indeed. A 20 minute walk through the countryside is the centre of beautiful Soller with lots of restaurants and its only a 10 minute drive to the port.... The road to the house is narrow so a smaller car is advisable but we had no problems. Thanks for a wonderful stay...we'd love to come back some day!

A fabulous week

Six of us stayed at this house last week, my parents, me and my husband and our two boys (8 and 11). We had a fantastic week. The house is lovely and the area around Soller was as beautiful as we remembered. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect week. We particularly enjoyed watching the sun creeping across the valley with our morning coffee. It's an easy 20 minute walk to the main square in Soller and there is a little shop with bread and the basics within 5 minutes walk if you forget anything The road down to the house would be tricky for a large car, we had hired a quashquai and my husband is a confident driver but still found it a little tricky. Don't let that put you off though! We would love to go back one day

C’an Bob 2022 stay

Overall we enjoyed the property’s location and the host(s) we’re very friendly, helpful and responsive. but we were very disappointed with the description of the villa and it’s reality. This made our stay compromised and at times uncomfortable. 1. Rooms The property said it had 5 bedrooms, however 2 of these were very small singles - one extremely small. The one in the cellar linked to the utility room was in our opinion not really a bedroom but an area where a bed was placed - unusable as it was dark, smelt very musty and of the chemicals from the utility room. Not a place any of us would wish to sleep at any time. The smallest single room on the ground floor by the front door, which was a bedroom, was extremely small (tiny) and did not have any air conditioning and wasn’t usable. 2. Air conditioning The property details say all bedrooms have air conditioning (“in every bedrooms and living room”). The ground floor single did not have any air con and was stifling all day and night with the heat. As such it was unusable. As a result of 1 and 2, we had to move the bed from the ground floor single and set up a bedroom in the dining room adjacent to the kitchen (which had air con). Not a great solution but the only one available to us - this resulted in members of our party not being able to access the kitchen at all times as this would wake the person in the makeshift bedroom and it also resulted in poor nights’ sleep for the person staying in there. Given we were a party of 6 adults and we expected 5 bedrooms all with air conditioning, this was not the reality. The temporary nature of a hastily set up bedroom in the dining room and it’s compromise to the kitchen was very disappointing. Sadly, as much as the hosts were friendly and helpful people and the property in a beautiful location, the property was not as described and such we would expect some form of refund for our stay.

Indeed during your stay we have always listened to you and made sure to advise you as well as possible. The house is as described and the photos are authentic. You told us you were 6 adults and you didn't mention any sleeping problem; otherwise we would have asked the staff to separate the beds in the double rooms, which was no problem. Rooms with single beds are advertised as being for children. We are happy to know that you have, despite everything, enjoyed your week in our house and hope that you will come back to the Balearic Islands. Best regards

Wünderschöne Berge

Das Haus ist wunderschön mit Blick auf die Berge gelegen. Der Ausblick von der Dachterasse ist grandios. Das Haus ist riesig und sehr geschmackvoll zum Stil des Hauses eingerichtet. Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuss zu machen. Das Autofahren in Soller ist ein kleines Abenteuer und nichts für schwache Nerven. Der Aufenthalt war großartig.
