🏡La villa Can Sivella Groc de 8.000m2 está situada en el precioso valle de Sóller y cuenta con una típica casa mallorquina de dos plantas recién reformada para alojar hasta 6 personas y un apartamento con su baño para alojar hasta 2 personas adicionales, teniendo opción a reservar solo la casa o la casa con el apartamento. La villa no se comparte con otros huéspedes, el apartamento siempre permanecerá cerrado y vacío en caso de no reservarlo.

Toni and Gabriel were fantastic hosts - extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and memorable stay at Christmas. They had arranged for a tree for us to decorate, set up the lights outside and a wreath on the door, and were always on hand to assist with any requests.The villa was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and was finished to a high standard throughout following refurbishment several years ago to this charming family owned property and former farmhouse. We loved being welcomed home by the goats, chickens, rabbits and geese, and surrounded by the orange grove and avocado trees, with its fantastic views of the mountains. The house is just a short walk away from the little village of Biniaraix, and Fortnalux and Sóller are nearby (within walking distance, or a short drive), so there was plenty to explore.

Best place ever! 10/10

I cannot recommend this beautiful home highly enough and we simply cannot wait to return!! The house is stunning, the pool is perfect, the location just wonderful and the garden and animals make it so unique. The owners are so kind and friendly - my son formed a real bond with Toni and is now truly missing their daily chats. Check in/out was easy and personal, Gabriel and Toni were so helpful with recommendations and quick answers to any questions. Book this place now and you will not regret it!

Just back from an amazing week at the villa which is immaculate and has a beautiful outlook. Toni and Gabriel were fantastic and our kids loved collecting eggs, feeding the goats and swimming in the pool.

Our family (4 adults & 1 toddler) absolutely loved the villa. Everything about it was perfect, including the breathtaking views of the mountains, lovely setting among orange groves and other fruit trees (with plentiful fresh oranges and avocados daily!), gardens, adorable farm animals, and the beautifully appointed home with countless amenities (wonderful pool, bicycles, pétanque court, and so much more!). We enjoyed an incredibly relaxing and peaceful stay and highly recommend this home to anyone seeking an authentic Mallorcan experience with every modern convenience. The location is in close proximity to many area attractions and quaint towns, which we thoroughly enjoyed - although we found ourselves wanting to just enjoy the villa and its grounds! Toni and his son Gabriel were such gracious hosts who made the stay extra special. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Toni and Gabriel!

We spent 1 week with 4 adults and 2 teenagers at Can Sivella Groc and had the best time. Toni& Gabriel were super friendly and responsive. The house was very clean well equipped and stylish with a generous architecture. the pool and garden area with mountain views so magical. we highly recommend this place and can't wait to return. We had a fantastic family holiday using 'CSG' as our base. The house, pool & grounds were beautifully kept and we all felt at home the minute we arrived. Toni and Gabriel were great hosts and kept us well informed from the minute I booked and during our stay. A great base for walking & cycling. Driving was interesting as roads very narrow so do not hire a big car! some lovely restaurants / cafes nearby. Wouldn't hesitate in booking again as we loved the area and the stunning scenery.

Perfect in every way

This house has to be seen to be believed. Not only is it beautiful but it is set in the most amazing scenery. The attention to detail in the house makes your stay even more special- my own kitchen isn’t as well equipped at home! Nothing is broken, it’s spotlessly clean and the owners are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay as special as can be. We will definitely be going back.

Amazing home

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property very much. The house is beautiful and the outdoor surroundings even more amazing. Great pool and beautiful garden. Fresh eggs and orange juice form the garden every day. Toni and his son are wonderful hosts. Toni comes every evening to feed the animals and water the garden, he is not in the way and our kids loved talking to him and the animals. Just a perfect vacation for our family of 8.

A delightful finca in the countryside just outside Soller

We loved staying at Toni’s house with our adult children. The house has orchards all around it plus beautiful views of the Serra de Tremuntana mountain range. We enjoyed having animals on the property - especially the chickens and fresh eggs. It’s a lovely place to stay even in winter as all the windows are double glazed, the fireplace is very efficient plus there’s under floor heating. Thanks for being such a lovely host Toni.

Great to be back!

Coming back to Can Sivella Groc was just as incredible as we wished for. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The peaceful and beautiful surroundings, the well equipped house and last but not least that Toni and his son Gabriel are incredible hosts. We were once again well received at the house and Toni made sure that everything was perfect during our stay. Our two kids loved to take part of the daily routines with the animals and Toni is pleased to share his knowledge and histories of the area in which his family has roots in. We can only give our warmest recommendation to stay at Can Sivella Groc.

Perfection!

One of the most beautiful and serene places we have ever stayed in. Having traveled all over the world staying in luxury hotels/villas this villa brought something different. Gabriel greeted us upon arrival and was so welcoming and treated us like family. Gabriel and Toni are such lovely hosts and went above and beyond the entire trip. As stated in other reviews there is a small farm attached to the property with goats, rabbits, chickens. Toni comes daily to tend to the farm and would pop over and say hi and see if we needed anything, but never intrusive. We spent most days exploring the island, but when on property the surroundings and tranquility are unmatched. We will be back and highly recommend this beautiful property! ! Thank you Toni and Gabriel for a memorable stay and your hospitality!

Wonderful

This is the best villa we have stayed in, and we have been to this area many times. It is so well thought out and equipped, and perfectly presented on arrival. The setting is wonderful, quiet and peaceful but easy walking to Soller and the villages. Everything about it is great. But the best thing is Toni. He is lovely, so helpful and personable and full of local knowledge. He met us on arrival to show us around and he is there each evening to feed the animals (not loud or roaming) and check the orange trees, but he is never intrusive. His English is good and we had many good talks with him. The pool is a lovely private facility and is very clean and well maintained. The grounds are great walk around and see the geese, hens, goats and rabbits. Walking into the villa for the first time, through the long herb lined pergola, was fantastic and remained so every time. Thank you Toni.

Peaceful surroundings and superb vacation house

The moment you arrive at Can Sevilla Groc your shoulders will automatically go down and you will instantly feel relaxed and at peace. The house is beautifully placed at the end of the orange valley and as a family living in the city it is a pleasure to feel the slow Mediterranean pace of living. Taking a break from the daily routines and appreciate the simple life at Can Sevilla Groc is exactly what you will find here in the well renovated finca with the lovely pool. The house is well equipped with all you can ask for and as an extra bonus you can enjoy all the oranges and vegetables you feel like just outside the house. The surrounding mountains and the orange valleys give a feeling of being almost alone although you are quite close to Soller and easily can take a walk to Biniaraix or the short drive to Fornalutx. Toni is a very pleasant host who daily takes care of the animals and the oranges. After less than a day our kids already asked if we could stay at Can Sevilla Groc next year – that is how much they enjoyed it :-)

A very special place to stay near Soller

What an amazing experience! There were 6 of us, ages ranging 5-83 and we all loved being there. Toni's home is set 20 minute walk from Soller surrounded by orange and lemon trees and beautiful mountains. The pictures really don't do the place justice - it's so much more beautiful than the pictures! We stayed in the house for 8 days and were very comfortable. The kids (ages 7 and 5) loved feeding the animals every morning and evening, swimming in the pool, and picking tomatoes for a daily salad (thank you!). The house has everything you may need to be very comfortable - comfy beds, kitchen, washing machine, outdoor table for meals with a beautiful view, and a pool to cool down after a day in Palma. My favorite part of being there was meeting Toni and watching the star-studded night sky - Something we don't get to witness in New York City. If you're considering staying - go for it. You won't regret it! You'll spend time in a very special place and will leave feeling you have another place to call home! Thank you so much, Toni!

Fabulous

The property had everything you could possibly want, even including towels for the pool, Toni had thought of everything including a welcome pack, bread cheese, ham fruit, water etc, which was gratefully received after a long hot trip. He even provided hand soaps, shower wash, rubber gloves, washing powder, washing up sponges and tea towels. Lovely quiet setting, very picturesque. Easy walk in to Soller, although there is a bus stop right outside the gate that will take you right in to Soller or Port de Soller. We did take the tram in to Port to Soller but found it expensive, but should be done at least once. Buses were really cheap and easy. We loved all the animals especially the geese and the cat. Toni came every day to feed the animals and check on the orange trees. He was always very helpful and offered advise on what to see and do. The house is spotless and clean and very comfortable. Toni picked us up on a Saturday morning and drove us to the mountains so we could walk down to the house and not up the hill, We cannot recommend this villa enough, we had a fab holiday and were reluctant to leave.

Beautiful & relaxing stay overlooking the mountains

Very cool, modern and well appointed property. Lounge area works better than the pictures suggest, & the view from the breakfast / dining table is beautiful. Very well appointed kitchen. Outside, a covered seating area is generous and taking in the mountains while floating in the pool is just special. Or stargazing & looking out for shooting stars. There are animals on the property (kept away from the house) which kids will enjoy. Ours were out there making friends with the goats & bringing back fresh eggs every morning. If it's the right season, you may also get given home grown oranges which will make the best freshly pressed orange juice I can remember drinking for a v. long time. For practical amenities, there is an agricultural cooperative 2mins drive down the road selling milk, fresh bread, croissants & a good selection of fruit & veg, as well as the Eroski in Soller. You're 5mins away from the centre of Soller by car & about 12mins from Puerto Soller. The area is just beautiful, with mountain roads in both directions well worth exploring (towards the monastery at Lluc or towards Deia & beyond). Easily the best part of the island & the most beautiful part of the Balearics. To cap it all off, super friendly & helpful hosts. Toni will on site daily to tend the animals & water the trees, but he's very discreet. Cleaned twice weekly. Overall, very highly recommended.

Vacaciones para pasar unos días entrañables en familia

Si te gusta la naturaleza, caminar por senderos auténticos, conocer pequeños pueblos alrededor y eres amante de los animales, este es el sitio ideal para tener unas vacaciones plenas. El entorno es increíble entre montañas y naranjos, la casa excepcional con todas las comodidades, vistas espectaculares, increíble piscina, cocina equipada a tope, aire acondicionado, aparcamiento en la finca y todo dentro de una granja donde tienes naranjas, limones y resto de fruta que te ofrece Toni, el amable propietario, cuando viene a dar de comer a sus gallinas, cabras y ocas. La ubicación muy cerca de Soller y Fornalutx te permite conocer la zona con más encanto de Mallorca.

Nah dran am Paradies!!

Wir haben uns von der Ankunft bis zur Verabschiedung wie zu Hause gefühlt.Es ist so ein schönes Fleckchen…Die Villa ist sehr modern und mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet. Gerade in der Küche ist einfach alles vorhanden.Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer. Toni ist täglich da um die Tiere und seinen weitläufigen Garten zu versorgen. Und sein Sohn Gabriel ist - falls nötig - jederzeit erreichbar und sofort vor Ort!Wir kommen bald wieder und sind froh diesen Ort kennengelernt zu haben! Wenn’s möglich wäre: 10 Sterne!!

Family holiday with adult children

We have just returned from spending a lovely week with our children (in their 20's) at Toni's finca. The house is absolutely beautiful, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool is large and has salt-filtered water (rather than chlorinated) which is kind on the skin. There are large outdoor seating areas and 8 sun loungers. The villa is within walking distance of Soller and Biniaraix, both of which are stunning with good bars and restaurants. The house and pool sit at the end of Toni's small holding and orange grove, which he visits once a day to tend to the chickens, geese, goats and rabbits. He is a kind and considerate host: he is around to help with anything that you need but maintains your privacy when he visits the animals. Thank you for a fabulous holiday, Toni!

Con mi mujer y mis hijos somos la cuarta y quinta generación que cuida de esta propiedad familiar.
Soy veterinario y me interesa procurar la sostenibilidad del medio en que viven y envejecen las personas, los animales y las plantas. Para mis huéspedes también quiero lo mismo, un lugar amigable para envejecer, aunque sea por unos dias al año (an age-friendly place for you too.)

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Mi abuelo, hijo de campesinos en una Mallorca pobre de principios del siglo pasado, emigró a Normandía (Francia) a los 13 años y compró esta finca para su Madre. Aquí se retiró él para vivir sus últimos años, sembró naranjos, limoneros y vides, y construyó un sistema muy ingenioso de riego por gravedad con acequias y un viñedo aéreo en pérgola o parral para elaborar su propio vino.

El 17 de julio de 2015 el huerto fue destruido por un incendio, entonces con mi mujer y mis tres hijos, para satisfacción de nuestra madre/abuela Nenette, que aunque falleció el año 2019 pudo disfrutar de la regeneración, emprendimos la reconstrucción del huerto y reformamos completamente la casa, añadiendo una estupenda piscina. Para el retorno de parte de la inversión y para poder hacer sostenible la agricultura de los frutales y hortalizas dedicamos la finca al alquiler vacacional.
Ha sido un trabajo duro pero muy gratificante, por todo ello queremos participar a nuestros huéspedes esta filosofía de regenerar el huerto poniendo una piedra en el Tótem-Pole, o ciprés quemado, que recuerda el incendio que lo cambió todo.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

En la finca se pueden hacer cosas como:
.- Contemplar desde el balancín bajo el parral las casas de Binibassi en la montaña de enfrente.
.- Escuchar el correr del agua por las acequias y en la piscina desbordante, y sentir los naranjos beber.
.- Nadar con las ranas los domingos en el safareig llenado durante toda la noche con las aguas del manantial de las montañas de l'Ofre.
.- Desayunar de los huevos ecológicos producidos por gallinas libres y beber el zumo de naranjas recién cogidas y exprimidas o comer el "trampo" hecho de ensaladas de pepinos, tomates ..... de producción propia
.- Encender las chimeneas con leña de poda de naranjo y disfrutar del fuego en otoño e invierno cuando al atardecer bajan las temperaturas.
.- Oler la humedad de la bodega mientras se catan vinos.
.- Visitar a pie la alquería de Biniaraix y acceder a la ruta GR221 en la parte des barranc de l'Ofre, Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad, bajar en bicicleta a Sóller y a su puerto, ir de compras a la cooperativa San Bartolomé y subir a Fornalutx para probar las sopas mallorquinas o el arroz brut.

Son placeres que se pueden experimentar y en ellos valorar la vida mediterránea que Can Sivella Groc nos regala.
