Crystal Tower es uno de los condominios de gran altura más nuevos y lujosos de Gulf Shore con una amplia gama de comodidades estilo centro turístico. Disfrute de la diversión bajo el sol mientras se deleita en cualquiera de las tres piscinas de calidad de resort que incluyen una piscina cubierta y la mejor piscina frente al mar del Golfo con un río lento y bañera de hidromasaje. Condo was clean, comfortable and all was in good working order. Pools at the crystal tower are fabulous and the ramp to the beach make it easy to navigate with a wagon.

Fantastic start from beginning to end. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. There was construction during our stay but thankfully we were able to avoid the loud noises by spending our days at the beautiful beach and relaxing pool. This is our 2nd stay in this condo and it truly feels like our home away from home.

Great Stay, Perfect Location

We had a great time on our short 2 night trip. The condo was just as we expected. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Bring extra blankets, only quilts in bedrooms.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo very much! Just had a couple of small issues when checking in and the road noise was loud when sitting on the balcony. But the view was amazing, condo was clean and we loved the air conditioned walkway over to the Gulf!

This property was amazing. The Gulf View was breath taking. We had some slightly bad weather on one of our nights but it passed over and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. The unit was very clean. We were provided some start up essentials which was wonderful. There were more than enough towels for use. Communication with the property owner was easy. Will definitely want to stay again.

Rest and Relaxation

The listing was everything it said it would be. I would stay there again. The ocean view was beautiful from the balcony. Check in was easy and loved that I could check in early to start my rest and relaxation.

Great week.

For the most part it was great. I had to change a few lightbulbs but that wasn’t a problem. Very clean pools and hot tubs. Easy access to the beach. We will try for this condo when we go back.

Nice condo

Overall good. Clean, spacious, good location. We like the sauna and hot tub. The beds are very soft, just not my thing. Furniture is almost like fake furniture; but very comfortable but spent more time sitting on the balcony.

Fantastic!!

We had a wonderful trip!!! The condo was great and just as described. Beautiful view of the gulf! Location was very central to everything. We had one small issue with the hot water when we first arrived (which ended up just being a switch that we weren’t aware of) but the host had someone out the same day to look at it! Would most definitely recommend and would stay here again!! As a matter of fact, we are already looking to plan our trip Here again next year !

Wonderful beach accommodations

Enjoyed our stay at Crystal Towers. Lots of water options available with indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, the beach and lagoon access, and a good walking/biking trail close by. Condo had a great view, was clean with a nice beach decor, and offered all kitchen amenities. Bathrooms & closet spaces were a good size plus a washer/dryer, and beach chairs/sand toys in the closet for use. Some ongoing maintenance/construction on the outside wall of the elevator was well maintained and did not bother us. Convenient location, had a great time!

This condo was wonderful to stay at. The owner was very nice over the phone. The condo has everything you could need or want. The view is amazing! And the patio chairs are extremely comfortable while viewing the sunset or sunrise. The amenities at the condo are so nice. There are 3 pools to choose from and walking to the beach is a breeze with the bridge. It was a wonderful family vacation

Best girls trip

This property was perfect for a girls getaway. Even great for a family. Even though it was across the street it didn’t feel like it at all. View was great. Enclosed walkway led straight to the beachside pool and beach. Beach was literally right off the wooden walkway, no hauling your things forever back and forth for what seems forever. I usually always stay on the beach side but the walk in the sand is terrible to get to a spot, not the issue here. The indoor pool, exercise room, and pool at the property was nice as well. Will definitely stay again. Our host was amazing and communicated everything perfectly.

Communication prior to trip stated parking passes would be inside. The property does not use passes. You need a code for a parking payment app, also supped to be emailed a week in advance. Never received Stressed at arrival not knowing if we would be towed or ticketed in the morning. We parked after midnight. Coupons reach owner or VRBO. Emailed owner after the trip just to nicely say please clarity the process and not state passes of passes are not used and to figure out why code didn’t email. No response after a few days

3rd trip

Furniture was dusty and the floors were dirty, actually so dirty our feet were black. There are not enough towels and you only get 1 garbage bag. Take trash bags with you. The beach was eroded so bad in that area. Not the owners fault. There wasn’t much room on the beach there. The POOl was excellent. Walkway was very nice. Condo was small but okay.

Our vacation.

The shiels that's on the bottom of the door scraped the tile every time you opened it, which was really annoying. The mattress on the pullout bed was awful which is no surprise as every one I've ever slept on is. But overall the property was very good and my kids really enjoyed it. We loved the covered walkway to the beach which was really nice. Just watch out for the little old lady who is the security guard. I got really annoyed after she asked me about my arm band for the 20th time. Obviously she takes her job seriously. My family enjoyed the pools most of all. They were top notch and plenty big enough that you didnt feel crowded and were maintained very well. Overall, my stay was very nice and I will stay here again.

Awesome host and amazing views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and will likely return again next year. This is our 5th year traveling to Gulf Shores and this is the first property we’ve stayed at that had everything our family needed! Location is great, beach access and pool access is close and super convenient with elevator and skywalk to ensure a safe crossing. The condo sits just across the street from the beach but the gulf is still in view and is beautiful to look at! The property is stocked with just enough of what you need to get started ( dishwashing powder, dish soap, tp, a roll of paper towels and two trash liners. There are a couple seasonings (salt pepper and garlic) in the cabinet and you have all the necessary utensils and pans for cooking. There is plenty of storage space for your belongings as well. A couple of things to note, don’t forget to wear the provided bracelets to the pool, security will ask you to see it. They’re just doing their jobs and are polite about it but you will need to go upstairs to get it if you want to continue using the pool. The condo does sit in the main strip so you will hear traffic up until 11pm or so each night but it’s not too bad. The host, Michael, was great to work with and checked in a few times to be sure everything was going great. Overall we had a great time and loved staying at Crystal Tower!

Fall getaway!

We wanted a quick weekend getaway and this was perfect! The property owner was quick to answer questions and accommodate for our requests. You don’t feel like you’re across the street because the view is amazing and the walk across the crosswalk was so easy. Highly recommend staying at this condo!
