Island Sunrise Unit 168. Sleeps 8. 2 en suite baths, 1 sleeper sofa. Remodeled December 2018. New bath fixtures, vanities, tiled showers, and bathtub. Wood plank-like tile throughout. New Mattresses in 2022. Well-equipped kitchen with granite and subway tile backsplash. Stacked washer/dryer. Three flat satellite TVs. Private pool with chaise loungers. Wooden swings and picnic area with grills. The balcony has Gulf View. This is a low-density building with 60 units.

Came for a weekend trip with four other coworkers. Condo was clean and had easy access to the beach. Had one minor issue but they were quick to get back with us. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

Everything was perfect!! The condo was just as we expected from the pictures & more. So cute & right on the beach. We had an issue with our door handle, we messaged our host & within minutes he messaged us back & had someone at the condo getting it fixed. Would high recommended this condo & host!!

Summer of 2025

My family an I traveled 770 miles to this amazing slice of heaven. The children had their own room and it was wonderful, the master bedroom/bathroom was also great I loved the walk in shower myself. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning! This was my FIRST time staying right in the beach, and well I will never NOT stay on the beach it’s the ONLY way to go! It was excellent. We were walking distance from the pier we walked there twice and the kids enjoyed it very much. ONE perk is the Surf-Style across the road is a grocery store to, they are a bit pricey BUT it got us through the evening an we made a Walmart trip the next day which isn’t far either. The eating joints close to the condo were great. The pool was very warm and welcoming not too busy. Our children are already asking when we can go back.

Best Beach Condo EVER!

We had the most amazing stay at this condo. View of the beach from the balcony and master bedroom was so pretty, at night laying in bed and seeing the moons reflection on the ocean was so pretty. The condo was even nicer in person than in the pictures. Super clean! Normally beach condos can sometimes have a weird smell, this one did not at all. Just clean and nice! The kitchen had everything and more you would need to cook different meals. Wi-Fi worked great! Condo was close to everything including a market across the street to grab quick groceries. The master walk-in shower was clean and had great water pressure, hot water never ran out. Loved that we could just walk downstairs and be on the beach instantly. Made it so easy. The beach was so beautiful. Our kids caught fish, crabs, and hermit crabs on our stay. Best of all, the owner was great! So communicative with any questions we had and making sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend! Thanks for our stay and all the memories our family got to make.

Great for softball tournaments in foley

This is our second stay here. Both times have been great. Comfortable beds, nice size shower, full kitchen with plates, cups, bowls, silverware, cooking pans, pots, utensils, etc…Even has crockpot, electric skillet, two coffee makers, toaster, etc..Also has bbq pits outside that work great. You only need to bring your food to cook, everything else you need is there. Washer and dryer was a life saver for an 8 night stay. Beach doesn’t stay too crowded in front of the condo. You also won’t have to deal with a million people like the bigger condos. Only downside is you get one parking pass but you can street park basically across the street next to the surf store. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

We were in Gulf Shores for a travel baseball world series and the location of this property was perfect. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed how small the property was as a whole, this made the beaches much less crowded. We were in walking distance to a few restaurants and stores. The parking situation (only 1 pass per room) was the only thing that was a little frustrating to us at first but we quickly found free parking just a block or 2 away which was fine. Overall, great property. Would highly recommend. Communication with the owner was top notch!!

Great Location

We were here for beach volleyball. Easy walk to where we needed to be. First floor unit made it easy in and out. The condo was clean.

Great stay st Island Sunrise

The condo we rented was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, well-maintained, well-equipped, and nicely decorated. The beach access was perfect. Check-in and unit access were easy. The building as a whole, however, was not well taken care of. There was a huge pile of sand in front of the door to the stairs that was not taken care of for four days after we arrived, and the stairs were always really sandy. The pool was not cleaned on a daily basis. Those are just a few details that would have made the property more appealing. All in all, we had a great stay.

Great overall experience!

The only things we had issues with was bedroom tvs not working properly, the door giving issues while unlocking, and this was the first condo we've stayed in that didn't have coffee already. The host was very professional and prompt, he was a very good host. I'm sure I messaged him several times while he was busu, and that didn't bother him nor did it change his kindness. I'd book at this property again.

Great vacation

The condo was very clean, very easy to find the host Ron was easy to communicate with. The property was well taken care of, all around great place to stay. If its just my husband and my young son when we come back we forsure will rent this condo again.

Great place to stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. We were in town for my daughter's softball tournament. This is our 3rd time visiting Gulf Shores. We've stayed in bigger complexes before but I love this smaller complex....way less crowded. We were there for the 4th of July and I liked walking out to the beach for fireworks. Overall, our beach area was way less crowded than the bigger condo units, even for the holiday. We would definitely consider staying here again!!

Great condo

This is our second stay at this location and it was even better this time! Very clean! Very safe location. We love that this is a smaller building. The beach doesn’t get so crowded. I was nervous the week leading up to our stay as the beaches were double red flags and closed to swimming but we had great weather and only yellow flags (couple purple flag days). From here, you Can walk to shops and restaurants, or quick drive . The bonus is the washer and dryer in the condo. Made for easy unpacking when we got home since everything was clean already. We can’t wait to come back!! The owner is great to work with! See you next year!!

We are a military family and I started my career at Eglin AFB, FL. I've loved the beach since then. We purchased the condo to enjoy personally and to share with others.

I fell in love with this property after walking on the balcony. You can see the water and hear the waves. Island Sunrise is a small complex with 60 units and has an elevator.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The complex has a covered patio with swings and chaise loungers. Three grills are available to cook your favorite barbecue. The pool provides fun for the kids and adults. Walk right across the boardwalk and your toes will be in the sand.
