Ski-in, Ski-out Cabin, hermoso refugio de montaña en la pista de esquí de Heading Home

Big Red's Cabin es una cabaña de ski in-ski out en Angel Fire, NM. Disfrutará de esta casa de 2800 pies cuadrados que se encuentra en un acre, directamente en la pista de esquí Headin 'Home. Esta cabina libre de humo duerme 12 en las 3 habitaciones más una litera de gran tamaño. Una gran sala grande, cocina, suite principal, cuarto de lavado y medio baño se encuentran en el nivel principal. La suite principal incluye un televisor, cama king, lavandería y baño principal grande. El nivel inferior de la cabina tiene dos dormitorios, 2 baños, la litera, la sala de esquí / barro y una sala de lavandería. La litera incluye dos literas gemelas sobre camas gemelas, sofá, TV, DVD y Wii.

Disfruta de la gran terraza de 530 pies cuadrados frente a la sala de estar y la suite principal. Disfruta de la naturaleza y, con suerte, atrapa a algunos visitantes, ya que a menudo tenemos ciervos y alces en la propiedad.

La cabina está a unos 30 metros de la pista de esquí. Puedes sentarte en una de las dos cubiertas o mirar por las ventanas grandes y ver pasar a los esquiadores.

Los huéspedes son responsables de todos los artículos consumibles. Tenemos una parrilla de propano, llenamos el tanque varias veces al año, pero no podemos garantizar que los tanques estén llenos en todo momento.

Angel Fire

Cabin was great for our mountain biking get away. Very clean and comfortable cabin, lots of spices, kitchen tools to make dinner with. Soap (dish and hand soap) was available, unlike the posting says. Will definitely be back next year!!

Managers Retreat

The place is great, the furnishings are incredible the kitchen is well stocked with everything one needs to prepare great meals. Location to ski run can’t be beat.

Excellent Family Ski Trip

Our family has been going to Angel Fire for the past several years. If you’re looking for the convenience of ski in/out then look no further. Hike 20 yards off the back deck and you are standing on Headin Home ski trail. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Just a 15 minute drive up the mountain from the base made for a great stay for our family ski trip. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great location on the mountain

This was our 2nd time at the cabin and it was just as good as we remembered! Great location and easy on and off the trails. Kiddos had a blast with all the snow . If you are looking for a family friendly location you have to check this place out!

Beautiful Cabin On the Mountain

This cabin is truly spectacular. I can't emphasize enough how much we loved staying here. There is a lot of space (2 adults, 3 kids in our group) and we really enjoyed just relaxing on the large back deck watching the deer. I would love to stay here in the winter for skiing, since the access to the slopes is right behind the house. We would absolutely stay here again!

August in the mountains

We loved staying at the red cabin. The house was really perfect. The location was great, loved the walks and the views especially. The house was super clean and very well equipped, the beds were extremely comfy and the floor plan was great for friends and family. I highly recommend.

Outstanding!!

Our family had a terrific time at your cabin. There was plenty of room for grandparents, kids, and us to spread out. The house was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the peace and quiet the cabin offered. We also enjoyed being able to walk out the door and take a hike on the ski trail. We would most certainly stay here again.

Mountain Greatness

Our stay could not have been any better...we had three families and a total of 10 people(6 adults and 4 kids) vacationing together in Angel Fire...the cabin was spacious and very clean...it provided a large common space for all to gather and areas for each family to get off by themselves...be aware that the cabin is 25 minute drive up the mountain on a dirt road, but the view and solitude are well worth it...this is truly a 5 star property,

Great location

This is a true ski-in and out property. House is great. Deer greeted us every morning. Driveway was challenging for all of our 4WD vehicles but we did it! Ceiling in master bed had some leaks due to roof issues, but owner responded promptly. I would highly recommend this place!

Spoiled by location!

The location of the house was superb. Beautiful views with nightly deer visits! The ski in and ski out was priceless and I won’t be able to stay somewhere without that feature now. We are spoiled! Beds were comfy with plenty of options. Bathrooms were spacious and having 2 laundry rooms was very convenient while traveling with the entire family. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Extra bedding would have been nice but not a reason to not book!

Beautiful home fabulous location

Our family with 8 adults and 2 children had a wonderful time in your gorgeous home, comfortable beds and bedding, loved having 2 laundry rooms and the best feature was the mudroom, with a bench for booting up and trays for wet boots. Coat hooks and cubbies for everything. The location to the heading home run was spot on with easy access! Bathrooms were beautifully appointed and the heater with individual thermostats was very comfortable. My grandkids stayed in the game room and they thought it was awesome. Kitchen was a little short on utensils for a group like ours that loves to cook but next time we will come better prepared! See you next year ⛷🏂☃👍

Perfect first ski in ski out experience!

We could not have been happier with our cabin choice. I was a little worried when I booked this cabin just for the simple fact that at the time of booking it was still under construction and there were no reviews yet. When we arrived we were more than thrilled! It was absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to stay close to the slopes. Loved the bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. Perfect for the kids! thank you so much to the owners for being so helpful. If you are considering staying here just do yourself a favor and go ahead and book. You will not regret it! One tip though...the driveway is very steep so do yourself a favor and take a four-wheel drive just in case the driveway is icy or snowy.

Large family loves ski in ski out!

Our large family loves to ski and we REALLY love to be able to walk out the door and hop on our skis! We also love getting to ski in for a warm lunch and head back out for the day! This house is perfect, worked really well for everyone! And when they say it sleeps 12 they mean it! We had 10 people there and everyone had a bed with 2 beds leftover- the bedrooms are big and roomy. The one downside was the driveway--- VERY steep and even with chains the 1 vehicle (without 4-w drive)we had there couldn't get up the driveway without help ( we had to use a tow rope for the last little bit). We'll make sure we all come in 4Wheel drive vehicles the next time and there will definitely be a next time! My thanks to the Travascio's for sharing their wonderful cabin!

Absolutely Beautiful

Ten of us (3 families) stayed and the house and property were amazing. The house was beautiful and offered much more than advertised. There were spices, oils, coffee, etc. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space and the three showers kept up with all of us taking turns. The special items were the chopped firewood on-site and the Wii in the kids bunk room! You can tell this property owner keeps a wonderful rental and allows items that previous renters leave unused to be passed along for those who stay next such as soaps, paper towels and toilet paper, etc. The only thing I didn’t notice about the property was the elevation of around 9,600 feet. It bothered a few of us but it wasn’t so bad that we couldn’t handle the discomfort. I highly recommend!

Winter Family Vacation

We really enjoyed this house for our family vacation. Best part, the ski-in and ski-out! Can't beat the location if you are looking for this particular feature. House was great, the rooms are spacious. House had all the essentials we could need. Communication with the host was timely. We are seriously considering rebooking for next year!

Beautiful Property

The house was beautiful and offered more than what we needed to have a comfortable stay. The property is right off the resort and we could watch some of the mountain bikers pass by on the trail yet it was still very peaceful. Thanks you Tamika and Nick, for letting us enjoy your space!

We chose this property because of the LOCATION!! We love the mountains in the summer and the winter. We have always dreamed of a having a ski-in ski-out property to call our own. Now we have that and can share it with you.

There are not many true ski-in ski-out properties in Angel Fire. You can enjoy that luxury of not having to tote your gear all the way to the lifts. Click in and ski away!

Also, with one acre of land, we get deer and elk visiting often.
