El cielo envió vista a la montaña !! Perfecto para cualquier ocasión

Bienvenido a Lovingood Chalet, que cuenta con una espectacular vista a la montaña. En su interior encontrará todas las comodidades del hogar. Chalet cuenta con una sala de estar muy limpia y espaciosa. Afuera tiene un porche en tres lados (frente y parte posterior cubiertos) Contemple la vista de las montañas, lea un libro o observe aves. Cocine su comida en la parrilla de gas y coma afuera disfrutando de la serenidad. Home cuenta con una gran sala de juegos en la planta baja con mesa de billar de tamaño completo, tablero de dardos electrónico de tamaño completo y mesa de cartas.

Todos los caminos que conducen a Lovingood Chalet están pavimentados y se mantienen en un estado que permite un fácil acceso durante todo el año. La ubicación es tranquila con muy poco tráfico.

Chalet está lejos de todo el ajetreo pero a menos de 10 minutos de una tienda de comestibles Super Walmart e Ingle.

Chalet está cerca del área de Picnic del lago Cherokee, el área de recreación del bosque colgante de los EE. UU., El sendero Murphy River Walk & Canoe Trail y MUCHAS más cosas para ver y hacer. El chalet está ubicado en el condado de Cherokee, que es el lugar de encuentro de 3 conjuntos de montañas, Montes Apalaches, Montañas Blue Rige y Montañas Humeantes, por lo que hay muchas caminatas para todos los niveles de experiencia, pesca y caza en cascada. We go to this area a few times a year and making sure your in a good spot is a big deal. Place had a very home like feel and we settled right in. Definitely recommend this rental

Pleasant hpuse

This is the second time in 2 years that we’ve stayed here. The home is very comfortable and is in a nice location. Johanna was very accommodating as we had to change the dates a couple of times. No surprises, house was furnished with necessary items. If available, we would definitely stay here again.

Cabin conveniently located near Murphy, surrounding areas and beautiful scenery. Views were amazing, weather was perfect. The lake was phenomenal and simply breathtaking. We will be returning.

Beautiful Get Away

Very relaxing, really enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and seeing the view of the mountains. The game room was a huge plus! The property manager was great. She responded right away with any questions or needs.

Thanksgiving week

We stayed at the cabin for a week with 6 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone with a separate bedroom and bathroom on each of the three levels. We mostly gathered on the main floor the watch movies by the fire and play games. We did venture downstairs to play darts and pool. The kitchen was well stocked and we ate most of our meals in the cabin. It was a great relaxing week and I would love to come back and stay there again in the future.

Fun and relaxing

A friend and I (fellow quilters) spent the month of February making quilts at Lovingood Chalet. The kitchen is amazing with everything we needed or thought we needed. The view is fantastic and access is easy. Close to Walmart, but still very secluded and private.

Great stay

Great house, great location, great owners. We have vacationed in the area on multiple occasions. This property is one of the best that we have had the pleasure of staying at regardless of price. We had a small issue with the house when we arrived and the owners went above and beyond in working to get it taken care of. The location is perfect to serve as a home base for many local attractions and the town of Murphy. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Amazing Mountain Views

This cabin was a true gem with everything you could ask for and a view of the mountains that was truly fantastic! We were able to see hummingbirds, squirrels, and other birds visiting while relaxing on the comfortable porch. Located close to town and all paved roads made for an easy commute for shopping and excursions. This cabin was so enjoyable that we hated to leave and head back home. We are very glad the owners shared their piece of heaven with us and would love the chance to return in the future.

Peaceful Mountain Views

Great cabin in NC. The pictures don't show just how incredible the views are from the back deck and the porch off the Master bedroom. Having 3 full bathrooms was a plus with 6 adults. Plenty of space, very clean, and well stocked kitchen. Our family loved just relaxing and playing lots of pool downstairs. We will definitely book this spot again. Owner was great to work with. Check-In process was simple. Location is great if you want to do something each day.

Peaceful, clean, and great location!

Our hosts were very responsive. Easy check-in. Beautiful views from the balcony’s and lovely birds of all kinds sing at sun up and sundown. Hummingbirds visited throughout our stay. The house itself is roomy and was very clean ans well stocked. He had our two kids and two Corgi’s, parents joined us for two days and we never felt crowded. Very nice area too. Downtown Murphy was very pleasant. Locals were kind. Our kids loved the game room and took the headroom with two twin beds and bathroom at the bottom level. Master was very comfortable too. We will definitely be returning.

Great Family Trip!

We loved our stay in this lovely, peaceful home! It is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped, plenty of room for large family, a perfect game room downstairs for the whole family to enjoy! Awesome location, close to great hiking and parks, downtown Murphy and a short drive to Blairsville or Blue Ridge GA. Excellent communication with the owners; wonderful people! Lots of information about the home and area was provided by Johanna - thank you so very much! We enjoyed waterfalls as you recommended, the friendly quaint town of Murphy, and most of all the incredible view from your cabin - just beautiful! Thank you for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay. Having a place feel like home, made our stay that much better. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful chalet, wonderful time

Thank you Johanna and Bobby we loved your Lovingood chalet! Everything was great! When we opened the front door we knew we made the right choice, wow those gleaming wood floors sure looked amazing. The chalet was very clean and in great condition. It was so nice having each floor have it's own bedroom and bath. All very nicely decorated. The back deck was so relaxing and a great way to unwind after a day of hiking. We utilized the picnic table on the deck as the sun went down; beautiful. The chalet is on a paved road in a quiet neighborhood (we've been to some cabins that weren't so easy to get to). We really enjoyed our stay, the area, and hope to be back real soon! Thanks again

Lovely View

The view of the mountains was lovely, and the access to Murphy, Andrews, all the national forests was great. The home is advertised as adequate for 6 people, and it does have 6 very comfortable beds, which are nicely spread out, each with their own bath, but the kitchen 'stuff' was not adequate for 6. There were only 4 bowls for cereal, there were just barely enough glasses, no wine glasses, so if the dishwasher was not running after one meal, not enough glasses etc. for the next meal. The poll table and darts were great, but take your own other games as there is one. Lots of fluffy towels for the baths, and LOTS of wasps, everywhere, as well as flies. The house needed a good spring cleaning as the main surfaces were clean, but lots of remainders in the corners of the floor, some cabinets, beside the refrigerator. The price was right, and served our purposes except for the internet which is EXTREMELY slow - I strongly suggest to the owners that they upgrade to the next service level. I had to do some work while there and gave up, went to the library, it kept shutting down or would not open files, or didn't boot up at all. The owners were very responsive and professional. Take all your own paper products, saran, foil, laundry and dish detergents, and a good sharp knife.

Quiet location, beautiful views, a great place to stay.

The cabin was in a great location, and had a great view of the surrounding area. The home was well equipped, and had plenty of space. Balcony off of the master bedroom was an especially nice treat for morning coffee. Small fenced section of yard was also nice for our dog to use as needed. And questions or issues we encountered were addressed as quickly as possible by the homeowner. Though an overflowing toilet in the finished basement essentially took up one of our nights staying there, between trying to clean up water and move furniture. There was no apparent clog, and may have been a septic issue. Homeowner was having it addressed ASAP but that was going to be after our departure. We tried our very best to contain the situation and prevent any damage while spending a night there, taking care of a situation did not appear to be caused by just the two of us. (Literally only peed in the toilet that overflowed) We too have septic at home and are very aware of what not to do! We would not ask for it but had hoped for some kind of compensation (maybe a small credit toward a future stay or something) as we spent a good amount of time dealing with that and getting our hands dirty. But it was still a decent stay and the homeowners were very understanding and did not immediately try to blame us as some do. We had paid for additional insurance in the event something had happened, but it was not needed to my knowledge. Hopefully the issue was resolved without further incident.
