Super recommendable

All went perfect here, the house was big for our group of 5 people, completely equipped for us. The communication was super smooth, the owners even brought us lemons and oranges from their garden! It is located super close to a beautiful and wide beach. The area is quiet but close to La Caletta center. Perfect place to make base and travel around the area and other beaches. We would love to stay here again.

Great location and friendly host.

The property is as described on the advert. Just a few minutes walk to a very nice beach. Lots of local amenities and dining options all within walking distance. We hired a car to expand our reach and explore more beaches (which I’ll recommend). Car parking been available at the property made that easier. As a tenant, Salvatore has always been very communicative and available which is nice and handy. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful San Giovanni

We loved our stay in apartment as it is so close to the gorgeous San Giovanni beach. The apartment could do with a little modernisation but was very sufficient for our adult group of 4 needs. The local shop is less than 3 minutes walk and there is a great choice of restaurants in the area within 20 minutes walk from apartment. Landlord Salvatore was very attentive to our queries regarding apartment and airport transport. There was 2 umbrellas and 2 beach chairs at apartment which was very much appreciated for days on beach !

Unser Urlaub war wirklich ein Traum! Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, die Nähe zum wunderschönen Strand, die Ruhe sind einzigartige Bedingungen für die Erholung.Ein tolles Grundstück im Schatten von Bäumen bietet einen guten Platz für das Auto und zum Sitzen auf der Terrasse.Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, auch eine Waschmaschine ist da.Wir verbrachten 3 Wochen hier und waren leider nicht darauf vorbereitet , dass es in der Wohnung kein Internet gibt. Das fehlte zur absoluten Perfektion. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.Jetzt reden wir täglich über diesen tollen Urlaub und wie wir ihn genossen haben!Vielen Dank für alles!

Tolle Unterkunft

Sehr schönes Appartment. Ist Ausreichend für 6 Personen. Großer Garten. vom Vorteil ist,dass man das Fahrzeug im Grundstück parken konnte. Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend. Bei Anliegen wurde sich umgehend gekümmert. Strand und Strandbars in paar Minuten zufuß erreichbar. Es hat uns sehr gefallen

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem Haus. Die Lage ist super, Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der gleichen Straße. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Kontakt mit Salvatore und auch dessen Mutter war sehr freundlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

5 Sterne für Leute die keinen Wert auf Küche legen.

Für sardische Verhältnisse eine sehr gut unterhaltene, gut möblierte und geräumige Wohnung. Vor allem das Wohnzimmer und der gedeckte Außenbereich mit Blick in die Pinien sind schön und geräumig. Einer der schönsten Strände in Gehdistanz und bis September ein kleiner Laden für das nötigste gleich nebensn. Alle Fenster haben intakte Mückengitter - die sind auch nötig! Nette Nachbarn (Verwandte der Besitzerin im Nebenhaus) , zurückhaltend aber hilfsbereit. Minuspunkte gibt's nur für die Küche. Diese ist ist extrem klein und ungünstig möbliert. Viele aber mehrheitlich defekte Pfannen.und Töpfe. Dafür ein Backofen und ein Fenster. Empfehlenswert!

Traumstrand in unmittelbarer Umgebung

Schöne, einfach eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage. Nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Kleiner Supermarkt, Bar und Restaurant ebenso zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nachts sehr ruhig. Wer Rummel sucht ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten, oder mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten in La Caletta.

Traumstrand

Ein toller Strand direkt in Fussnähe des Hauses. Ausserdem einige Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Das Haus war absolut sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ok. Die Familie war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier kann man wenig falsch machen.

Location molto tranquilla e mare bellissimo.

Bella vacanza in 6 con bimbi. Posto molto tranquillo e spiaggia e mare stupendi! Location strategica a soli 25 km da San Teodoro e dalle bellissime spiagge e calette di capo coda cavallo. Sardegna splendida!

Très belle location

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine de vacances dans cette maison . Elle correspond en tous points à la description, la maison et la terrasse sont agréables. Elle est située à 5 minutes à pieds de la mer, et sur une ruelle comprenant quelques petits commerces, dont un glacier. Merci pour l'accueil et nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.

Bell'appartamento con un ottimo spazio esterno

Appartamento molto spazioso, pulito e ben rifornito; da migliorare la cucina. Veranda esterna ben attrezzata e, grazie alla pineta circostante, sempre bella fresca.Ho trovato la biancheria da letto anche se non l'avevo richiesta. Vicino all'appartamento abita il fratello della signora Caterina che ci ha consigliato dei bei locali per cena! Posto molto tranquillo per una vacanza rilassante con spiagge stupende a pochi chilometri (Capo Comino, Sant'Anna, Isuledda...)

"Sehr schönes Appartement - sehr geräumig - nette Vermieter und Nachbaren (Verwandschaft der Vermieter). Der E-Mail Kontakt mit dem Sohn in London funktioniert sehr gut und es hat alles bestens gepaßt. Sehr nahe am Strand und sehr gute Lage. Nur zum Empfehlen!!!!!"

"A 300_m walk to a wonder...

"A 300_m walk to a wonderful beach -- can it be any better (especially, but not only, for a family with young children)? (See maps.google.com: "Viale Sardegna in San Giovanni, Posada, Italia" -- zoom in until you get into the street view mode, and walk north to the beach..) The beach is wonderful: clean, fine sand, and the crystal clear water shallow over many (at least 20) metres into the sea -- just ideal for your children to learn swimming. Right at the beach, a "pineta" (pine copse) offers shadow and a particularly relaxing atmosphere. (Still, a parasol on the beach allows you even better to watch your plashing kids from the shadow). On the way from the flat to the beach, you pass an inviting "gelateria" (ice-cream for the kids and espresso for their parents :-)) and a little shop with almost everything on sale you need (including a special gadget that allows you to firmly set up your parasol in the beach sand). At the beach, a couple of small bars and pizzeria type restaurants take care of your needs -- but everything looks chary and hardly reminds of a popular tourist beach. By the way -- we didn''t notice any hotel in the surroundings, just nice one- or two-story summer residences in blooming gardens. And outside the village, there is both the special landscape of the "stagno" in the north and stunning views into mountains of various height to the west and south-west. So, the flat is in perfect surroundings. And despite the street leading directly to the beach, the whole area was very quiet during both evening and night hours. Oh yes, and the flat itself: First of all, we were struck by it being so clean -- no dust, no smell (neither smoke nor anything else) -- almost allergy proof, I''d guess. Everything was really made for us to enjoy living there -- we felt most welcome! All bed rooms have spacious wardrobes, the bed mattresses were new and clean (no smell at all). One room has a true double bed, the other one has two singles that can be placed right next to each other or at any distance. The third room is somewhat smaller and has a bunk bed -- with our two children, we didn''t need it all. The living room has the dining table for six, a sofa for three to four, the TV set, a cupboard, and plenty of space and chairs. The kitchen is a bit small, but fully equipped (including an electric kettle) and perfectly functional. (Just a toaster and a microwave oven really didn''t fit in. Still, if you need these, bring them -- you''ll find some place for them in the living/dining room.) Only to make you prepared: The stove runs on gas, not electricity. But that''s really easy to get accustomed to! The tap water had some slight chlorine taste (like on the ferry from Genova to Sardignia) that doesn''t go very well with tea (didn''t spoil the coffee, though) -- but if you really mind, it''s so easy to buy bottled water in the near-by (100_m) shop..! Also the bathroom isn''t exactly ample, but it has everything you need (if you can live without a bathtub), and the laundry machine did a perfect job for us! In the evening hours, we really enjoyed sitting on the veranda -- at least in June, midges weren''t an issue at all. Oh, and the owners: charming! Surprised us with self-grown vegetables (I''ll never forget these wonderful cucumbers!), but didn''t disturb at all. (You had better speak, or at least understand, just a few words of Italien, though.) All the communication beforehand went very nicely by English E-mail with their kind son. If you still want to be anywhere away from both the flat and the beach: For your bigger shopping, you''ll find two supermarkets (one "dico" and one slightly more distinguished one), together with an amazing fish shop, right at the entrance of Posada (assuming you go there by car from San Giovanni). Note: They''re totally closed from 1 to 5 pm (approx.)! Posada itself is worth exploring -- don''t miss the old town up the hill. There is a tourist ...
