Los condominios de Pinnacle se encuentran en la ladera de la colina que domina el área de Snow Park en Deer Valley Resort, con vistas a las pistas de esquí y las montañas circundantes. ¡Cada unidad en Pinnacle también incluye un servicio de transporte gratuito desde y hacia Deer Valley Resort! Esta unidad de cuatro habitaciones grande (aprox. 3900 pies cuadrados) ofrece una gran cantidad de espacio habitable para un grupo más grande. Con características divertidas, como una mesa de billar y un jacuzzi privado, junto con hermosas vistas del área de Deer Valley, ¡esta propiedad complacerá a todos en su grupo!

La entrada del piso intermedio de la propiedad lo recibirá con el área de comedor y cocina, lo que facilita la carga de comestibles y equipo. También se encuentra en este nivel el cuarto dormitorio con dos camas individuales y un baño adjunto.

El área de la sala de estar, ubicada a un nivel de la cocina, cuenta con dos sofás de cuero mullidos, una acogedora silla lateral y un televisor de alta definición, además de un área de porche con increíbles vistas a las montañas. En un nivel más, encontrará el área del estudio que tiene dos sillones (ambos son sofás-cama Queen) y un televisor. El estudio también proporciona acceso al jacuzzi privado al aire libre. El tercer dormitorio con dos camas individuales se encuentra justo al lado del estudio y tiene acceso a un baño justo afuera en el pasillo. En la planta baja se encuentra la sala de la mesa de billar, con muchos asientos cómodos y excelentes vistas desde las ventanas panorámicas.

En el piso de arriba se encuentran los dos dormitorios restantes. El dormitorio principal con techos altos abovedados incluye una cama king y un baño completo adjunto. A solo un pasillo de este se encuentra el maestro junior con una cama tamaño queen y un baño completo adjunto.

Sala de estar: Chimenea de leña con un manto de azulejos, HDTV grande con servicio de cable premium, DVD, VCR, cassette / CD estéreo. Dos cómodos sillones de cuero y una preciosa silla lateral.

Cocina: bien renovada con encimeras de granito y pisos de pizarra. Bien equipado para cocinar, incluye estufa de gas inoxidable, horno, microondas, lavaplatos, refrigerador de lado a lado con dispensador de agua / hielo. Acceso a la cubierta con vistas panorámicas y una barbacoa de gas Weber!

Great spot for skiiing at Park City or Deer Valley

Great Locaiton for catching a bus to either resort.House was clean and well furnished.Listing was inaccurate for the bedrooms and we ended up having an extra bedroom with a queen bed rather than the advertised multiple twin beds in the room. Manager quickly sent us over some roller beds so we could get everyone on beds and off the couches.Overall house is nice and the listing for future guests should (hopefully) be accurate. Grill was out of propane upon arrival and master bathroom tub doesn't plug so it's unusable.All and all, would use the location again. Just a few hiccups along the way that could be better for the next tenants.

Beautiful home with a nice gas fireplace and hot tub. Kitchen well equipped with drip coffee maker. The shuttle service to Deer Valley slopes is first rate. The House is walkable to Park City Main Street! We hope to return next year!

Only had 2 maintenance issues with toilet in middle level that didn't work and a damaged piece on the stairs that was a bit risky when barefoot. Other than that everything is great! Walking distance from bus and quick access to main roads.

Nice location, lots of room, mothball smell, uncomfortable mattresses

Mothball smell is pretty bad, my clothes stilled smelled like it when I opened my suitcase after my trip. Mattresses could stand to be replaced. Need a larger hot water tank. Great view from the hot tub. It fits 4 adults comfortably. Nice location and lots of space. Download the Deer Valley Direct app to get the deer valley shuttle to pick you up right at the condo and drop you off at the snow park base. Very convenient.

Nice/Pricing - property manager not very attentive

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice and functional but there were some issues.1) The dishwasher didn't work and I had to call the Property manager about it, and then follow up with them to see what was going on - it never did get fixed2) The grill was filthy and would only heat to about 100 degrees despite the propone tank seeming being full. I cleaned it. The property manager seemed indifferent to this and it was never fixed.3) The noise from the mechanicals room made sleeping in that room near impossible. Considering what we paid, I expected better.

A Wonderful Experience

It provided the shape for our large family. We enjoyed our time together while eating, soaking in the hot tub, taking walks, and watching TV. We appreciate all the lovely homey touches. We had a problem with the dishwasher but the property personnel were quick to help deal with it. We would definitely stay here again.

20min walk from Main Street. We didn’t leave the house much at all. Plenty of beds and places to sleep comfortably. Pool table was a great added bonus. Only downfall was the moth ball smell in the garage and in the house, but after you get used to it you don’t notice it. Very noticeable initially though

Absolutely perfect!!

This property was perfect for our family. We were in town for our son's wedding and needed a quiet respite from the busy weekend. This provided everything we could ask for. The kitchen was very well equipped the beds/bedding were perfect and the bathrooms were very clean. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub was not working and the evenings were very cold which would have been perfect. Maybe they could consider turning it on earlier in the year than just waiting until the winter months. Other than that, we loved our stay and time in Park City.

Stay At Deer Valley

My group had a wonderful time staying at this property for a wedding in Park City. The place was clean and beautiful, check in was easy. Only issue was that the office is generally closed in the summer so we weren't able to reach anyone to ask about storing our luggage on our departure day. Would come back and recommend to others!

This property is badly in need of some TLC. Not what we expected for the price

First Impressions are everything. Unit was not ready at the already late 4pm check in time. 8 people with a 6 month old had to wait in a van until the unit was ready. poor lighting missing light bulbs or burnt out not functioning. Shower on Main Floor did not work only the tub. Shower in Master had mold all around the caulking and floor edges. TV would not turn on in main seating area - batteries missing on remote. Large Ice berm in front of garage so you could not get a car in with a Ski Box on top. Obvious moth ball odder through out the house. This unit just needs some TLC especially for the price.

Great spring break!

We thoroughly enjoyed this huge, well-equipped, conveniently located property. 4 adults and 3 teenagers had more than enough room. Kids loved the pool table, hot tub, and separate living area. Free shuttle to and from Snow Park was fast and easy. Close to Main St. as well. Property managers were awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Great ski house ! Best place to stay with large group

Everything you need in this unit right down to spices in the cabinet . Feels like home and will rent it again for sure . It has plenty of room to spread out . The shuttle is fast to pick you up and you don’t need ski in / ski out . These units are like having a house . This unit is very homey and is a downhill unit so you have 4 levels / 2 family rooms / comfy sofas with a giant TV to watch movies at night . We will be back next year
