Una obra maestra arquitectónica única situada en la playa de arena en la exclusiva comunidad de Marla Bay, en el lado Nevada de South Lake Tahoe. Un plano de planta abierto con ventanas de piso a techo para disfrutar de la belleza de estar frente al lago, una chimenea de granito de gran tamaño, un bar húmedo para entretenerse, hacer barbacoas y disfrutar de comidas en la terraza con vista al lago Tahoe, ¡salga al patio trasero que es la playa! No hay nada mejor que esto. También hay un gimnasio en la planta baja de esta casa.

En esta casa de 3 pisos, la cocina, la sala de estar, el comedor, el acceso a la terraza, el bar, el garaje y un baño de 1. 2 se encuentran en el nivel medio. En el primer piso hay 2 dormitorios de matrimonio, ambos con sus propios cuartos de baño completos, chimeneas y televisores. El acceso a la playa es a través de la sala de estar a nivel del suelo. También hay un pequeño bar, cuarto de lavado / 1. 2 baños, y el gimnasio está en este nivel del suelo.
En el tercer piso superior se encuentra el dormitorio principal con un rey, baño principal completo en suite con ducha de pie y una bañera de mármol de pie, TV y chimenea. El cuarto dormitorio está en este piso superior con una reina, baño completo en suite, TV y chimenea. El tercer piso tiene una gran sala de estar que da a la sala de estar con las increíbles ventanas que dan al lago.


Reglas de ocupación:
1) Según las reglas del condado: NO se permiten bodas de ningún tipo o tamaño, en la propiedad o en la casa. Se cerrará de inmediato y perderá el depósito de seguridad y estará sujeto a más multas.

Amazing location & views; unfortunate that only one of the doors opened to the back deck, shades didn’t work in the primary bedroom, and kitchen cabinet doors were falling off the hinges. Need more regular drinking glasses (plenty of wine glasses!)Outdoor grill caught on fire underneath due to buildup of grease in the grease pan; needs thorough cleaning!Nice quiet neighborhood, but house seems a little neglected…

The house is a good layout, and the property is in a great location, but from what it looks like the property management company is doing almost zero work. There were so many issues with this property that we wouldn't go back, and would not recommend it to others:- a number of outlets and lights didn't work in the house- the hygiene and cleanliness was terrible, we found dishes, utensils, and cups that were still dirty, and some had chunks of food on them. The fresh towels set out still had stains, and some had literal chunks of hair on them. The patio was dirty, the balcony was completely covered in dead wood and branches, all unusable - the door to the garage has an electronic key, and it was dead, so we couldn't lock the door- the photos of the beach are incredibly misleading, those are from a while ago before the erosion, so now the distance between the stairs and water is less than 4-5 feet, making the beach unstable expect for just walking.Overall incredibly disappointed with the stay, its clear the management company isn't even doing the bare minimum work to maintain this property. won't be going back, and for the price highly recommend looking at other options.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this home is absolutely stunning — being right on the water in Tahoe made for a peaceful and scenic stay. That said, the house itself is quite dated and could use some updating, especially in terms of amenities and comfort. The listing mentioned four queen beds, but in reality, there was one king and three full beds. That may not be a big issue for some, but it’s important for accurate planning and transparency. It definitely does not sleep 10. Upon arriving we also noticed a clogged sink in the main bathroom near the living room, luckily we had experience with plumbing and were able to get it unclogged but definitely not what you want to walk into.Overall, if you're looking for a beautiful location and don’t mind a more rustic or older home, this place delivers on the views. Just be aware of the bed situation, lack of maintenance, and lack of amenities (especially for that price point of a home)

Beautiful location and property, but lacking maintenance

The location of the property was phenomenal, and the house itself was really well made and gorgeous. It comfortably fit 7 of us with the best lakefront view that you could ask for. We could also directly access the water, though the small strip of sand was usually underwater. It was in a quaint part of Lake Tahoe that was not super busy. It was an excellent experience overall. I just figured it was worth noting that there was a lack of overall maintenance visible in the house. A kitchen cabinet was falling apart, no toiletries or detergent were stocked, and it felt like we had to buy a lot of things for our stay that we just assume are there usually.

Overall great

The place was great, the amenities were exactly what we wanted, we appreciated the property. The only small issue was with the sliding/folding doors. The main one wouldn't open. It seemed to be permanently locked or jammed with some small marks of damage around the base indicating someone had damaged it in the past or it had ware and tear buildup. The other sliding doors worked perfectly and were greatly appreciated. Since there were no ceiling fans or AC, having those doors permanently shut impeded airflow so for a small portion of the day it was a bit hot in the main room but we left the house during those times for the most part, or just avoided that room.

Great air flow and floor plan. Accommodated a large group of 4 adults and 6 kids easily. Needs: Bigger, better beds. Mattresses are worn out. The rooms are huge so it is strange that there is not a king in each room. Some of the kitchen appliances were not working. Cabinet doors in the kitchen falling off. Typical wear ant tear, just needs attention. The parking is tight, but manageable. Don't borrow the neighbors parking spot for 30 minutes while you unload. She will catch you on her ring cam and has a quick dial finger to snitch to the county and house manager. The house manager called me and was super cool about it, but I hate Karens. Overall experience was really good though. Would recommend to all.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay. The house is massive with all of the bedrooms in separate corners of the house. There is no noise bleed between rooms. Amazing! Tons of bathrooms. Every bedroom has a bathroom plus two more for common spaces (I believe). The gym is quite large, the size of a normal bedroom, with lots of weights ranging from medium weight to very very heavy. The beachfront is perfectly swimmable. We brought paddleboards and enjoyed paddling in the mornings. The house was also outfitted with 8+ folding chairs to use on the outside lawn. Large kitchen with almost everything we needed. It came with oil and pepper, but we needed to pick up salt. The furniture was all great quality, it did not feel 'ikea-ed out'. As another reviewed mentioned, the front sliding doors/wall wasn't quite working. But with some finesse we got it to open and close. In case it's helpful, the secret is closing the doors, then using a nail or bobby-pin to turn the broken handle to the left. Then open the doors. If you open the second panel/handle first, you'll need to close it all before being able to open the broken panel. 2 car garage with 2 car space out front of the garage. Great location being close to Zephyr Cove and a few minute drive from Safeway. I would love to stay again!

Bespoke Lakefront Marla Bay Property

This gorgeous lakefront rental in beautiful Marla Bay was the perfect stay and more! The lakefront location is hard to beat, with just steps into to the waters of Lake Tahoe. Home is well equipped and has ample space for guests to gather or relax separately in different areas. The sunset and waterfront views are gorgeous. Dillion and the property management team was extremely helpful and communicative with our groups needs and cannot recommend this rental property more!

Dream property right on the lake, needs a bit of TLC

Was a wonderful location to stay with a family reunion, fantastics views and access to the lake. The property needs upkeep and maintenance - specifically the ovens not working, and the patio door handles being in disrepair and locking mechanisms being worn meant we couldn't really open the large patio doors and get a full summer experience. Would also recommend to the property management company to better stock basic amenities like paper towel rolls in the kitchen pantry - compared to another house we rented just nearby down the road, the furnished amenities here were a bit minimalist for such an expensive luxury home. Overall though the location and view, and grand feel of a two story window at sunset and outdoor deck was quite nice

Needs tender loving care.

The property is amazing! If it was my property, I would have not rented it out until some repairs were made. We were so excited when we entered the house and saw the beautiful view. We went over to open the sliding doors and they would not slide, both glass doors. It took 2 boys and a plan as to how to get them to slide. The track needs the pine needles and dirt removed.

Amazing Rental house!

The house is amazing and in such a wonderful location, they do need to update the pictures online and let people know to bring certain things, like beach towels and shampoo and conditioner. Yet overall we love coming to this house!

Brought our daughters and their daughters for a final family vacation before the oldest granddaughter went off to college at UNR. House was wonderful. Spacious, clean, beds very comfy, views amazing, and the water was right up to the steps! Kitchen has double ovens, a large gas cooktop, two dishwashers (good thing because one stopped working), and on-demand hot water. We were short some towels (housekeeping had numerous homes to flip on our arrival) but Dillon responded on Sunday evening and was over first thing Monday to rectify, We will definitely return!

Great Location

Perfect Location

The property is a beautiful home and in a perfect location. In a perfect world they would add a hot tub and some separate bed sleeping for kids, such as some twin or bunk beds. That being said, the property was exactly as advertised and is lovely.
