Ubicada en la exclusiva comunidad de Surfsong, esta casa combina la vida en la playa con un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Ofrece una cocina moderna, lujosos colchones con cubierta tipo almohada, ventiladores de techo, chimeneas en el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar, persianas electrónicas, internet inalámbrico y lavadora / secadora. La sala también cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición de 50 "con sonido envolvente. El dormitorio principal también tiene un televisor de pantalla plana. Hay 2 espacios de estacionamiento convenientes en el garaje subterráneo cerrado. La piscina, el spa, las canchas de tenis y las playas cercanas ofrecen actividades divertidas para todos. We are annual travellers back to the Solana Beach area and this apartment was our favourite to date. The apartment worked well in terms of location and functionality, facilities are clean, we loved using the BBQ and sitting on the terrace it was incredibly quiet. Would definitly recommend.

Can't beat the view! Condo clean, well equipped and secure. Great location. Key pick up and dropoff with management company seamless even with time changes. Management checked in to make sure stay went well. Property clean, quiet, parking great, and pool was really nice.

Quiet beach family getaway.

Very comfortable with an unbeatable view. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and reserved underground parking. Will definitely book again.

Property is gorgeous, view is spectacular. It was a bit cold outside but we loved just sitting on the patio watching the sea.

Delightful place

Lovely condo, very private, great layout - sounds like a small thing but comfy and thoughtful balcony, nook, and living room furniture. Great location. Kitchen a smidge dated, but clean and completely adequate. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Solana beach stay

Great location - easy to get to the beach, local restaurants, grocery store, etc. BEAUTIFUL views - Mother Nature also provided beautiful sunsets AND moonsets! Daily dolphin sightings. Easy to get out for day trips to La Jolla, Del Mar, Point Loma, LA. Clean, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen - Keurig and traditional coffee maker. Would hope to stay here again for our next West Coast trip!

The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing - a perfect view spot for the many sunsets. The unit was in great shape and clean when we arrived. The rental manager was very helpful and gave us a list of some wonderful restaurants nearby and he helped us find the best fish taco we have ever tasted, at The Taco Stand in Encinitas. We also enjoyed Jake’s in Del Mar, great food and a great place for sunsets. We enjoyed hiking at Torres Pines and Annie’s Coastal trail, so much to do in the area! I would definitely recommend this unit.

Solana Beach Song 8 Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed 10 days and nights at Song 8. The condo was exactly as described. We found it to be very clean, private, quiet, and relaxing. The main bedroom had a sliding door opening out to the sounds and sights of the Pacific. The main bathroom and closet were spacious. We enjoyed the condo surrounding balcony with very comfortable furniture and beautiful ocean views. The entire condo was very roomy. Our teenage grandson joined us and had his own bedroom and bathroom that gave him some privacy along with beach gear which he enjoyed. He also found the ocean views especially those on the balcony enjoyable. The Stubbs team was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond. Our tv remote needed new batteries. After contacting the office, a person came and replaced them quickly even leaving extra batteries. While we were there, glass washers came and cleaned all glass on our deck which made our views fantastic! There was easy access to Fletcher Cove and good restaurants within walking distance. A grocery store is also nearby. The parking garage and elevator were easily accessible and a great addition to our stay. As was the security. We felt very safe. The washer/dryer were handy and an added bonus. I would highly recommend Song 8, especially if you are looking for a clean, safe, relaxing vacation stay. The area is close to De Mar, Torrey Pines, and La Jolla which are always fun places to visit. I would highly recommend Song 8 as a relaxing vacation get-a-way. My only suggestion is the kitchen might benefit from some updates. It was, however, well functioning and we cooked several delicious meals.

We always come in the summer for the race meet and rent from Dave Stubbs and they are the best in helping us find the right condos for our growing family. This was our first time coming in October/November and we loved it! The condo has everything and the view is breathtaking! The only recommendation I could make would be that the kitchen could use an update, but we don’t cook alot so it didn’t bother us. Thanks to Tyler, Kevin and Jenifer for always setting us up with the best places to stay!

In the 20 years I have been renting Ocean Front Rentals exclusively from Dave Stubbs this was absolutely the worst rental I have ever experienced !!!
