This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Condo Rental in a gated complex next to the Beach and near the Pismo Pier. Partial Ocean View. Complex houses a pool and a spa available for guests. The living room has a fireplace, Cable/TV/DVD and a sofa sleeper - futon mattress. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, appliances, dishwasher, microwave, cookware and dishes. Washer/dryer. The Primary bedroom has a Cal-king size bed. The Second bedroom has a Queen size bed. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds.

This Property Only Rents During The Summer And Is A Weekly-Only Rental Due To HOA Restrictions.

One designated carport parking space.

The Futon cushions are old and the beds need to be replaced.

In preparation for the 2023 summer rental season the owners have changed out all of the beds, including the futon mattresses, and upgraded the master bedroom from a Queen to a Cal-king!

Family Vacation shortened

Overall our stay was wonderful. Unfortunately I booked it quickly and didn’t read the “No wifi”. Some of my adult kids/partners needed to work during the week so they had to wait to arrive until mid week. If there had been wifi it would have been 5 stars!

Our family enjoys the condo along with the convenience of being so close to the beach and town. The property is clean and well-maintained. The only issue is the garbage truck doing its job first thing in the morning but overall great stay and I would recommend this property.

T V did not work last two days we were there. 2. The carpet needs to be replaced, we had bites on ankles, stomach, arms,legs. I never went to the sand. I think fleas r in the carpet. Kids barely went to sand. I had bites on me also.

Our family also utilizes the pool and spa in the complex. The futons make for extra sleeping spaces but are not the most comfortable when using them as couches. The facilities are very clean.

Reviewer Comments: This property only has an ocean view from a corner of the living area and master bedroom. Nevertheless, it is close to the beach. It appeared to be very clean when we entered. Later, however, we found a rotten apple under the TV stand. Housekeepers need to check under furniture. The property is very well-stocked - kitchen, especially. We also found ample amounts of tissues and toilet paper, bedding, blankets, extra pillows, etc. My only comment on the furniture is that it is old, especially dining room table. The futons may be ok for sleep, but very uncomfortable for watching TV. We are very happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of Coastal Vacation Rentals staff.
