BEACHY KEEN, está a 2 minutos a pie, a 446 pies de la playa y del centro de Avila Beach. El condominio se encuentra en una de las mejores ubicaciones de la comunidad cerrada: Ocean 17. Al ingresar a la casa, a nivel de la calle, hay un amplio dormitorio (cama queen) con chimenea, TV, vestidor y baño en suite. También a nivel de calle se encuentra el garaje para 2 autos y el centro de lavandería de tamaño completo. Subiendo un tramo de escaleras se encuentra la sala de estar principal con chimenea, cocina gourmet con electrodomésticos Viking de acero inoxidable, barra de desayuno y suite principal.

Desde la cocina hay vistas panorámicas a las montañas con balcón. El balcón frontal tiene un conjunto de bistro y su ubicación a la cocina es conveniente para servir. Justo al lado de la sala de estar hay otro balcón con una escalera de caracol que conduce a una espaciosa terraza en la azotea con vistas a la montaña y un vistazo al océano. La azotea es perfecta para descansar o entretenerse. El centro de barbacoa tiene un mini refrigerador incorporado y barbacoa de gas, y una mesa de comedor para 6.

Beachy Keen está a 2 minutos a pie de la playa (¡solo 446 escalones!), y un fácil paseo al campo de golf Avila Beach y al sendero para andar en bicicleta y caminar Bob Jones.

Great location! Perfect for two couples as each has their own bathroom. In the upstairs en-suite, there was no shelf or area to place anything. Lots of places to hang out-2 decks, but there isn’t an ocean view from the rooftop deck. It would have been nice to get into the condo before 4 on a Friday since we had dinner reservations at 5, but that was minor. Nice to have a garage but our 2 cars would not fit so we had to park one car on the street. Kitchen is fully stocked, and there are many restaurants in walking distance.

Great location; walking distance to beach. Good bbq and patio space. Garbage disposal was broken during our stay. Garage space is limited - our truck wasn’t able to fit. The driveway is super narrow. If you have a truck or large SUV, check on garage size.

No real ocean view from the third floor deck . Had a plumbing problem the first night that was taken care of . Communication was excellent . Unit has everything you nerd and labeled . Very well stocked .

Amazing Beach Vacation

Another couple, my wife and I rented this property for a long weekend and had an amazing time. The home is spacious, very clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. The location is perfect and I would highly recommend it to two couples or a small family.

Perfect Plan B

After our Caribbean vacation was cancelled due to the global tech outage and airline cancellations, we found this place had availability for a last minute, mid week stay. We made the 13 hour drive to Avila. This property was perfect for our family, we truly enjoyed our time here and would 10/10 stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

Our visit was flawless. This beach home is perfectly located near everything in beautiful Avila. We walked everywhere. The home is cozy, comfortable, well stocked, clean and organized. We loved it and hope to visit again soon. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

We love to cook breakfast make hash-browns and pancakes, and there was only stainless steel pots and pans and nonstick griddle would be great. Quick Beach Stay

Quick stay at Avila Beach was perfect. Layout was perfect for 2 teenagers and parents. Kids had their own sleeping space on a different level away from parents' sleeping space and bathrooms as well. Kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. Two separate outdoor spaces were great as well with one on the roof and out the kitchen. Again, great spaces for different sitting areas. A bonus was the beds were comfy. Plus, the garage made for easy parking and contained all sorts of items for the day at the beach which was an easy walk to get to. Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach house.

What really made this place awesome was all of the conveniences: the washer/dryer, beach towels, beach toys, garage, two full baths and the perfectly stocked kitchen, just to name a few. But perhaps our favorite part was the location. We walked everywhere!

Nice location, many small things not working

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location and overall nice home. However, there were many things that weren't working that didn't get addressed despite us filling out a fix it form as instructed. The following were broken: Grill ignitor, dishwasher, kitchen lights (they stayed on and would not turn off), hot water in kitchen sink. These are all things that seemingly should have been caught with prior renters or in between renters, but somehow weren't. I believe this was a new property to seven sisters, so I am guessing they will get this fixed. We stopped into the office to let them know about the kitchen lights when we first arrived, which they sent someone out for (but it wasn't fixed). For the other items, the office was closed when we found them, so we filled an online form out and asked someone to come fix them. Nobody came and we were never contacted. I know we visited over July 4th weekend, a very busy time, but would have appreciated at least a call back to acknowledge that so many things were broken during our stay.

Thank you for recognizing the cleanliness of the condo and fabulous location, and calling our attention to these issues. After your departure we had an electrician dispatch for the pendant lights. We found the dishwasher to be working fine. It does take awhile for the hot water to reach the kitchen faucet.
