Casa de pueblo estilo lago Tahoe ubicada en el complejo Lake Village.

En la casa club tendrás acceso a mesas de billar, billar y spa. Esta casa adosada también cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje privada con vistas al lago Tahoe. Siéntate y sumérgete al final del día y observa la puesta de sol sobre las montañas con el hermoso reflejo del lago.

Entrará en el nivel inferior con el dormitorio 1 que tiene dos camas queen y un baño completo. Por encima de eso es el segundo nivel con el área de comedor, cocina, sala de estar y un baño de 1. 2. En el 3er nivel se encuentra el acceso a la bañera de hidromasaje privada, el dormitorio principal con una cama king y un baño completo.

Este es uno de los lugares más convenientes para sus vacaciones en Lake Tahoe, una alternativa de alojamiento excepcional a los hoteles. A solo minutos de esquí, senderismo, ciclismo, paseos en bote, playas y casinos de clase mundial.

Nevada Beach se encuentra a solo 2 minutos en automóvil y ofrece una espectacular playa de arena para tomar el sol e increíbles vistas del lago y los picos de las montañas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time! I would rate it excellent except that the bed frame in the master suite broke on the first night of our stay while we were sleeping. I sent a message to management, but I didn't receive a response. I loved the condo otherwise and would book it again! It was also conveniently close to downtown and other shopping areas.

Hot tub on the top deck was a plus. Kitchen does not have good ventilation while cooking. Smoke alarm triggers quickly. The wood step close the house is dangerous , not designed correctly especially one step leaning towards gravity that make it really slippery when wet and icy. Overall very good experience

The property could use some updating. The floors were a bit dirty and turned our feet black. The kitchen was nice and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub. It was the same price as a hotel for 6 people and better than that. There was a grocery store a couple minutes away which was convenient. There were also some cute shops nearby.

Alright for proximity to Stateline

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were only a 5 min drive to Stateline, which was awesome! The floors and walls were not clean. There were a lot of broken items and fixtures. The apartment had the tools to cook, but no seasonings, cooking oil, or stove hood. The front steps had several loose planks that felt like you would fall if you stepped wrong. Would stay again if the safety issue was fixed.

Fourth of July Lake Getaway

It was clean, spacious and had a rustic sheik vibe. The kitchen is easy to cook in. The hot tub on top deck was amazing. It was a great home to unwind in. We could see the fireworks from the property.

Family ski vacation

The property manager was very patient with changing our dates. This is not the property we ended up staying at due to the roof leaking. I was informed of the place I chose, which was never changed in the Vrbo app, as being outdated and it definitely was but was also not that clean and had a funny smell. The property manager was notified of the smell and told me it was floor cleaner. they did allow us to check in an hour early and the cleaning person was there with a large dog which I’m allergic but we’re pretty easy-going and I didn’t say anything. The neighbors used our hot tub at 1 AM which woke us up and kept us up. Property manager was notified. He said he would take care of it. The next night they were in our hot tub again. We checked out at 4 AM and I was happy to leave! Overall, the location was great five minutes to the Boulder lift which we parked at! The view of Lake Tahoe was beautiful from the condo on a clear day. That’s the only thing I can say great about this place. we enjoyed the restaurant the fox and the hound three nights. It was basically a block away from condo!

Not at all what we expected...

Unfortunately this place was not at all what we expected. While the bathrooms have been newly remodeled and very nice, and the hot tub was wonderful to relax in this place is very misleading. The photos posted arent exactly the most accurate. The house in general was pretty dirty, didn't look to be cleaned at all so I'm not sure why I paid a $250 cleaning fee when we didn't even receive that. There were random piles of nuts/beans throughout the house (even on the couches). The carpets are stained but looked very dirty to us. There was nasty food stuck to the wall behind the trash can. The heaters are old and put dated and one was even falling off the wall onto the carpet luckily management was able to come and fix the next morning. There is a fire alarm system that set off on the first night after turning the gas fireplace on. And the upstairs bedroom gave me the creeps. The ceiling has mood, tape and weird spray foam filling. We ended up squishing all our kids and us in the downstairs room. There was also a dead bird, and random socks.up on the balcony that appeared to have been there a while. The hot tub was lopsided like the balcony was possibly slanting. The best part of this house is the nice bathrooms, the beds are nice and comfy and management was very kind and friendly. Otherwise just don't stay here.

It’s a no

The first thing you’ll notice about the home is all the stairs, you’ll definitely get in your glute workout. We were granted an early check-in of 1 pm. This was allowed after I asked 48 hours in advance per their instructions with property management. When we got here we unloaded the car and not even 20 minutes of being here a man opens the door saying he’s an electrician coming to fix the outlets and lights upstairs that were not working. As it was just a group of women staying this felt very unsafe. He came and checked the outlets but could not fix them and said he would be back after we left. Another issue we had is how unclean the couches and carpet are. We covered the couches in sheets so we were not sitting on the questionable white stains on the couches. The sign in the home says no shoes but the carpets are stained everywhere. After reading previous reviews about the broken hot tub cover I verified with property management that this was fixed. There is a new cover on there but the bar that is over the cover is not attached so it is a struggle on where to put the cover. More than one electrical outlet was not working in the home, along with the vanity light in the upstairs bathroom and the hall light in the upstairs bathroom. The lighting in the entire home was an issue. It was dark, hard to get ready for a night out if you were upstairs, and it felt unsafe going up and down the stairs during the night. This is not a property would rent again. .

Good location but run down property.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was really good as it was closer to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was also decent. The property in general was very disgusting looking. The carpets were so dusty and dirty that I did not want to put my baby down even for a minute. Some of the lights and electrical plug points were not working. For example the bathroom lights over the sinks in the top floor were not working and there was no water in the second tap of the sink. The electrical points were not working on some of the walls. And they have a washing machine but we dared not to use it since some of the electrical parts and wires were out. Maybe undergoing maintenance? And obviously the property has a lot of stairs so something to be mindful off when booking.But overall, I would not recommend this place if you are looking for something clean. If they are charging a certain price then they should ensure the place is at least clean and everything is working.

Nice Stay

Nice, quiet community. Lots of decks for pleasant views. Dated carpet and some old stains, if that sort of thing bothers you. It wasn’t that bad though and didn’t bother us. Great location near the lake and Heavenly village. We enjoyed our stay.

No frills, but does the trick

Lots of steps, so be mindful of that, otherwise great location and easy to get to and from. No frills, no body wash, oil, I’m not even sure we found salt, so go prepared. But overall a wonderful stay if you’re going for a short time.

Nice place, beautiful view surrounded by the woods , clean, perfect location everything you will need is very cose, the beach , grocery stores, zephyr cove which is beautiful, tons of trails to explore and wild beaches to visit. To the other side you have the casinos and a nice boulevard to shop and eat. Recommended place.

Family Stay

Not an issue with the property, but we did stay during a heat wave and the house was very hot when we arrived. We were able to open windows upstairs to help air out the house, but it did take a long time. There were no ceil fans, but free standing fans were available in the house. I stayed here with my parents and kids. We had a lot of fun and the house was perfect for our size. Wish there was more kitchen items. A cookie sheet or a pan that could go into the oven would be a great addition. The house does have a lot of stairs.

Not the cleanest

Location was nice. Close drive to the beach and town. Easy 5min drive to both. The rental itself was not impressive due to its lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Ants crawling along the cleaning in the main bedroom, sound bar that was mounted over the fireplace was melted, there was an inch of dust on the lamp in the living room. Overall, the place did its job for what we needed location wise, but the property definitely needs a good deep clean and some TLC.

Great location, ok property.

Lake Village is a great location with great amenities. The condo itself had plenty of room, but was very dark especially the kitchen where there is a single light bulb. There is not central air which is not usually a big deal in Tahoe, but half of the windows did not have screens to have them open. If you stay here be ready to climb some stairs as well, to get to the front door and getting around in the condo.

Needs an update!

We had a good time, but the interior of the property needs an update, esp in the kitchen. The lighting was extremely poor and the cabinets were old and without knobs or handles. Some of the pans had teflon flaking off them. The hot tub lid was broke. And looked like it had for quite some time. Consequently, the water was not as hot as we would have liked. The furniture in the living room was old and unattractive. The bedrooms were fine and the bathrooms were recently updated and very nice. The view was nice but next time we’ll stay elsewhere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and particularly appreciated the property's proximity to Stateline Nevada, and the friendly and prompt service by the property manager. The price point was great for us too. We will definitely return.
