Spectacular Getaway, steps from the Lake

Recently remodeled and new to the rental market, this modern 3 bedroom condo is located steps from a private beach. The unit is secluded and quiet, with beautiful meadow views. It boasts a large master suite with a private deck and fireplace, master bath has a steam shower. The additional 2 bedrooms are mini suites with their own bathrooms and TV's. All bedrooms feature top of the line mattresses and beautiful linens. There is a modern kitchen with high end appliances and everything you will need to make wonderful meals. The living room features an amazing surround sound entertainment center with cable, movie channels, smart TV, and 5 g internet.
Please note, this unit is located in a condo association, so please abide by the rules and be a good neighbor. Quiet hours are 9 p.m. – 8 a.m. Our community allows 1 parking space during your stay.
We have a 4 night minimum during July and August.

We offer a 10% discount for 3 nights or more during fall, winter, and spring non-Holiday periods

Amazing Vacation Rental

We very much enjoyed our stay! This place has it all; it's comfortable, fully stocked and the location is incredible. Just steps away from the beach. The property manager Tony was easy to reach and helpful We are looking forward to our next trip to this home!

Perfect Lake Weekend

We had a wonderful long weekend in Zephyr Cove and loved being so close to the water and also a quick drive to the town of South Lake. The property was beautiful and so peaceful!

Wonderful and relaxing Tahoe getaway

What a wonderful and well appointed townhome. We instantly felt at home when we arrived. Beach is a short walk from the front door and short drive to Casinos, shops, restaurants. Great communication from the owner all the way through the process. Much appreciated! Will definitely rent again.

Great location, great set-up

We really enjoyed our time here. The owner was super responsive, and gave us all the information we needed. The location is great - just an easy minute walk to the beach. We also really appreciated how well stocked it was: as a family of 5 with 3 young kids it was very helpful! I would highly recommend staying here.

Tahoe getaway

Beautiful home! Very well equipped kitchen. Loved the living area with comfortable seating for all 6 guests! Bedrooms and separate baths for all 3 couples we’re super comfortable. Weather was a little chilly with afternoon thunderstorms, so we didn’t use the beach, but hope to on our next visit! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful area and a gorgeous home

parking for one car per unit seems crazy given the size of the units. Also, the TV instructions were out of date and that possed problems but the owner was very helpful giving us a temporary fix.

Alpine Lake get away

My friends and I loved the layout of this cute condo. The host made it easy to stay. Everything was ready when we got there. Bedding and towels were nice quality and we agreed the mattresses were very comfortable. The host Tony was on top of everything. He was quick to answer questions and got the gas fireplace working for us quickly same day. It was so cozy on the cool Fall evening and perfect for movies and relaxing after a day full of hiking Tahoe trails! He had a great binder full of local resources of many things to do as well. Highly recommend this property.

Christmas 2022 trip to Tahoe

This is a top notch property! My husband and I and our two teenage kids stayed a week and spent Christmas here. The photos are accurate online but until you get here, you don’t realize this property is wrapped in a hug by all the beautiful pine trees everywhere you look. It is steps from the lake and was very well stocked. We loved having the two fireplaces…one in the family room and one in the master. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so everyone was able to spread out and have our own space. Tony, the property manager, was on point with communication, directions and check in. He made it effortless for our family. We were less than 5 minutes from a grocery store and ten minutes from downtown. In hindsight we are so glad we chose this property away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. We will definitely book this property again on our next trip!

Great spot near the lake.

Two golfing couples had a great location and comfortable stay, including good communication with the host, Tony. He was very accommodating as we were originally booked when smoke from California fires made Lake Tahoe very uncomfortable. We were able to move our stay a couple of weeks and had immaculate weather!

South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental

This property definitely met our expectations. The townhome was clean, well stocked, and well suited for 3 adult couples. It is located on a beautiful private beach and within a few short miles of stores and restaurants. The property manager Tony was very professional and easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfection at the lake!

Delightful stay in a beautiful home in a spectacular setting! The photos in the listing are accurate - the home is as beautiful as it looks. It is extremely well stocked with kitchen utensils and staples - including coffee. So comfortable! So clean! You never need to leave. The private beach is right down the path, and it’s so peaceful. Neighbors are very nice and mostly keep to themselves, except for a wave or smile. It’s just a world away. Easy and clear communication with property manager, who made every effort to make things easy for us. Literally, everything was wonderful!

Property was as described, was nicely furnished with all necessary amenities and then some. Automatic night lights for older people was very nice. TV , streaming choices and internet were great. Very easy, short access to the beach. We would stay there again and fully recommend it.

Great place, great location and excellent communication with property mgr

The condo lived up to the pictures. Very clean, close to South Tahoe for shops and East side hiking, coves and beaches are just round the corner. We had the beach out the condo pretty much to ourselves and the sunsets were amazing. The communication from the property mgr Tony was exceptional. We planned this trip months ago for my husbands 50th, and never would have guessed in the weeks leading up to our trip, the area would be evacuated as fires beared down on Tahoe. Tony sent multiple communications leading up to our trip regarding the fire and situation in the area. We almost cancelled, but received a reassuring communication on the local situation just 2 weeks before. We ended up having a beautiful week, with sunny skies. The fire fighters did an amazing job and the local businesses were excited to have tourists returning to the area. Thank you Tony! The only downside was the repaving of all the parking lots and road throughout the complex, but hopefully construction will only last a week or two.

Beautiful condo close to the beach, BUT.......

The unit was great. The location was wonderful. Our problem came with the home owners at the complex who harassed us at the beach. The first day we put our beach umbrellas up, all our beach chairs, towels, etc. and then a lady came out and told us to move down to the other end of the beach. She said she was calling the security guards because we were above the height requirements with our unit's umbrella, and said we were not allowed in front of her complex. This umbrella was a rectangle no higher than 8 feet. We had just settled at the beach when this happened. We had our 2 year old grandson, our 5 year old grandson, and our 4 month old infant granddaughter. I refused to move. The following day, another group of vigilantes approached us and told us that our beach umbrella was not allowed because it had navy, tan and green stripes. The rules of the condo say the umbrellas need to be those colors. Well, how were we to know that stripes were not allowed? It was really awful to be on vacation and be policed everyday for some infraction. We were so upset that we left for the public beach for the rest of the trip. Our landlord was great. It was not his fault. The problem lies with the homeowners who resent renters on vacation. It felt like I was in trouble for something everyday! We did have a fun holiday with our families, who also rented in the complex, but the truth about the beach harassment needed to be told.

Pinewild is a very unique community that is gated with a private HOA beach and pier. Our unit is located a stones throw away from the lake. Gorgeous manicured grounds throughout the development.
