Espectaculares vistas del lago, South Martin (ZC228)

Disfrute de sus vacaciones con la mejor vista del lago Tahoe. Esta cabaña 3 baño de 4 dormitorios se sienta encima de Zephyr Heights y tiene vistas de la estacion Heavenly Ski y el lago. Relájese en el jacuzzi después de un día en la playa o después de un día de esquí. Hay una barbacoa en la terraza, junto con muebles de patio, el lugar perfecto para barbacoa con la familia y ver el atardecer sobre el lago. El garaje para dos coches está disponible para los inquilinos. Dos minutos de la playa de Zephyr Cove, cuatro minutos de la estación de esquí Heavenly Valley y cuatro minutos de los casinos. En el nivel de la cubierta es el salón mail con cocina, sala de estar, comedor, un baño completo compartido, BR1 reina y BR2 es una pequeña habitación con una cama doble. Arriba está el dormitorio principal BR3 con un rey y un baño completo, BR4 con una reina y una habitación doble con un baño completo. El lavadero es también en este nivel. Ambas habitaciones tienen una puerta que da a un balcón con vista al lago.

Ocupación:
1. Según las reglas del condado: NO se permiten bodas de ningún tipo o tamaño, en la propiedad o en la casa. Se cerrará inmediatamente y perderá el depósito de garantía y estará sujeto a más multas.
2. Solo se permiten 12 personas en cualquier momento en la casa. Solo se duerme para 8 en camas. Esto incluye cualquier cena o reunión que pueda tener.
3. 5 coches permitidos en casa en cualquier momento. No hay estacionamiento en la calle por condado y reglas de seguridad contra incendios. El incumplimiento dará lugar a la pérdida del depósito de seguridad.

Great location and amazing views! Loved the log cabin design and so many views of the lake and mountains from multiple decks, and the hot tub! Very good communication and ease to access and check out.

Cozy rustic cabin with beautiful views. Kitchen is well stocked. There is a lot of dust due to the interior being log walls. We never received an email for the check-in process to the property 24 hours prior to arriving, we called the property management number on the sign of the property and after 20 minutes of communicating back and forth we were finally able to get in.

The view is incredible literally every direction and every time of the day. They let us check in early, and out a little later which was really appreciated. This is by no means a luxury property if that is what you’re looking for.It is however a rustic cabin that has the basic necessities. The decor is quite eclectic, almost like they took furniture from random smaller rentals and came up with a house full of adequate items. You likely won’t find this view for a better price, so decide what you are in it for. Hot tub was great and the temp got nice and toasty! Close to multiple public beach options and 10 min to heavenly, it is a great location.The driveway is not for the faint of heart. I would recommend using the garage to pivot and turn around rather than backing down. With snow on the ground in the winter, I would be tentative to want to use it. There is no AC in the summer, so be mindful the time of year you are booking. Would I stay there again? Maybe

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views on this property were amazing! Would definitely recommend. Great location. The host is very attentive and gets back to you quickly with any questions you may have. A lot of review mentioned the drive is steep and it is but we had no trouble going up it.

The pros-Location is ideal. Close to hiking,shopping and food. The cons-communication is lacking. We had an issue of having some wildlife guests in the house and the response time was slow. I guess this is not uncommon so just be aware. When the host did respond (the next day) he did go to the property and wash the bedding (we did have droppings in the bed) he was not able to get us a different property for the rest of our stay but did compensate our stay. He said the prior guests left the door opened and the wildlife must of entered then. Be aware and respectful. Picture of pine nuts from the wildlife in our bed is attached.

Pros: View, deck, updated and roomy bathrooms and kitchen, quiet neighborhood, spices and some condiments available.Cons: Lack of towels for 8 people (seems to be an assumption that everyone only needs one towel?), cheap paper towels, not enough trash bags for a 5 day stay when you cook at home. All of these things are chintzy and cheap for this level of rental. I expected a little more convenience. Watch Outs: Others have mentioned the extremely steep driveway (didn't cause us any trouble but could during snowy months). House is full of stairs everywhere you turn. We had a 3 yr old and 6 mo old and did fine ("take it slow"). Dryer in the garage is weird/inconvenient and very slow to dry.

I came here with a group of friends in September and it was hands down one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed! The view is spectacular! There are several decks and every room has an amazing view of the lake. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. My group of 8 had more than enough room. The hot tub was so perfect for sunset. The host was also a great communicator and answered all of our questions right away. The drive way is very steep and parking is tight but it wasn’t an issue, worth it for the view. Everyone said they would 100% stay there again and had an incredible time. Thank you so much!!

Not as clean as it should have been. Two dead mice on traps, one of which was in kitchen sullied stay for my wife. Also, rodent droppings on the stove was health issue. Did receive 100 credit for food left on counter but it just took away from experience. Also the driveway was ridiculously steep so I'm glad I brought SUV. View was spectacular however.

Great property. Views were amazing! Property management was responsive when needed. Driveway was steep, but we managed fine even with two large vehicles. Worked out well with a couple dinners at the home just to enjoy the amazing view. Relaxing and quiet neighborhood.

The pictures of the views DO NOT do it justice! A truly beautiful location!!4 stars due to lack of amenities! Bathrooms did not have body wash or shampoo, there was no cleaning spray to wipe counters, many pots and pans were scratched/very damaged making us hesitant to use them. The dishwasher soap compartment was broken. There were many ants in the kitchen! They did provide ant spray but we had to keep everything off of the counters. The house does not have AC in the summer but they did provide enough fans for each room to have one.I would stay here again just for the location though!

We had a girls trip in Lake Tahoe and stayed in this cabin. The lake views are absolutely incredible and the accommodations were very comfortable as well! We used the hot tub on the deck and had a great time, thank you so much!

Best view, terrible house

Disaster from the start. We repeatedly emailed asking for check in information on the day of. Once arriving at the home we were shocked. Visible dust everywhere, missing glass on screen doors, no patio cushions, old bedding with stained pillows AND rat droppings throughout. When we reached out to express our disappointment to the owner, we got no response. Instead, he showed up at the house unannounced at 9am. He was aggressive, rude and laughed in our face. This left our 3 children incredibly uncomfortable. The house is falling down. Multiple rotten and broken logs. The bank behind the house is skidding down into the back of the house causing significant foundation issues. The porch was uneven to a point of being unsafe. The railing was hanging by a thread. The hot tub was so strong with chemicals that the kids could not use it. The dryer is in the garage and not properly vented so be prepared to spend 2 hours drying them. I would recommend staying far away from this company and property

Amazing Views!!

Overall the house was as described, beautiful views easy to locate and the perfect location for our family. The only suggestion would be to update the bed linens. They were worn, some were stained and not very comfy. Other than the linens the house was clean and comfortable.

Magnificent Views!

Cozy log cabin style home with breathtaking views of the lake. Four bedroom layout was perfect for our family. Close, convenient location to where we ski at Heavenly.

Awesome views, but needs work.

Great location with over look views of Lake Tahoe. There was a broken window in the kitchen, and kitchen to hot tub door was out of alignment. Also theres a mice infestation. The owner provided pots and pans for cooking, which was great, but they were covered with mice droppings and we needed to clean them. Nice droppings were found in the showers. Nice are bread we had in a plastic bag. The place could use a deep dive of cleaning as there's lots of cobwebs. The coffee maker was broke but management provided a new on promptly. The dryer machine is in the garage and is not properly vented and takes forever to dry cloths. Overall good location but for this price point the property needs updates.
