Spacious, ground level 3br/2.5 bath condo! Located by the pool!!!

Dunes 107 is professionally managed by Sunset Properties.
You must be 25 years old to rent this condo.

This condo is on the ground floor only steps away from the swim thru pool, hot tub, fitness room and the grilling pavilion. All the amenities right at your feet including wireless internet. How convenient for your well deserved beach vacation. The condo itself will have all the comforts you expect on your vacation. The kitchen is well stocked. If you don’t have it, call and we’ll get it for you.

This condo sleeps 6.
· Master bedroom - King bed - Private bath
· 2nd Bedroom - Queen bed
· 3rd Bedroom - Twin beds

The master bedroom has a king bed for all that extra room that is required for a peaceful night’s sleep. The second bedroom has a queen bed with top of the line mattress. The third bedroom has twin beds for the kids. This condo sleeps 6. There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. If you tire of sitting on the patio and enjoying the view of dolphins jumping in the Gulf of Mexico just beyond the white sandy beaches you drove so far to feel between your toes, then walk across the street to the Gulf Shores Marina. There you will be able to rent a jet sky, bicycle, pontoon boat or kayak. Feeling romantic? Book a sunset cruise. Want an adventure? Book a fishing trip for sharks. Tacky Jacks is our local restaurant which is located at the marina. Make sure you have a cold drink and enjoy the sunset from their decks. Life doesn’t get much better than that. Book now or forever hold your peace.
The Dunes also has access to an outdoor pool, a swim thru pool and fitness center.

This property has paid parking. One parking pass is included in the price quote. If you would like to purchase the second parking pass please let us know.

Great getaway for the week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time. Everything we needed to make our visit comfortable as if we were at home. Staff was friendly and always smiling and greet you and ask how day is going especially the security guard. Always in a great mood and happy to just shoot the breeze with you.

Who cleans

Cleaning is definitely not someone's job at the condo. Wish I would of gotten a picture of the rat running around outside. Someone pays good money for a cleaning service to care for their condo so others can enjoy a get away. Sunset properties should definitely look into the cleaning service.

Nice unit, quit and peaceful. Ground level making it so easy to go and come as you please. If traveling with children would rent a golf cart. The walk to the beach is not bad but a golf cart would make it easier.

The condo was nice and ground level. Biggest frustration was the lack of amenities. One towel per guest? Absolutely no extras? And only 1 tiny soap to wash with in the shower? The little things that you aren't able to pack are what was missing. We had to make a trip to a store just to buy hand soap!

Lovely condo convenient to beach and pool

The spacious unit was just what we needed for our family. Very comfortable and private with lots of room for all of us to enjoy a meal or just relaxing. The ground floor was perfect for unloading our luggage and beach stuff. Happy to have had the chance to stay here.

Beautiful Property

The pictures of this property don’t do it justice. We were so impressed with everything in this beautiful condo. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were in from out of town for tournaments. I can’t think of anything bad to say. We enjoyed the time we got to spend together as a family in this beautiful town. We will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only negative which was huge to me is that the keypad to the front door can be unlocked by anyone. All you have to do is push the lock picture button to unlock it. I don’t find this safe.

The beach was not as close as I thought it would be but a short walk away. Very convenient for kids and being so close to the pool. This location is perfect for a quiet get away but pretty far from anything else (main city). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On our first trip to the Gulf Shores area, we knew that Gulf Shores would be too congested for our liking. We chose Ft. Morgan based on reviews that mentioned how quiet and secluded it was. We loved the area. The condo we chose was PERFECT. We traveled with two children and my mother-in-law so being on the ground floor right next to the pool was VERY important for us. Loading in and out was easy as well. Some people would prefer to be on a higher floor, but for us this was perfect. I appreciated the presence of security. The pool was quiet when it was supposed to be and Jeff would lock it when there was lightening in the area. There was never a problem with noise. If you choose the Dunes/Indies for your stay, be sure to hit the grocery store on the way in. We went to Publix and stocked up. The Sassy Bass has a market a few miles away and we were surprised to see VERY reasonable prices, but it's small so selection is, too. We ventured out to the Ft. Morgan historical site which is only 1 mile away. The kids (7, 11) LOVED it. Take bottled water and understand that it is an actual fort. People with severe physical limitations may not be able to navigate the terrain. The museum and gift shop, however, are nice and could be a destination for those in your party who can't walk the fort. The beach was nice. We got a kick out of the flip-flop "parking" on the boardwalk. We rented chairs and an umbrella from the Ike's representative...money well spent. Overall we really enjoyed our visit and hope to return.
