Thank you so much for the kind words. We are so grateful that you enjoyed the home and its appointments. We look forward to your next visit.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We certainly understand your decision to prioritize your family's health and safety. At the time of booking, our rental agreement, which was signed during the reservation process, clearly outlined our cancellation policy, including cancellations related to smoke and wildfire conditions. During our conversations before your scheduled arrival, we also shared the most current information available regarding the nearby fire and local conditions. Because you were unable to travel to Sunriver, we're sorry that you didn't have the opportunity to experience the home and its amenities firsthand. We understand how disappointing it is to cancel a long-awaited vacation, especially when traveling with children and older family members. We appreciate your feedback and wish you and your family the very best.

Thank you for your wonderful review and for choosing to stay with us again! We're honored that you returned and are so glad the home continues to provide a comfortable setting for your Sunriver vacations. It's great to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout, well-equipped kitchen, new sectional, and relaxing evenings on the deck watching the deer and cyclists pass by. We're also pleased our team was able to quickly replace the bike so you could continue enjoying your stay without interruption. Thank you for sharing your thoughtful suggestions regarding the bikes and the primary bedroom mattress. We truly appreciate your feedback and will pass your comments along to the homeowner for consideration as they continue making improvements to the home. We sincerely appreciate your continued trust in Sunset Lodging and look forward to welcoming you back for your next Sunriver getaway!

Glad we could keep you cool with some extra fans, Cathy. We only need A/C for a few days out of the year, so many owners here in Sunriver have opted not to get it. We sure hope you'll get back out to Sunriver soon and thanks so much for taking the time to offer our feedback!
