Condominio frente al mar en el puerto de Sebastián con piscina y embarcadero privado de 38 '. Disfruta de una hermosa vista del centro histórico de San Agustín a través del pantano. Más de 50 restaurantes y bares ubicados a 1 milla del condominio. Gran pesca desde el muelle o traiga su bote y amarre a su muelle flotante privado de 38 '. Nade en la piscina ubicada a pocos pasos de su puerta trasera. Baños recientemente actualizados.

Nuestra villa de 2 pisos ofrece una gran sala de estar / comedor combinado con una cocina abierta y barra de desayuno en la planta baja junto con un baño de 1/2 y lavandería. Tenemos 2 amplios dormitorios en planta alta. El principal tiene una cama king size y baño completo. El dormitorio de invitados está configurado con dos camas individuales y un baño en el pasillo. Todas las camas son colchones con pillow-top con sábanas de algodón y edredones. Salga de los controles deslizantes hacia la piscina y los muelles o siéntese en el balcón del segundo piso y disfrute de la vista de la piscina y el paseo marítimo.

Nuevos televisores de pantalla plana de alta definición en la sala de estar (50 ") y las dos habitaciones (39"). Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad en toda la villa con canales expandidos en Xfinity. La cocina está totalmente equipada para todas las necesidades de cocina. Lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo en el lavadero.

¡Nos enorgullecemos especialmente de la limpieza de nuestra casa VRBO! ¡No se repara en gastos para mantenerlo impecablemente limpio y fresco! Hermosos muebles, buenos electrodomésticos y aire acondicionado frío.

Tenemos 4 bicicletas de crucero de playa y 2 bicicletas de montaña para su uso. 2 kayaks y chalecos salvavidas. Tenemos 2 lugares de estacionamiento, uno frente a la unidad y el segundo un garaje para un solo automóvil.
Ahumador eléctrico y parrilla de carbón en el patio trasero.

Los perros pequeños son bienvenidos. Lo siento no hay gatos!

Ken and Barbara were amazing hosts! Had lots of helpful recommendations and availability and response was incredible. Location is amazing only 7minutes to the parking garage in downtown which is great for the Nights of Lights festivities. Leaving and getting back was super easy. Beautiful sunrises every morning. Beds were super comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Nice location but place needs work

The hosts are nice people andaccommodating but the place needs work. The location is behind a shopping center but the rear of the building is along the river with a great view and a nice pool. They have a boat dock so you can fish and kayak. For the not so good. The dishes are all chipped up and coffee pot and toaster are old and needs to be replaced. The lock on the front door does not close right and needs to be fixed. Dishwasher is old and did not clean the dishes. What pissed me off more than anything was the host did not mention anything about painting contractors being on site so when I arrived all of the patio furniture was not in place, no gas grill and I had to let them paint the front door.

Excellent Fishing Getaway

Loved how close it was to downtown St Augustine which is my favorite city. We normally stay at the beach but wanted something different for for 25 & 22 year old sons. They fished off shore and then we cooked the fish at the well stocked condo. Only downside was the pool was not heated and the first of March can be chilly in northern Florida. I would definitely return.

late holiday trip

Just outside St.Augustine behind a little shopping center.Unusual location, but convenient -right behind a good Thai/Japanese restaurant and across the street from a grocery store. Nicely decorated, quiet and equipped with all the basics.

Excellent Family Vacay

This was a perfect property for our family vacation. It was clean, and had everything we needed. The boat slip allowed us to have easy access to our boat for early morning fishing or sunset cruises. The pool was perfect for the kiddos and literally right off the back patio. The location was perfect, close to historic downtown, grocery stores, and plenty of restaurants. The owners, Ken and Barb, were great, answering my many questions in a timely manner. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Relaxing and quiet but so close to the action!

This property was perfect for our family of four. The location is unbeatable - tucked in on the river but so close to downtown and the beach that you get the best of all worlds. The boat slip was very handy for parking our boat for the week and the pool was refreshing! We were able to watch the fireworks from the pool deck and it provided for a magnificent show. Ken & Barb were very responsive when needed, great hosts! Will definitely book again!

Great Location- Close to everything!

This was our second time staying in this condo. We love it! Very clean, owners are easily available if needed. The dock is great for fishing. Conveniently located minutes from beaches, shopping and downtown. Very reasonably priced!

Great Location

My husband and I stayed here with our daughter who is a senior in high school. This was our first trip to the Saint Augustine area. The location of this condo is very convenient. We really enjoyed the proximity of the complex pool. We also loved how easy it was to get to and from Old Town. Also, the property owners were very responsive to questions had. My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck outside the master bedroom. The condo was very well appointed with everything we needed. We also loved that we could bring our two small dogs with us. We definitely would recommend this location to someone else and we would also consider coming back to stay here in this condo.

Great location

Great stay, St Augustine city was very busy do to the holiday. The condo was less then a mile to center so we walked and got around faster then most. Didnt have to pay for parking.

Condo was built with bikes or bikes had flat tires condo was to have with kayaks couldn’t find kayaks or paddle’s condo was built up with the barbecue took an hour and a half to get it clean enough to use condo was built up yo be clean had to wipe down remote controls that were sticky clean up cockroaches on the floor and counters the garbage disposal it didn’t work i Mold in the dishwasher not real good on cleanliness part

River stay

Very clean. Great location. Would have given 5 stars on everything, but tenants before messed up a few things. Owner did everything they could being away. To fix took time from my family Overall a fantastic place. Great location. Really nice permanent neighbors. Very clean.

Excellent stay in St. Augustine

Spacious with 2 beds & 2 1/2 baths. Super clean & updated. Pet Friendly. Short drive to historic downtown St Augustine. Located right by grocery stores & Walmart/Target. Owner provided bicycles & large pool. Washer/dryer & outdoor balconies. Owner super friendly & accommodating. Excellent choice for a trip to St Augustine!

Great location and hosts!!!

We stayed here to move my daughter into college. Ken was extremely attentive and quick to respond if we had any questions. Quiet and convenient. I can’t recommend this enough.

Good location

We enjoyed fishing from the dock very much and there are stores/places to eat w/in walking distance. There are some improvements that could be made to the rental that would’ve made our stay more enjoyable however. The key pad lock on the front door did not work well (frustrating when it’s pouring rain!) and the outlet for the tv in the master did not work so Ken asked us to use an extension cord which my husband got from the garage. There were clothes and food left in the guest room and the refrigerator had some gross liquid left in a drawer. The freezer did not work well but Ken did replace that w/in a couple days when we told him we’d be freezing fish from a deep sea trip and could not just use ice. The worst thing though was an awful sewer stench which came through the townhouse about 7 nights of our 2+ week stay. It woke us all from a dead sleep at 3:30 every time and did not resolve for about an hour. We did not report this during our stay because when we did report issues it seemed as though we were a bother. We’ve traveled to this area yearly since 2008 and this was our least favorite rental. Theses issues are all resolvable and the place has potential to be a good place to stay if they are addressed.
