Great spot on the beach

Great location. Spacious condo. Fourth floor. Close to elevators. Close to the beach, just walk right out to the beach, which was superb.

Inexpensive weekend stay

Went for a short weekend getaway. The property and furnishings are fine but have seen plenty of use. The view and beach are spectacular.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was fine for our stay. There were a few things that needed some attention. The smaller bedroom beds were uncomfortable. The threshold between the master bedroom and the living room was not secured and kept coming up. The shower in the master bath was nice except for a slow drain which left soap scum in the bottom of the shower. The children loved the pool and the beach access. I would stay there again. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do.

Best Rental Yet

As a family we come to the beach atleast once a year. This year we go to visit twice and our stay at this condo has by far been the best. It had plenty of room for everyone and it was very clean. Not to mention the view of the ocean and beach was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Our experience

Staff and management were very nice and readily available when needed. Lobby, elevator, and condo all had a terrible mildew smell. Condo was dated but still good for the price.

Just ok

The listing said outdoor dining and had a table in the picture but there was no table outside. The inside definitely needed a coat of paint. The bath tub was very slow draining, the tub was filling up while I was Showering. It wasn’t the nicest condo I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t want to say it was dirty cause it wasn’t, it just was just ok. I’m sure it’s not the worst but I wont Stay there again or recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll start with the pros:LOCATION is excellent! It is located conveniently in Orange beach, right on the beach itself. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It was also nice to have a pool, hot tub, indoor pool, ping-pong table and games for the kids. Cons:The entire building could use updates. The condo itself has a musty smell and needs a professional paint job, along with other cosmetic updates. Overall:I would stay again.

Horrible Customer Service

Our Condo was dirty upon arrival. The hot water heater and the air conditioning both stopped working during our stay. We had service technicians in and out of the condo during the entire duration of our stay. When we contacted the property manager in regards to these issues she was extremely rude and unprofessional. We do not recommend staying at this location!

We moved to Summerchase the condo floor was so dirty. My grandchildren’s feet were so dirty after only being there an hour. This company is the worse company I’ve ever rented from.

Unjust charge for excessive cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was ok until we checked out. Liquid life charged me a 250 dollar excessive cleaning fee on top of the 230 dollar initial cleaning fee because they found a little sand when they swept the floor. They claimed we didn't follow all checkout procedures as well, but when I asked what we didn't follow they can't tell me. Now they're threatening to take me to court over 600 miles away from my house if I don't pay. Don't book with these people

ALSO THE DRAINS IN BOTH BATHROOMS WERE BACKING UP WHEN WE TOOK SHOWERS. THE CONDO IS NICE ALL AROUND BUT I REALLY LIKE SUMMERCHASE BECAUSE OF SECLUSION FROM OTHER CONDOS BUT NOW THEY BUILDING ONE RIGHT NEXT TO IT AND WHICH MAKE ME UPSET TO ENJOY VACATION WITH CONSTRUCTION NOISES GOING ON.

Spring Break SummerChase 406

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and had plenty of room for myself , my son and my elderly parents. There was a few things that needs attention. The tile floors could use a deep cleaning. I washed a few pieces of clothes in the washer and the washer turned sideways during the spin and water actually leaked out on floor. Nothing that I couldn’t get up with a towel , but needs to be looked at. The threshold going to the bedroom with the two full beds needs to be nailed or glued down. My mother almost fell because it pops up at one end.

The bathroom sink needs to be replaced. No good place to hang a hand towel.The best part was the mattress! The people in the building were wonderful, very helpful and polite.

Good in a pinch

This is an older condo. It had a very musty smell and the floors were not extremely clean. It was a last minute rental and worked for our situation!
