Este vigilado, de gran altura residencial está situado en la intersección de 161 y Perdido Beach Blvd, que se sitúa justo en el centro de toda la emoción de Orange Beach!

Unidad 1006 se encuentra en el piso 10. Este tres dormitorios, dos baños unidad cuenta con su propia cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora y secadora y balcón privado frente del Golfo.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King size y baño privado. También hay acceso al balcón de esta habitación. 2 dormitorio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio y 3 dormitorios con dos camas dobles. Hay un baño completo adicional para mayor comodidad.

Esta propiedad ha pagado el aparcamiento. Un pase de estacionamiento está incluido en el precio de cotización. La propiedad permitirá un máximo de dos coches por unidad. Si usted quiere comprar el segundo pase de estacionamiento por favor sepamos.

Great convenient location. Walkable to restaurants and stores. Well appointed and clean. Easy access to the beach. Loved having indoor amenities during rainy days. Great communication from host.

Furniture needs to be replaced but overall nice condo

The condo had a lot of room but there were a few things that need attention. The couch and loveseat were very worn and sagging. They had dirt spots all over them and we did not sit on them once during our entire stay. The washer is really tiny and you could only wash 2 towels in it at a time. Being a 3 bedroom condo this would have been a problem if we had more people staying with us. The balcony had two really cheap chairs and a table that was tiny, rusted, and wobbly. Where would others sit if we had the amount of people this condo holds? Besides the cheap furnishings the condo was clean, in a great location, and was fine for spending the week on the beach.

Can you say Awesome?!!!

This property was amazing. Everything was as described! The property was clean. It had a fantastic view and easy access to the beach! The location of this property was within driving distance to all restaurants and activities! Gulf Shores is only a 10 minute drive away. We had stayed in Destin and Panama City Beach the last several years and this Orange Beach experience blew those places out of the water! Liquid Life was also easy to work with and very efficient and kind. This was just a great overall location and trip!

Stay here!

No contact check in and check out made it speedy and more relaxed when we arrived after dark. The condo itself was clean and could not hear other tenants during our stay. Central location in town and the beach was so great you didn't need to travel anywhere.

Nice condo, but...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was really nice and clean, the beds were some of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in for a rental unit. I do have a problem with the people who run the condo and management, Liquid Life. We stay from Monday to Saturday morning. There was a storm on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning where lightening struck the elevator and made it out of order from Wednesday til Thursday afternoon. The people at LL didn’t let anyone know till the end of the business day on Wednesday that the elevator was out and wouldn’t be fixed til at least Friday. I call LL Thursday morning and ask if there would be any kind of reimbursement for this, we were on the 10th floor. They said no since it was a freak accident rudely. The elevator was fixed and working Thursday afternoon and LL did not message anyone that the elevator was working again. On Friday I got a message that I could extend my stay for another night at discounted rate til Sunday. Meanwhile hurricane IDA was on the way. So yes the condo was really nice, but I won’t stay with Liquid Life.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very nice and spacious. Updated in decor. Beautiful view. Only complaint was the floor was dirty. My husband wore his socks and they were black within 5 min or less. So I feel like the floor could be mopped better. We did have a bad storm, hail, high winds and heavy rain. Water came in around the doors and windows so had to use all the towels to clean it up. We were up so luckily it did not sit and was cleaned up immediately. I would stay again. 4.5/5

Summerchase 1006 is beautiful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are some things that weren't the greatest. The decor is beautiful. Perfect size condo for the 5 of us. Right on the beach. It was unseasonably warm while we were there yet due to the painting being done on the building the outdoor pool was closed. The indoor pool was fine but the bathrooms there were very moldy, I mean nasty black mold all over the wall and ceiling. So ventilation down there needs to be addressed. The hot tub didn't work half the time and that was a little disappointing. Back to the actual condo. Beds were comfortable, plenty of seating for breakfast or dinner. Plenty of seating in living area. Kitchen was nice but there was only one saucepan, no whisk, one spatula/turner, no containers with lids. 3 large drinking glasses. Half a dozen or so on the rocks type glasses. I made do though. I'm a cook do I cook even on vacation. This is not really an even halfway stocked kitchen for a cook. Overall though that stuff is minor. Would I stay here again? Absolutely, I'd just come prepared.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let’s start by saying the pictures on line are very deceiving. We were very disappointed with the unit when we got there. The furniture is beat up, dirty and stained. There were doors missing on the closets.. There a plastic screen door which is supposed to cover the washer and dryer, however it’s so rotted and broken, that it flies in your face every time you open the front door! The kitchen is all beat up, and the dining room table wood is pealing off. The $169.00 cleaning fee is a joke. I removed layers of dust from the furniture, and I cleaned the floors three times,and our socks were still black! I would never rent this unit again in the condition it is. The owners need to spend some money to fix it up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Summerchase 1006 for the past 3 years because we loved the view, the hot tub, and fitness room. We have seen, however that the interior of the condo has not been maintained (missing closet doors, broken laundry door, worn couch, exterior table shaky, etc). It’s still a good place. We have NEVER seen any bugs and the location is perfect. Be aware that there is a major construction project next door (west of the building).

Great Property

We loved the location and amenities provided with this rental. Newer accommodations and enough space to separate from the rest when needed. We will stay here again!
