Ubicada en Cottage Street en la ciudad de Old Grayton, nuestra casa es perfecta para una o dos familias. Con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, te encantará su encantadora decoración de lujo. Una de las habitaciones tiene una cama king. Uno tiene una cama queen size y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama king. Nuestra casa dormirá un total de 6 personas cómodamente. No se permiten mascotas. No Fumar. Gracias.

Alquiler de domingo a domingo en la temporada de verano.

El paseo marítimo a la playa está a unos 25 metros de distancia, lo que facilita la tarea de llevar a los niños al océano. Cuando necesite un cambio en las playas de arena, disfrute de la piscina del vecindario, directamente frente a nuestra casa. La piscina climatizada se comparte con solo otras 8 casas en Cottage Street.

Casa tiene 4 televisores de pantalla plana, 3 reproductores de DVD, 1 reproductor de blueray. La edad mínima para inquilinos es de 25 años.

I was afraid we would be able to hear all the good times happening down the street, but didn't hear a thing. The home was decorated beautifully and the front porch was an added bonus we used each night. Everything was clean and well maintained. So very glad this home popped up on my search. And Grayt Coat Rentals was wonderful to book through.

Furniture and beds are cozy and comfortable, front porch has great seating and a big cushy porch swing. Everything is well-decorated and very clean. Gulf Winds Down

Location is perfect to the beach and downtown Grayton. The house was exactly as stated and comfortable. Parking is truly limited to one car in front of the unit. The secondary location for parking was often overflowing, which is something to keep in mind if you choose to bring 2 or more cars. The upstairs neighbors are sweet as can be and live there full time.

It's a great location, being right across from the pool and 3 doors down from the beach. Ted views were perfect and the feel was exactly what we were looking for. Can't wait to go back.

Do not pass this up!!

We stayed at this property for a family wedding we went to in Seaside. First of all, the house is so clean. So well taken care of. Has plenty of kitchen things. Beautiful furnishings. Now, the location was perfect. The well taken care of pool was right across from the house. The ocean/beach was right down the street - very close. The porch was where we spent most of our time if we were at the house. The property manager answered any questions I had very quickly. It's a three bedroom, two bath house that you should not pass up if that's what you are looking for. We will definitely be back because not only the location, but the house.

Quaint house/short walk to beach

Gulf Winds-Down was a nice, quaint house to stay in for our Grayton Beach vacation. The beach was a 2 minute, easy (no steps) walk to the white sand, blue water beach. The shared swimming pool was directly across the street. The pool area was very clean and well taken care of. The street was a quiet street. It was so relaxing to sit on the front porch, rocking in the two rocking chairs or swinging on the extra large swing. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Great vacation!

This was our first trip to Grayton Beach and Gulf Winds down was an amazing location to be close to everything. The kitchen was well stocked and the layout was comfortable and had plenty of useful thoughtful accents. I would definitely return.

I rented a bike and a kayak and never used my car once I unloaded all that I had packed. The condo was a perfect spot for me too - was clean and has a wonderful porch swing and is located right across from the community pool and only 4 homes down from the boardwalk and inlet lake. I already booked my return !

Would Highly Recommend

This place was perfect for our family of 5. Spacious, clean, close to the beach, and will stay here again. We loved the front porch and sat out there every evening and drank a glass of wine as the kids would play and ride bikes down the road.

Love this place!

We have been coming to 30A for 20 years and this is our favorite place to stay! Location is perfect and place is lovely! We will be back to stay at Gulf Winds Down! As far as hearing people above like in a previous review, don’t let that stop you. They are a sweet couple that live there year round and you occasionally hear them walking but that is it!

Review of My family stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Major construction going on across the street approximately 30 feet from my rental. Extremely loud noises from saws, hammering, and banging. We could hear people walking and in the above rental. I emailed Grayton Rentals to ask why we weren’t notified about the construction before our arrival and got no response. My grandchildren could not get naps in because it was so loud. We didn’t utilize the porch area. Lastly, I left my keys at the location and was charged a ridiculous fee of $45 plus cost to ship them back to me. I asked to UPS because overnight is extremely high. However, they were shipped overnight and my total cost to get a small set of keys back was $89. Not happy. My daughter and I have been renting from GHR for the last 5 years for our family reunions. This will be my last year and will rent from someone else in the future.
