Surf Side Shores 2401 es una unidad de esquina al este 4ª planta que cuenta con gabinetes y encimeras de granito. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, la segunda habitación tiene una cama de matrimonio y el 3er dormitorio tiene 2 dobles con sofá cama en la sala de estar.
Surf Side Shores tiene dos piscinas junto a la playa, uno de los cuales es una piscina larga temporada. También hay una zona de la parrilla disponible para los clientes de Surf Side Shores.

* POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN: la tarifa de procesamiento de $ 89 nunca es reembolsable. La cancelación, los cambios en las fechas de la estadía o la propiedad dentro de los 30 días de la llegada causan la pérdida del depósito. 2401 Surf side shores

Everything was nice and clean. My only suggestions would be to have new towels. The current ones are rough when drying off with a sunburn and some have stains. Bigger TVs in bedrooms would also be nice.

This was the perfect location right on the beach. Loved being able to step outside anytime and be on the beach. Tons of crabs at night for a little family fun

The 4th in Gulf Shoresee rented two condos

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented two condos at surf side Shores. Both were clean and well equipped. We were not disturbed by noise of other guests. Would recommend as a vacation place. The only disappointment was the small master bath.

It was absolutely beautiful the condo the location everything. A few complaints but overall great

Heat wasn’t working and didn’t really work all of our stay was cold in half the condo, shower rode in bathroom fell on my head and my daughters they need a better rode and toilet paper holder was broken.

Martin Family Beach Trip

Property was good. This will be my last trip to Gulfshores due to the beach patrol being so restrictive on placing of umbrellas (absolutely no tents allowed). However they allowed single pole tents which blocked more view than the traditional tailgate tents. I will take my business to Cape SanBlas or St George Island in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstanding! The property was very clean, perfectly located and allowed for easy access to the pool and beach. One thing to report was that one of the TVs did not work. One thing to ask is if a pair of black framed glasses were found which my daughter left behind. If so please coordinate with me for return.

Balcony pickets

The only negative I have to say about this unit is if you have small children the bars on the balconies at spread 6” and are wide enough for a small child to climb through. They should be 4” on center

Long Awaited Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our recent stay at Surf Side Shores was absolutely wonderful. The unit was well equipped, everything was operational & clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We did not use the pool but it looked inviting. We were conveniently located to quite a few great restaurants. (We ate at one and ordered a meal to go so we wouldn't have to leave the unit the next day - we were totally content to stay at and in the condo.) Weather was ideal. We will definitely consider staying there again. The staff (guard?) and maintenance worker were also friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was as described. The amenities were great and had everything I needed in the kitchen! Space was a little outdated and the Master bath was not as nice as the other 2 baths. Would have liked to offer some beach chairs with room.My only complaint was that when we arrived, the door to the washer/dryer was completely detached and just sitting in the kitchen. We had to move it just to do laundry. Property management company was really great to work with though!

Great view of the Ocean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time the condo is right on the beach there were alot of people but not crowded we could space out plenty room. The pool was nice always clean. The condo had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Plenty for us. I am not a picky person but I do feel this property needs a good cleaning Iam sure the turn around time between guest has some bearing on that. But I noticed the one ceiling fan had quite a bit of dust build up on it as well as the air conditioning unit door vent. The floors were not clean because my socks were black on the bottom after walking on it a few minutes. The kitchen was clean as well as the bathrooms shower in the bedroom with the small balcony was very large and water pressure was great a plus. We did enjoy our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The customer services from Gulf Shores Rentals Inc was great. From entering the door to pick up information and getting the maintenance for a toilet issue. We were somewhat disappointed in the condo as it needed some maintenance attention. For one the rubber around the dishwasher was completely off and needed some attention before using the dishwasher. The doors from the living room going out onto the deck was impossible to open and keep shut (this was a all week adventure of getting in and out of the glass doors, and the wifi was very weak and little to no connection on our phones and the use of the TV's in the bedrooms were non existing due to lack of wifi. I did enjoy the view, watching the dolphins and the condo was very clean.

The only issue we had was we booked this particular condo because it had three master suites we had three couples coming in which means three cars. When we arrived we asked the gate keeper if we were able to purchase another parking pass. He was very rude and told us there was a two car max on all condos. We then asked if there was an overflow parking and he said “ geeze I don’t know” he was not very friendly or helpful at all ! That was the one and only time we had to deal with him we googled public parking and found a lot 0.6 miles from the condo so we had to take one vehicle there and leave it during our stay. The condo and facility itself was great ! Management was great and sent out emails and text which I really liked

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo and booked it again for next year. The condo is decorated very tasteful. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The water pressure is extraordinary! We loved it!! The view from the balcony was wonderful and we enjoyed watching the dolphins in the morning. We were disappointed with the living room TV, a little small and hanging on the wall with the speaker in the back was hard to hear, and had quite a bit of buffering. Gulf Shores Rental is great to work with. The vacuum cleaner wasn't working and short on teaspoons (4) they were there the next day with new ones. The dryer vents were all cleaned when we were there also. The condo looks in person as it does on the website. It's very open, spacious and not a lot of do dad's taking up space. We spent 2 months here and enjoyed ourselves very much.
