Licencia de Estes Park # 6116. Bienvenido a una cabaña de montaña actualizada muy privada en la orilla del río (ubicada en .8 acres privados). Escuche el rugido del río y vea el agua salpicando las rocas. Disfrute de la pesca de truchas salvajes en 182 pies del río privado Big Thompson que atraviesa la propiedad. Esta es una cabina más antigua con mucho carácter con una parte construida en la década de 1930. Estamos continuamente actualizando la cabina. Todos los que se han quedado en la cabaña adoran su encanto.

Relájese bajo grandes pinos sombreados en un césped bien cuidado mientras observa el arroyo y las montañas cubiertas de árboles. Los alces y otros animales salvajes frecuentemente deambulan por el patio al atardecer o temprano en la mañana. Traiga la cámara y la videocámara para tomar fotos del alce.

Absolutely amazing stay! The property is beautiful with peaceful grounds and so much wildlife to enjoy. The front window overlooking the river was my favorite part of the home, I sat there with my coffee every morning and loved every minute of it. Truly gorgeous, relaxing, and unforgettable. The location and design of this cabin allow you to focus on the beauty of the area. The elk were the icing on the cake and the Bull like to remind us we were visiting them but we wouldnt change it for the world. We fished and watched Sunday football with the elk. Only upgrade suggested would be a Keurig

Fantastic location by the river, less than 5 minute drive to Estes Park or RMNP entrance. Saw mule deer and a marmot in the yard, plus lots of elk in the park and around town. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend!

I would suggest rails in bathroom for disabled people. I would also suggest the bookcase near the steps to be secured to the walls. One family member with alzheimers kept wanting to hold on to them as she went up/down the steps. But overall.....we will gladly be back....and are already planning next trip with grandkids.

It was beautiful with the river within steps. It rained a lot, which was out of anyone’s control. The bad thing was the sprinkler system for the yard. So between that and the rain it was difficult to enjoy outside. The cabin was very well stocked with everything you would need. I would stay there again.

Great place for a vacation in the Colorado Rockies- beautiful view, lots of wildlife including elk, deer, marmots and magpies right on the property. Fabulous fishing in the river. Cabin is well maintained and welcoming. Lots to enjoy -comfortable beds, nice dining space overlooking the river, relaxing recliner chairs, fully equipped kitchen with excellent appliances, and spice cabinet that seemed to have those items we forgot! Our host was gracious and answered questions promptly. Easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park without going through town! We hope to come back

Beautiful River Property

Beautiful clean property with great location-easy access to RMNP and downtown. Recommend Coffee on the Rocks which is within walking distance of the house.

Loved the river and closeness to activities

My family had a fantastic stay! The river being right outside the house made for lovely mornings with coffee and a book, and evenings with a glass of wine. We were close to downtown Estes Park and several good restaurants.

Gorgeous spot on the river!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4! Convenient location right in the middle of town and with a lot of river frontage. We had as many meals as possible outside and saw tons of wildlife. The house was set up with everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect RMNP stay!

This was our 1st time to Colorado and this cabin welcomed us perfectly! We loved being right on the river. We saw wildlife every day/night - mule deer and elk. The location to RMNP is perfect - close enough to easily access it, yet far enough away to not have terrible traffic. There's a small grocery store very close by, a few restaurants, some souvenir stores, and fishing/sporting goods. The location couldn't have been better for our family. We didn't even miss not having AC, other than our last night there because it got really warm that day and didn't cool off much at night. But the rest of the week was perfect. It's good sleeping listening to the river rushing! We would definitely stay again!

My friends and I stayed here to be close to Rocky Mountain nation park. We didn’t expect to spend too much time at the vrbo, but hanging out next to the river after a long day was the best part of the trip! Our host was great as well!

River and Wildlife

Great location. Enjoyed the river and sound of water; very relaxing. Elk, turkeys, deer, stellar jays, bunnies, all were present everyday. It was a lot of fun for us all, especially my 4 year old granddaughter. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Great River View

The river behind the cabin was the main reason we stayed here. My kids loved playing in the water! Within 30 minutes of getting there a herd of elk crossed the river to come into the yard! A memory we’ll never forget! Also the morning we left, a bull elk was laying in the yard 20 yards from the garage! So neat! We loved this place!!

Very nice property in a great location.

This property has all the comforts of home plus a river in the backyard, easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park in one direction on US 36 and easy access to downtown Estes Park in the other. This quiet property is more than a block off of US 36. We found good eating, a grocery store and some shopping nearby.

If is a private setting on .8 Acre with 180 ft of Big Thompson River 50 feet from the updated funky cabin. We have rented the property 10 seasons and nearly everyone believes it was one of their best vacation rentals.

Sound of the river while at the cabin, lots of wildlife passing through the property daily. Large open play area for kids. The added fire pit makes it like camping with the bath room 30 feet away.
