Artisan LQ Spa Villa 1bd suite Cerca de Tenis y Spa con 2 patios privados

Ubicado en los terrenos de la histórica y legendaria La Quinta Resort and Spa. Espectaculares vistas a la montaña desde todas las habitaciones y terraza. Nuestra artesanal decorada unidad de segundo piso tiene 2 terrazas privadas pendientes, el mayor de los cuales tiene un toldo. Tenga en cuenta que nuestra Villa se aceptan mascotas. Su perro tiene acceso a ambos patios sin el riesgo de fuga que existe en todo el 1er piso Spa Villas.

La piscina y el spa son pasos. El aparcamiento está convenientemente directamente debajo de esta segunda unidad de la planta, pero no necesitará su coche como todo lo que necesita, incluyendo el golf está a unos pasos de distancia.

Disfrute de la amplia jardines del complejo, el golf y el tenis, festivales y eventos, nadar en la piscina cercana. A pie de galardonados restaurantes, bares, tiendas y cafetería. La experiencia de la música en vivo frecuente en 2 lugares. Se aceptan mascotas.

El equipo de gestión Hilton ha remodelado recientemente la mayoría de las habitaciones del complejo en un estilo muy genérica que no resaltar el tema de la misión española histórica que hace de La Quinta Resort famosa. Hilton ordenó que los propietarios de Spa Villa también utilizan los mismos estilos genéricos. Nos resignamos a partir del sistema de gestión del hotel y hemos remodelado completamente nuestra villa en estilo clásico mexicano con colores brillantes, barra de hierro negro, arte clásico, Talvera y Saltillo mosaico en todo. Nuestra Villa celebra la historia del complejo y hace honor a su herencia. Viva La Quinta!

Nuestro comedor cuenta con un restaurante de stand vintage. Todo el mundo ama a obtener los asientos cabina cuando se come fuera. Disfrute de cada comida y periódico de la mañana en nuestro medio comensal acogedor.

Tenga en cuenta que no hay ningún tipo de fumar permitido dentro de la Villa, en las cubiertas o inmediatamente fuera de la Villa. Si va a fumar, entonces por favor no alquilar nuestra Villa.

A week in Paradise

We loved our stay in this villa more than words can say. Utterly delightful. Beautiful, bright and homey. The location was close to the tennis courts, in a secluded area, with a seemingly private hot tub and pool. Amy was a great communicator when we had a small issue The mexican motif was a lot of fun, and La Quinta is just gorgeous. We had a perfect vacation.

Everything about our stay was super. We love the LQ Resort and the villa was perfect for us. From the covered parking to the wonderful patio, everything was just as advertised. It was so nice to have a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Would love to stay there again!

Clean and Accomodating!

We rent a villa every year, sometimes a couple times a year. This villa was exceptionally clean, it’s located on the resort, but with more privacy than closer to the front of the hotel. The owners were very accommodating with our early check in and offered us a late check out, if needed. It has a large patio, kitchen, and two full size bathrooms. We absolutely intend to reach out in the future and use this villa for our next golf/sun/pool getaway. 🙂

We Love the La Quinta Resort

I couldn’t get past the La Quinta/Spanish decor which was everywhere throughout the condo including every bathroom tile and even the light fixture covers. The furniture both inside and outside the condo needs to be updated. The patio table and chairs are worn and slightly rusty.. Cushions for the chairs on the patio would have been nice. For renters staying for a week or more, guests should be given more beach and bath towels. The washer and dryer are not in the condo but on the first floor around the corner. One day, I found myself doing laundry with the owner. My laundry was in the dryer. I couldn’t put another load in the washer because it was being used. Odd. There were pluses. We loved the big bathroom which was fun for me and my two daughters to get ready together. And the big patio for morning coffee and pre-dinner cocktails was lovely. I appreciated the owners supplying pods for the coffee machine. Overall, we absolutely love the La Quinta Resort, restaurants, pools, spa, tennis/pickle ball courts and grounds. After staying at the resort the past couple of years and now the spa villas, the accommodations are in need of a remodel.

Not recommended for long term stay

Property had a number of issues upon check in - no hot water, fireplace didn’t work, light bulbs burned out, dead batteries in remote, 3 mixed matched wine glasses, locked cabinets in kitchen and bathroom, limited dishes and silverware, no hot pads or kitchen towels - these issues were taken care of by owner once made aware, but we checked in a day late. - dishes were very limited however. The weirdest thing was having to share the laundry facilities with the owner. We stayed 6 weeks, and it is a beautiful location, very dated unit however. Burned batch in drapes, old uncomfortable furniture, updating is sorely needed. Patio furniture is rusted and worn. Owners are very nice, and it is a wonderful location and best for a very short stay

Great condo in great location, comfortable, but needs some attention.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay in the unit, its a great condo in a great location, best layout of any unit we have stayed in at LQ. The bed was comfortable and some of the furniture is charming and interesting. The LQ resort has a certain aesthetic, and this carries through to this unit with the tiling and Mexican décor, light and fun for a few days. Having said this, it could be better. The place needs a few upgrades, some repairs and more attention to stocking of the unit. The furniture on the main patio and in the lounge, area is old and damaged. Rusting, missing legs, sagging old cushions and a strange diner / banquette set up let the unit down. The LQ resort suffers from old technology in all units, but this was compacted in this unit with old TV's with remotes that didn't work (probably just batteries) The TV cables aren't routed through the wall, so there's also a "spaghetti” cords hanging everywhere, just needs some attention. The fireplace wasn't working when we were there, which the owner explained was due to delayed parts; fair enough, hopefully it gets fixed soon as it would have been nice to enjoy. The shower controls in the second bathroom don't work properly and the shower head needs a good soak in CLR. I don't know if the towels are supplied by the resort, but they are old and "scratchy" and need replacing. The weakest part of the rental is the kitchen. It needs to be better stocked with quality utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware. For example, there were just 3 mis-matched wine glasses, no kitchen towels, no paper towels and a broken wine opener, it felt more like the kitchen in a first-year student rental than one in an expensive resort.

Villa is lovely. Colorful decor. Immaculate and comfortable. Provided all amenities needed. Responds quickly to question. Close to fitness center, main pool. Smaller pool is within a few steps from front door. Very private, and quiet. The perfect relaxing place!
