A Happy Break

This property is in a very lovely well kept setting. It was just as advertised, clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Mark was very responsive to our enquiries and very pleasant to deal with. If it wasn’t so far from home (eastern Canada) we would visit it on a regular basis.

Legacy Villas

The unit was as advertised, neat, clean and well appointed. The manager was immediately responsive to our questions and an issue with the washing machine. We had a great time and would definitely stay at the unit again.

Top notch Legacy Condo

We only stay at the Legacy complex when in the desert and have rented several units. This one stands out as a cut above. Great location. Private garage. Beautifully decorated. And best of all Mark was awesome to deal with. Can't wait to return..

Amazing Legacy

We've stayed in several Legacy condos and this is one of our favorites! Beautiful setting on the edge of the complex. Beautifully decorated. A spacious 2 car garage. And Mark was the most responsive owner I've ever dealt with. Will definitely return!

Wonderful Place to Stay for Coachella

This condo was perfect! It had everything you might possibly need, had plenty of space and was very clean. The pool was diagonally outside the door, which was great. We were there for Coachella and the shuttle left from the La Quinta Resort that was a very short walk away (7 minutes). The condo also had keyless entry, which is such a good thing to have so that we didn't have to carry around keys! Would definitely want to stay again!

Thanks for a great stay. Super spacious 2 bedroom unit. Great location by our favorite pool. The unit is super clean & updated. Kitchen stocked well enough For cooking your own meals . Perfect for our family of 4 … if u went with 2 couples u could have ample privacy and space. We will be back :)

Top notch unit with excellent management.

Mark clearly takes this seriously, leaves nothing to be desired and was an excellent communicator. Location is great and everything was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Seriously impressed with the spot, right by a pool. This unit had great shade surrounding it and a quick walk to the mountain views and steps to a pool. Thx Mark!

Nice stay in La Quinta

This property is very quiet and right next to one of the swimming pools and whirlpool. All the windows face West with a tree in front of them so don't get a lot of sun in December - but don't have to go far to get sun at the pool. Just down from the Santa Rosa mountains, the view of this range is stunning. We never tried the on-site restaurant which was only open weekends in December, but many good restaurants in La Quinta and beyond. Our favorite was the Daily Grill in Palm Desert. The property owner was very responsive and we would stay here again.

Love it!

This was an amazing Villa and amazing property! The Villa had lots of “extras” - coffee, laundry basics, kitchen basics and the list goes on! Excellent location as well!! The pool was about 20 steps from the back door! We will come back and will stay at this location with this host again! It was the best vacation and exactly what we needed to escape the snow at home! 😊
