Espectacular ubicación en el sendero de golf Robert Trent Jones @ Capitol Hill. Esta casa fue construida recientemente en marzo de 2015. Mis 2 casas en Prattville fueron diseñadas y construidas específicamente para grupos. Se encuentran a 200 yardas de la puerta de entrada de Capitol Hill. Disfrute de la privacidad y el lujo por el mismo precio que un hotel.

Las casas están cargadas de comodidades que incluyen; 4 master suites, cada una con baño adjunto y dos camas tamaño queen (8 camas en total). Las grandes duchas están terminadas en azulejos de diseño y los tocadores tienen mostradores de granito.

El plano de planta abierto ofrece una ENORME 'Gran sala' con 60 'TV de plasma, mesa de comedor / póker con capacidad para 8 y una sala de billar separada con mesa de campeonato Brunswick. Cada habitación tiene un baño adjunto y un televisor de alta definición de 40 '. La cocina totalmente equipada es lo suficientemente espaciosa para muchos cocineros, o puede contratar a nuestro chef personal para que cocine por usted. Golf trip

We did a 4 day golf trip and the house was amazing. Perfectly located for the Robert Trent golf courses. Would recommend it to anyone.

Great location. Nice and quiet

I had a work conference in nearby Montgomery. Hotel rates were ridiculous so I found a much better alternative. The location was convenient to Montgomery and the back deck overlooking the golf course was great.

Large house with a view

The house is large and well-appointed, with an open concept upstairs kitchen/living area. Great comfy leather couches and recliners in the family room and a collection of games, plus a pool table. Outside was a putting green and corn hole. The view of the golf course is beautiful. It is really set up for a group of golfers with 8 queen size beds in four bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. Only downside is the beds are high, so keep that in mind if staying with small children.

This is as advertised; the only on site location and perfectly set up for 4-8 golfers. Clean, modern, with (4) master suites. Great golf getaway.

Fantastic stay

This property was great for us. We didn't even come to golf, we were visiting family. It was perfect for us. Close to town but secluded and serene. Owner was responsive and accommodating

Location Location Location

Excellent Property located at the entrance of Capitol Hill. The house is fantastic for golf and the accommodations cannot be beat. Excellent set up for entertaining and watching your favorite sporting event after a day on the golf course. We will definitely stay at this property again when we come back to Capitol Hill. Perfect set up.

Just rented both houses with a group of friends at the end of Sept. It is the perfect set up for a large group of golfing buddies. The houses are very nice and so is Capitol Hill. We'll be back.

Great Stay at Oster Property

We had a golf outing and rented both homes for the weekend. It was the perfect set-up, especially with the putting/chipping green in-between the houses. House was clean and comfortable. This was the 2nd year in a row to rent the house and will likely be back next year!

BEST Golf Trip EVER!

Our group was celebrating our 25th year of a 16 man golf trip. The Oster houses were the BEST accommodations we have experienced in the history of our event - HANDS DOWN. On top of that, the golf at Capitol Hill was spectacular - diverse courses, challenging but fair. Rick was an incredible host and resource - responsive to any and all questions and a delight to work with - what can I say - amazing! If there was a SIXTH star I would have chosen it!

Rick’s houses are the absolute best. He spares no expense and every detail is taken care of. Our group of 8 had a awesome time staying at this house and playing the beautiful RTJ courses. Top notch!!

Great place for friends and family!

The layout is just about perfect. The only exception to that is if you have a group that goes to bed at different times the noise will carry. The golf course is also a huge place, play the Judge, so beautiful!

My four friends and I had plenty of space to relax given the number of bedrooms, the ample kitchen and dining room, the covered patio, and the large den with big screen TV. Close proximity to Publix for grocery shopping. We had great cooks in our group, so we ate most meals in the house and could not have been happier. The three courses are so close you can walk to them if you wish! You must try the RTJ and especially Capitol Hill! If you do you must make the homes on the property your home base!

Great house and great location

12 guy golf trip and we had a blast. House was great. Spacious and luxurious while hanging out. House is really geared for 8 guys in my opinion. We used the 2 provided blow up mattresses and bought 2 more. Light bulbs out on the front porch made it a little tricky for maneuvering in the dark. Loved having the 2nd fridge and an awesome bbq allowed us to stock up on groceries for our stay so we could enjoy the camaraderie and keep the group together. Putting green was great for some chip/putt competitions.

Awesome Golf Vacation House

This place is perfect for a guys golf trip. Everything is perfectly setup for 8 guys on a golf trip. Location is ideal for playing the RTJ Trail and the house is in great condition and has all the amenities you would be looking for on a golf trip house. I would highly recommend this place.

Golf House

This is our second time renting the home and we enjoyed it more this time than the last. It is located in a great area for the golf courses at Capitol Hill and is in close proximity to other course on the trail. A quick ride gets you to Grand National, Cambrian Ridge, Oxmoor Valley & Ross Bridge. The home was perfect for our large group and having 4 master suites with full bath made it a very comfortable stay. We would definitely rent again when we are in the area.

perfect house for our needs

we are not golfers but needed a house large enough to accommodate all of us. We were going to a 100th year celebration of a church my husband went to as a child and his brothers and sisters were coming from all over the country. We were able to house 10 easily at the house and enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready in the morning. We also were able to cook dinner each night for everyone staying at other locations. We enjoyed watching the golfers in the early morning and still had fun trying the putting green.

My name is Rick Oster. I'm a dad with 3 kids and I don't get to play enough golf! However, the one thing I make sure I do every year, is take a golf trip with my friends. In 2006, I came up with the idea of building houses specifically for golfers to rent. I wanted a place where we could be totally comfortable, hang out, goof off and have fun. I literally sat down and listed everything I'd want in a 'man cave' type of vacation home...and then I built it! My first home is near the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Oregon. It was so successful, that I began searching for another great location. After two years, I finally found an incredible acre of land, overlooking the 10th fairway at Oxmoor Valley (on the RTJ Trail in Birmingham, AL). In 2013 & 2015 I built two homes side-by-side overlooking the "Legislator" golf course at Capitol Hill.

It's really difficult to buy 'golf front' land on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. Much of the land is owned by US Steel or the Retirement Systems of Alabama. So, I was absolutely thrilled to find this piece of property. The site overlooks the Legislator Golf Course and has a spectacular view. The home is secluded in privacy amongst the trees, yet you're only minutes away from restaurants, bars & shops. It is an ideal spot to relax after a long day on the links!

You can park your car at my house and never get back in it. There's no need to leave! We will stock the house with food and drinks and even have a chef come cook dinner! Need a massage? No problem, we will have a masseuse knock on the door! We tried to think of everything you might need to have the time of your life. Best of all, the "cart boys" will come pick you up and take you to the clubhouse.
