Fun Long Weekend...

Four of us enjoyed a long weekend in this home, spending a lot of time on the deck. Kitchen was well-stocked. The place is in need of some updates - e.g. new duvet cover, new doormat on the deck, maybe some overall de-cluttering.

Great place!

Loved this cabin with 2 master king suites. Close to the village with a short bike ride or walk away. Very quite, clean, hot tub, and all the amenities. Management company was dialed in and extremely helpful

Excellent Vacation!!

The property was excellent and the property manager was very responsive. When the thermostat broke, they had a technician within a couple of hours to replace it. Enjoyed all of the bicycling paths.

Great Stay

There were three seniors staying at 10 East Butte Lane. It was wonderful. We appreciated the furnishings and décor which was a cut above other properties we have rented. Very clean, comfortable and the location was perfect for us. The only thing I would recommend is better lighting in the living area for reading and a clock. Great stay overall. Thank you.

Great Location

Great little cabin. Lots of room for a two bedroom. Everything worked as described, especially the ever important coffee maker. Beds were the most comfortable I’ve slept in and I achieved a very good night sleep. Checking in no earlier than 5 was problematic. Code code process has hiccups, but PM was very responsive and friendly.

Relaxing and quiet!

Very relaxing with the hot tub/bath tub combo and fireplaces. Really didn’t want to do anything but stay in and enjoy the quiet. It’s a big ask to have hot water after filling a massive tub but complaining about that is like complaining you won the lottery. Super clean inside and the sheets smelled fresh. The living room feels a lot like a home theater with the comfy chairs, wall lighting,and speakers. 10/10!

Quick little getaway

We live over on the coast so we make a trip to Sunriver one to two times a year. This house was a little smaller than what I normally book but probably my favorite house we’ve ever stayed in. The location is wonderful. The property manager is always our preferred company. Beds were comfortable. Living room furniture was super comfortable. I think the only thing I need to report back to the property manager is the hood of the barbecue was missing a bolt but my husband was able to navigate that once he was aware. Great little house

Girl's trip

We booked this home for a girl's weekend to celebrate our 60th birthdays. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. The couches and beds were super comfortable. It was set far enough off of the road that it was very private and serene. We especially loved the deer right outside our door. Everything that we needed was provided. All we needed was food and drinks. The property management was wonderful. We had an issue using the key pay to access the front door. They had is in and reset the code within 5 minutes. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Week away with girlfriend.

We stayed at East Butte 10 in early May and really enjoyed our time there! Location is excellent for exploring Sunriver and easy access to Highway 97 to explore the surrounding area. Amenities were as described with comfortable furniture and beds, easy to use bikes and the hot tub was clean and warm. Only a couple of issues that we felt could be improved: the cookware was well used which made cooking a bit difficult (dull knives and sticky pans), not a lot of space in either bathroom so it would be difficult for more than two people to get ready at a time, both kitchen and master bath faucets could be upgraded for better operation (both are too small), and lastly some of the jets in the hot tub didn't operate well. Those were minor inconveniences though and otherwise the place is cute and would happily stay there again. Bennington Properties who managed it was very quick with communication and answered all the questions we had.

Decent house with a couple big issues

We both are very well travelled and have stayed in a wide range of rentals. I've stayed in Sunriver many times myself and never had the issues of this house or it's property management. The largest issue with this home is something we have never experienced. The ceiling literally cracks like an earthquake is rolling through the house. The ceiling is tongue and groove cedar boards that expand and contract with the changing temperature. The ceiling cracks and pops like gunshots, rolling crackles in a way that you just have to experience at night and in the morning with the temperature changes. It will pop you straight up from a dead sleep at night. The other issues; the low, non-adjustable, shower head with the over powering water pressure…. The spa who’s cover will blow back on top of the spa with a decent breeze… The master bathroom is wide open. No door on the toilet, no door on the shower with one, very-very small sink in a corner. The house needs some work. It really needs someone to look at the ceiling and figure out how to get the popping and adjusting to stop. Last note is about the property management… 10am check out???? WHY? Checking is at 5:00 as well? That's so late in the day. A 7-hour window to clean a home that you're asking the renters to do a lot of the cleanup for you is ridiculous.

Clean house and close to everything

We enjoyed our stay here, but I do recommend white noise machines! The house makes a lot of noises at night when the temperatures change. The location was great! Close to the park. Everything was cozy and the hot tub was nice. Thank you for a nice, clean home!

Mother/Daughters weekend
