Lodge Style Perfection: este maravilloso alquiler de vacaciones en Sunriver de 2436 pies cuadrados se encuentra en el tranquilo y privado extremo norte de Sunriver y cuenta con acentos de roca de río y un hermoso patio ajardinado y un amplio camino de entrada. Con camas king en la primera y segunda habitación, camas queen en la tercera y cuarta habitación y dos camas individuales en la quinta habitación, 5 Gosling Lane tiene capacidad para hasta 10 personas cómodamente. Esta casa cuenta con muchas comodidades para mantener contento a su grupo, incluyendo aire acondicionado centralizado, una estufa de gas, una bañera de hidromasaje privada fuera del dormitorio principal con cama King y una mesa de ping-pong en el garaje. 

Esta casa se encuentra a muy poca distancia a pie del río Deschutes. Best house we've stayed in

This house was impeccably taken care of and it shows. There wasn't one thing that didn't work as it should. The house was perfect for the three families that stayed there. If we can get the group together again in Sunriver, this is absolutely the place we will stay. Thank you so much!

The house was very lovely and prefect for our family reunion. We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room in the well stocked kitchen and the deck area/backyard was great for barbecuing and playing Corn Hole. The house was in a great location for walking or biking. I would highly recommend this rental to family and friends....can't wait to rent this house again.

Excellent stay

The house we stayed at was very clean. Well stocked with kitchen/bathroom accessories. Ran out of propane during the trim and had a replacement tank within 30 minutes. Had a couple questions during the trip and always recieved prompt responses to any questions I had. Excellent venue for this friends and family (10 people) vacation.

quiet area, lots of bedrooms, nice common space

Well lit living room, kitchen, dining room with high vaulted ceilings. Kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes/glasses/etc. Easy directions for key entrance, quite part of Sunriver right next to the bike trail, close to trail towards the falls. Highly recommend!

Girls Getaway

More than accommodated 4 women. Property was on the perimeter of Sunriver away from the hustle & bustle of the Village & Sharc Center, which we preferred. Bikes, ping pong, hot tub appreciated. We would stay here again.

Gosling 5 - Spacious Home for vacationing families

We love the 2 master suites as we share this home with another family and there is plenty of room for everyone. This home use to come with SHARC passes, so it was a bit of a bummer to learn we had to pay to swim anywhere. Otherwise, we were happy with our vacation home and the Bennington folks were very helpful and nice to work with.

Wonderful week at Sunriver!

The house was just as we were told and was perfect for our family! Wish we had access to the marina for our rafting but we made other arrangements. A great week was had by all!

Cozy and Quite

We enjoyed this house for our annual family vacation! It held 10 of us comfortably. We loved having the pantry for dry food storage, but would have loved having a second refrigerator for extra food and drinks. This was a little farther out then we usually stay, but it was also less busy and quieter. We had a mama and two baby deer sleeping in the yard every night!

Nice home

It was a lovely home with almost everything we needed. Definitely could have used more kitchen towels and washcloths for the bathrooms. A nice comfortable patio set would have made everything so much nicer, as we spend a lot of time outside and had one small 4 seater table, 3 old plastic chairs and 4 folding chairs. For the money we paid I expected more luxury. Overall, beautiful home. Bathroom situation upstairs was inadequate with 3 people sharing one bathroom.

Nice location

This property was the perfect size for a group of 9 adults. Hot tub was nice to have after a day in the snow... this house could definitely use an update and a good deep cleaning! Doesn’t look like they had vacuumed between renters and the floors in the bathroom need to be scrubbed. I will say the bedding looked clean ( sheets) and clean towels.. this could be a nice rental with some simple but noticeable changes

House in need of deep cleaning, and modernizing

We called maintenance crew almost every day. There was lots of dust on most of the lights— obviously hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while. No smart TVs. Had hard time working the vhs/dvd players, some were inoperable. Maintenance personnel helped the best they could but many weren’t functioning. Hot tub was great, beds and sheets were comfortable. Microwave was broken. There were zero baking pans. Maintenance people gave us loaner microwave and bought some baking sheets (but not baking pans.... necessary for roasting meat, cooking bacon etc). Location was nice, further from main area but still easy access. No one came to shovel/plow driveway

Perfect getaway home!

We stayed at 5 Gosling for a full week in July. The AC was a plus, as Sunriver gets hot during the day. We had two families and really appreciated the two master suites (one upstairs, one downstairs) with king beds. We used the bikes and ping pong table from the garage many times, and loved having a hot tub on the back porch. Location is at the north end of Sunriver, but everything in Sunriver was only about a ten minute drive away. Property managers were generous and quick with extra towels, etc.

Comfy family vacation home

Large comfy layout for a family get together, the downstairs master walk in closet was quiet enough for a baby to sleep even with stuff going on in the living room, kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utinsels (but not Tupperware or tinfoil/plastic wrap!!), hot tub was well maintained, location was peaceful and quiet (probably helps all neighbors were gone), close to a river access location, cute front porch to enjoy, Bennington was great and helpful, overall wonderful experience.

Sunriver Summer

The house was good. But the stove is still not working. This was a complaint in January 2016. It is disappointing that this is still not working properly. One of the bedrooms had no cable. The people came to look at it ( ewe did not report it) and were rude they were called out again. They said they told the owners there was a low voltage issue. I will say we were given some passes for the cable inconvenience. So hats off to the management.

Reviewer Comments: House was in a great location, center to the mall/exit of sunriver/etc. Bedrooms worked great for us, all were used and fit 10 adults with 2 kids/2 babies perfectly. Beds and furniture were comfy and we had a very relaxing time. The only thing: the stove may need to be replaced, oven cook time is way off (add 1 or 2 hours to any cook time) and the stovetop burners were SLOW. The check-in time at 4:30pm is VERY late, especially when you pay for that day... We had some night visitors of raccoons but they didn't bother us, the kids loved watching them from the window :)

The accommodations were quite comfortable, and the floor plan was perfect for everyone. From toddlers to great-grandparents, our four generations had plenty of room to spread out. An extra bonus was having snow on the ground! We spent time in the village, which was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Having stayed in other Sunriver homes, we have always found Bennington Properties to be professional, courteous and responsive. Looking forward to our next visit!
