During the summer, you'll have access to the canal that's only a few hundred yards to the Deschutes River. In winter, enjoy the beauty of the snow. The canal isn't the only attraction in the backyard as you'll also find a patio with a fire pit, corn hole, a Weber gas grill, and a large grassy backyard for kids to play!

Inside the home, you'll find four bedrooms equipped to host up to 10 guests. With an open floor plan on the main level, friends and family can gather for game night at the big dining table or movie night in the living room. Or how about a friendly game of foosball in the garage? One bedroom is especially designed for kids, with bunk beds, a smart TV and games. 3 of the 5 TVs in the home are connected to cable, as well. The home will keep you comfortable in the summer with central A/C and central heating in the winter. You'll also find a wood fireplace in the living room to cozy up to during our colder months in Central Oregon. When it's time for a meal, you'll find everything you need to cook and bake to your heart's desire in the fully equipped kitchen. If work calls during your vacation, the Primary Bedroom is equipped with a Workstation, 4k Monitor, keyboard, and mouse!

Situated just 10 minutes south of Sunriver Resort and less than 30 minutes to downtown Bend, this home is close to all the fun that Central Oregon has to offer. Visit Bend for coffee shops, cideries and breweries. Hike or mountain bike among the Ponderosa pines at LaPine State Park or Phil's Trails. Explore all the world-class fly fishing that the Deschutes, Fall and Crooked Rivers have to offer -- or visit one of the many nearby reservoirs or calderas for lake fishing. Visit Sunriver for biking trails, the marina, horse-back riding, golf, ice skating and more. If you're a skier or boarder, this home is also less than a 30 minute drive to the Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort, the sixth-largest mountain in North America with over 4,000 acres of skiable terrain.
