This charming studio includes a very cozy room with pleasant colors, equipped with a two-seater convertible sofa bed, a coffee table, a television, Wi-Fi, a kitchen table with chairs, shelves, etc. It has two windows, a very cute kitchen, and a fresh and relaxing bathroom with mosaic patterns, including a shower and modern toilets. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook or have a drink in the apartment.
There is a refrigerator and an espresso coffee machine.
Note: The photos in the listing are from 2017. The apartment remains very similar.

Just climb the small steps that you can see from the apartment to reach the Sacré-Cœur, offering the most beautiful view of Paris. The apartment is also very close to the famous Place du Tertre.

Nearby, you will find many cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops, including the famous "Café d'Amélie Poulain". Bus and metro stops are also very close. The apartment is located one minute walk from the Moulin Rouge, five minutes by metro from the Champs-Élysées avenue, and fifteen minutes from the Eiffel Tower.

Muy acogedor y localización perfecta.

Pasamos fin de año en París y reservamos este estudio. La situación es perfecta, junto al Sacre Coeur y en el bonito barrio de Montmartre. El estudio tiene todo lo necesario, muy limpio y muy acogedor. Y Ammanda y Vincent muy atentos a cualquier cosa que pudieramos necesitar. Sin duda lo recomendamos a nuestros amigos y si volvemos a París, repetiremos.

"Super bien comunicado y muy comodo.Muy calentito y acogedor, lo que necesitabamos para una semana en Paris. Amanda y Vincent no nos pusieron ninguna pega y nos facilitaron todo lo que pudieron. It was perfect for one week of holidays, really well comunicated, charming neighbourhood, with restaurants, shops, supermarkets. Amanda y Vincent were really kind and they made our trip really confortable."

Mooie plek, niet erg schoon

Het is een goede plek om lekker boven de drukte van Montmartre te relaxen. Echter, de studio was niet goed schoon. De vloer was stoffig, de ventilator dusdanig dat we hem niet aan wilden zetten, er zat schimmel in de douche en vlekjes van eten rond het fornuis. Ook zat er geen zak in de prullenbak van de badkamer en kwamen we nét niet uit met toiletpapier. Het inchecken ging ook rommelig: we mochten om 12 onze tassen afgeven, maar toen we door vertraging een uurtje later zouden zijn kregen we te horen dat dat toch niet kon. Vervolgens werden we ook niet ontvangen, maar we werden over de app wel goed langs de verschillende sloten gekomen.Daar staat tegenover dat de studio wel een heerlijke uitvalsbasis was om Parijs te verkennen, vlakbij de metro, allerlei bakkerijen en restaurants en natuurlijk de Sacré-Coeur.Al met al een prima verblijf, maar de schoonmaak mocht echt beter.P.S.: Let wel op: de studio zit op de 4de etage en er is geen lift. Voor jonge 30-ers geen punt, maar mijn moeder zou in de problemen zijn geraakt.

Cozy studio in a perfect location.

From the time I requested the apartment and all during my stay, Vincent and Amanda were attentive to my needs and questions. There was a glitch with the wifi, but Vincent worked with me to fix the issue. The apartment is spotless, and I loved having a fridge, sink, dishes and a small stove top; staying for 11 days, I didn't want to eat breakfast out every morning, so it was nice to keep milk, cereal and cook some hard boil some eggs. And I was pleased to find a corkscrew in the kitchen drawer so I could drink wine with some yummy leftovers. I would stay here again next time I'm in Paris.

Perfect little apartment in Montmarte

I just returned from a week stay in this apartment in Paris. It is a very small apartment (about 175 sq ft), but it was perfect for me as I was travelling alone. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood that I felt quite safe in. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot. The neighbors were quiet. It's very close to the Abbesses metro station, maybe a five minute walk tops. There is no AC, but I was quite comfortable at night with the window open. There was also a fan in the closet (which I didn't use), so you can always use that if you need to. Vincent always responded to my messages very promptly, both before and during my trip. I felt quite warmly welcomed ... a friend of his met me there to give me my key, brought me some coffee and a bottle of wine, and even helped me get my luggage up the stairs! I would definitely stay here again if I visit Paris again. The apartment is on the fourth floor and there's no elevator, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with a disability. My only word of warning is not about the apartment itself, but about the Abbesses metro station. The elevator at the metro station was closed for repairs during my stay, and it is 181 stairway steps to get from the platform to the station exit. By the time I got from the metro platform to my fourth floor apartment, I was quite exhausted! So you may want to check on planned repairs for the Abbesses station, unless you are in really excellent shape. Overall, it's a nice, cozy little apartment that I really enjoyed staying in, even with the elevator outage at the Abbesses metro. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Mini, aber perfekt, Mini, but perfect, Mini, mais parfait

Das Apartement ist klein, liegt in der 4. Etage eines typischen Pariser Wohnhauses, also sollte man schon etwas Puste haben, da kein Lift. Ein Zimmer mit Kochnische, Badezimmer. Alles super sauber. Selbstvertändlich TV. Das alles ist für eine Einzelperson ideal. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Drumherum jede Menge Cafés und Restaurants. Ich werde dieses Apartement auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Compact studio in great area of Paris

First of all, remember that you get what you pay for. This place is very tiny but has everything what we needed, so that better than average hotel room or larger and more moder apartment in the area, which would be much more expensive. We were touring Paris for 9 days and used place just to sleep, so again, it worked for us well. Obviously, Montmartre is the best place to stay in Paris... Several great restaurants are near; 3 or 4 of them about 100 yards from the entrance to the building. Yes, it was laud outside every night, but hey, we were on vacation and enjoyed that too.. We had some issues with internet and TV which were resolved by owner in no time (thanks Vincent) Overall, 5 stars, considering location and pride we paid.

Qui veut se sentir en plein milieu de Paris

Qui veut se sentir en plein milieu de Paris, qui est resté dans la petite studio douce par Vincent et Amanda. Elle est lumineuse, calme, propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour profiter des vacances sans soucis. Vincent et Amanda sont des hôtes très sympathiques et dévoués, en plus de parler français, anglais et suédois :-) C'est avec des étoiles dépassent pas :-) Nous aimons revenir. Hautement recommandé! Nous les souhaitons le meilleur. Who wants to feel right in the middle of Paris, who stayed in the little sweet dorm room by Vincent and Amanda. She is bright, quiet, clean and has everything needed to enjoy a carefree holiday. Vincent and Amanda are very friendly and dedicated hosts, in addition to speak French, English and Swedish :-) That's with stars not outweigh :-) We love to come back. Highly recommended!! We wish them both the best. Wer sich richtig wohl inmitten von Paris fühlen will, der übernachtet in der kleinen süßen Studentenbude von Vincent und Amanda. Sie ist hell, ruhig, sauber und hat alles, was nötig ist, um einen sorglosen Urlaub zu genießen. Vincent und Amanda sind sehr freundliche und engagierte Gastgeber, sprechen neben Französisch, Englisch und Schwedisch:-) Das ist mit Sternen gar nicht aufzuwiegen:-) Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!! Wir wünschen den Beiden nur das Beste. Vem vill känna dig i mitten av Paris, som bodde i den lilla söta studentrummet av Vincent och Amanda. Hon är ljusa, tysta, rena och har allt som behövs för att njuta av en bekymmerslös semester. Vincent och Amanda är mycket vänliga och engagerade värdar, förutom att tala franska, engelska och svenska :-) Det är med stjärnor inte uppväger :-) Vi älskar att komma tillbaka. Rekommenderas varmt! Vi önskar dem båda bäst.

I strongly recommend this...

I strongly recommend this studio. I stayed 3 nights there, and I can say that it has anything you want for a nice stay in Paris. The hosts are very kind. The place is very clean, close to underground (2 lines) and... it's placed in montmartre...so...Toulouse lautrec would have been envious of you :-)

"Magnifique endroit a visiter l'' appartement dans un emplacement ideal- Montmartre, pres du Basilique Sacre Coeur, pas loin de La Place du Theatre, et de La Place Pigalle, l''appartement tres propre, tout comme decrit a la page Web, Beaucoup de cafes, restaurants, magasins , un supermarche pas cher. Toutes les formalites pris en charge sans probleme. Proprietaires tres sympathiques, ouverts, ils nous ont tout explique, ce qu''on peut visiter , voir , ou on peut bien manger .Ils nous ont donne tous les conseils possibles. Paris est magnifique, nous vous le recommondons . "

"Particulièrement bien situé, le logement se trouve dans un immeuble au cœur du beau et convivial quartier de Montmartre. Tout se trouve à proximité, y compris le métro et la magnifique vue que l''on a depuis le Sacré Cœur. Les fenêtres ouvertes, nous pouvions apprécier l''ambiance, sans aucun désagrément. Le logement est petit mais propre, vraiment mignon et très bien équipé. Nous avons tous les 3 passé un très chouette séjour dans ce lieu que nous conseillons vivement et l''avons déjà recommandé à nos amis. Nous remercions chaleureusement les sympathiques propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse et nous réjouissons de revenir!"

"That was a great pleasur...

"That was a great pleasure to woke up for 3 days in the small charming flat and had a fresh breakfast listening to morning Montmartre. Nice point for Ameli fans: she lived in the opposite building. We found that wonderful. The apartment is small but well equipped. It is very clean. The location is super. There are shops and good cafes around. Subways stations (there are 3 of them nearby) are in 7 mins walk. The Louvre and other turistic places is just in 10 mins by metro or 30 mins on foot. Vincent is a very nice person and the host you can definitely rely on. The book procedure took about couple hours and was very easy - no deposit, just confirmation by email. We were led to the flat and told about everything we need for a comfortable stay. Vincent also prepared instructions, maps, broshures that were very helpful. We had everything to enjoy Paris. Thank you!"

"A parte la posizione ottima non ci sono molti altri motivi per scegliere questa soluzione. Appartamento veramente risicato, a cui si accede per scale rapidissime e buie. La pulizia lascia a desiderare, lo scaldabagno perde, in generale c''è molta approssimazione. Si capisce subito che non è "pensato" per accogliere un ospite ma per il puro "business". Peccato. Via mail i proprietari sembravano molto orientati al Cliente."

"We spent six days in Paris in this nice flat. The flat is small, but cozy, clean and good equipment. The flat is very good located. It take 5 minute by foot to reach metro station or go uphill to Sacré-Coeur to see amazing view of Paris. There are a lot of cafe, restaurants and shops near the flat. The owner was very kind and helpful."

"En väldigt mysig takvåni...

"En väldigt mysig takvåning i centrala Paris med mycket charm, precis intill Sacré-Coeur, mycket väl belägget med mysiga restauranger och caféer. Trevliga hyresvärdar Amanda (som är svenska!) och Vincent de gav oss massor av tips på seevärdigheter och bra restauranger. Tack så mycket, jag och min sambo är mycket nöjda med lägenheten och vår vistelse i Paris!!
