Lovely flat in a perfect neighborhood!

We stayed in this apartment as a family with our two girls (7 & 9 yo) for 5 nights. It was big enough as we were always out in the city during the day and only came to sleep. The apartment is very nice with an authentic Parisian charm and is in a very quiet neighborhood but with good infrastructure. Check in/out went absolutely smoothly!

We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to enjoy Paris in comfort and style.

Our stay in this apartment was truly wonderful, and we enjoyed every moment in Paris! The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided everything we needed, including towels. The spacious and bright layout made it a comfortable place to relax. My husband, who is an architect, really appreciated the unique design and the large windows that filled the space with light. The check-in instructions were detailed, so be sure to read them carefully to ensure a smooth process. The host was exceptionally responsive, staying in touch with us throughout our stay. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the Latin Quarter, a beautiful neighborhood with so much to explore. Montmartre, another nearby highlight, lived up to its legendary reputation. We had no issues with communication, and our deposit was promptly returned a week after our stay.

Keys weren't available at check in, but host was very responsive via IM on Expedia and issue was resolved quickly. Neighbourhood is safe and comfortable with nice restaurants and bakeries, and it's close to 2 metro stations so you can get around easily. Noisy at night with people outside visiting at the restaurant across the street. No issue for me with earplugs. Apartment is lovely and spacious, I appreciated the washing machine to launder my clothes. Separate bedroom is a nice feature. The bathroom is modern and functional. Lots of towels provided. Internet worked well. No AC, but with mature trees outside and windows that open for a cross breeze, and a fan if needed, it was manageable on 33 degree C days. No elevator and unit is on 4th (5th) floor, hard to find if you don't watch the provided video, but does give you that true Paris experience! It took a follow up to get my damage deposit back so keep an eye on it, but it was no issue in the end. Very pleased with my stay and would recommend.

Schlechte Kommunikation

Eine sehr hübsche Wohnung, hell und sauber.Leider ist niemand zuständig, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert. Es waren etliche ÄRGERNISSE, eine kleine Auswahl: Kein WLAN. Man konnte sich zwar connecten, jedoch keine einzige Seite öffnen. Dann stand am 2.Tag die Küche unter Wasser, weil die Abflussrohre nicht gut verbunden waren. Dank handwerklichem Geschick konnte ich die halbe Küche ausbauen und die Rohre gut verbinden. Das hat Nerven gekostet. Die am Sonntag von der Agentur geschickte Tel.nummer habe ich gewählt, erfolglos, habe auf das Band gesprochen, ohne einen Rückruf zu bekommen. Das war nun alles schon ziemlich dreist. Da scheut jemand jeglichen Aufwand beim bewirtschaften der Wohnung. Schade!
