Ubicado en el lado este histórico, junto al área de juegos de la ciudad, el gimnasio y las dos piscinas, descubrirá 'Coast is Clear'. Al entrar en esta acogedora y encantadora torre de dormir de 3 dormitorios y más, 3 ½ casa de campo en la playa, se sentirá como en casa. Perfecto para dos familias, Coast is Clear ha sido recientemente remodelado y decorado para mostrar la hermosa vida en la playa que ofrece Seaside. El plan de piso abierto en el primer piso tiene una cocina bien equipada, mesa de comedor y sala de estar cómoda y recientemente modernizada. La mesa del comedor incluye un asiento envolvente con sillas adicionales para acomodar a un gran grupo de personas. Durante los meses más fríos, los huéspedes disfrutarán de la nueva chimenea con envoltura adicional alrededor de los asientos. Dos juegos de puertas francesas conducen a un porche cubierto con muebles tapizados recientemente. Cerca de la cocina hay un medio baño que se abre a la ducha exterior. Hacia arriba, encontrará tres dormitorios y tres baños completos. La suite principal cuenta con una cama king, vestidor, baño de lujo privado con tocadores dobles, plato de ducha, televisor de pantalla plana y balcón privado. Deambule por el pasillo hasta la sala de literas, que está equipada con dos juegos de literas gemelas con cajones, armario y cajones. El baño adyacente a la sala de literas es el más grande de la casa con 2 tocadores separados, una gran ducha con mampara de vidrio y un inodoro con puerta de privacidad. El dormitorio de invitados con cama grande incluye un gran armario con accesorios integrados, TV y un baño en suite que incluye dos lavabos y combinación de ducha / bañera.

Desde el segundo piso, suba por la escalera de caracol roja hasta la sala de la torre, donde encontrará una gran área para sentarse y dormir con dos camas individuales que duermen 2-3 personas y un televisor de pantalla plana para los afortunados que pueden llamar a esta casa por un corto mientras. Salga del balcón privado para ver la ciudad o suba las escaleras hasta la azotea y disfrute de la increíble vista del golfo.

It was tucked away in the back of Seaside very near green space for dog walking and well-appointed/maintained for all ages (they even had infant spoons, and a pack-n-play!). We thoroughly enjoyed the beach (Cabanaman chairs and umbrellas made for easy beach time with a toddler), the accessibility of Modica and Black Bear breakfasts, Bud-N-Alley’s pizza/tacos, Dawson’s fro-yo/fudge, Pickles (everything) for quick lunches, and fine dining (Surfing Deer, Cafe 30-A, Ambrosia for us this time - lots of options) for upscale dinners. Shopping was fun at a wide variety of walkable stores and the amphitheater green was great for burning off kid energy! October weather was perfect and Halloween trick-or-treating sponsored by the Central Square merchants included complementary photos, candy for the kids, and music! Sundog Books had superlative beach reads as well as an incredible browsing! Extensive biking options and loads of outdoor activities readily available. The management team stayed in touch but we never needed them because they’d already thought of everything! Would definitely recommend and will re-visit!

This is our second trip to Frosted Orange and it was just as amazing as the first.We love the location tucked back close to the pool and tennis facilities but still just a casual stroll to the beach and shops.The property is always clean and cozy. Love the screened in front porch and parking in the front and back is fantastic. Plenty of hot water for our family of 4. We will definitely return again!

Reviewer Comments: Beds were awful to sleep on, hardly any bedding in home certainly not even close to enough bedding to sleep 10 guests. Not even remotely enough towels we had to do laundry every single day of our stay. Construction next door was a huge issue they were banging and blaring music by 7am daily. Overall the house was just very very dirty I'm talking trash inside cabinets dirt and grime everywhere and really needs to have all furniture, beds, sofas, rugs etc replaced. Management company on the other hand was fantastic, responded immediately to all of our concerns and tried their best to make us happy even though the overall condition of the home is more on the homeowner and not so much the management company's fault what they have to work with.

The beaches we still amazing as the shops as well. However, Frosted Orange, although the most updated house we've stayed in it was the worst experience wise. First, the house had visible black mold in all bathrooms and laundry room. The construction next door started at 8:00 am daily. There was a port-a potty right off the porch and the stench was horrible. We also had the workers block our cars in and we had to contact them to get out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful house, very roomy and well decorated with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. It's near the pool, fitness center and tennis courts, but not loud. An easy walk to the beach and to the center of town. Due to the home inspector being ill, it wasn't quite ready when we checked in (not restocked, etc), but they nicely made good on that, waiving the maintenance fee. A few small things need to be taken care of (lamps not working, etc, light bulbs out). One recommendation for the owner -- put dimmers on your lights in the main living areas (so bright!) and need more light in the master bath! But overall, a great house.

Very unhappy renters

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at many places at the beach but this was the worse experience we have ever had. The amenities were very limited with no outside pool (only a small covered pool nowhere close to the beach). Coast is clear is unfortunately right beside the basketball area and had kids playing on it all night long so was very noisy. The renters across the street had 13-15 teenagers that hung out all day and night with no adult supervision and were very disruptive. The house itself was nice but the beds had very worn out mattresses that had no support and you would sink down into the bed. The staff was very friendly but were understaffed. We have stayed in Watercolor before and the experience was much better and so were the amenities. Sorry

We had our group down to this house over the 4th of July and had the best time. We had the bunk room filled up, the tower beds filled up, and master King room occupied, and then we used the Queen room as our "luggage room" since we had so many guests. The downstairs was excellent for entertaining as well. We will be back!

It is very close to the adult pool and the much-loved family pool, as well as the fitness center. We also loved the location because it is quiet - within walking distance of the beach and the town square but also set back enough that it's very peaceful. The kids loved every minute and the home itself is perfect for families. Clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The outdoor shower, rooftop deck, open kitchen, and tower bedroom are all great touches. We hope to be back!

The home is well decorated and clean. We would have liked a grill outside for cooking. The bedrooms are small in size but plenty of beds for our group to sleep.

Stunning Seaside Home

What a beautiful home. The kitchen is a chefs dream. Beautifully decorated. Clean, clean, clean! Funny as it may be, the towels were high quality, which is not the usual. The beach tote and towels, wine were a sweet treat! We’ll be back!

I won't describe why we choose this town out of all the options along 30A due to limited characters. Frosted Orange stands out to us for a few reasons in Seaside. If you have young children and like to cook and be in community with your family while in your home, stay here. The kitchen is not just beautifully finished and designed but well stocked and the central piece to the first floor living. We regularly had someone cooking in the kitchen, another relative working a puzzle at the kitchen table while someone else holding our newborn and sitting by the fireplace in the family room. Few spaces stayed at in Seaside offer this kind of layout. Cutting boards, cutlery (even honing steel), a slow cooker, countless pans, pots, gas range and room to prep. We enjoy eating out on vacation but equally enjoy cooking and this home provided all that we needed to cook delicious meals. The home was close to all things our toddler and young family like such as the pool, play ground, large field, and it is back off of 30A and quieter as a result. Home was clean, comfortable, relaxing and offered everything we could have wanted and more from our booking fees. We rarely note properties we will rebook in the future, but Frosted Orange is one of them.

Thanksgiving in Frosted Orange

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was beautiful however we were very disappointed in several aspects of our stay. I’m part, some of the reasons we chose this house was due to the fact it advertised a grill, fireplace and fitness center. The grill was removed prior to our stay even though it is still featured in the pictures. The fireplace was inoperable and had to have maintenance come several days to try to get it going. The fitness center is advertised as a feature and they listed 6 people on our passes (our group was 3 adults and 3 children). There was no mention that kids can’t even enter with their parents, let alone participate. Without being able to take our children (ages 7, 9 & 12) we were unable to use that amenity. This should be clearly expressed prior to renting. The downstairs toilet ran every 15 minutes even through the night keeping my mother in law awake. Maintenance came to try to fix but still running. And finally, the worst part was that there is NO mention of an active construction site within arms distance of the side of the house. The house next door is being built and there was hammering ALL DAY even on Saturday. It sounded like someone knocking on the walls/doors all day.

Family Vacation 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A much anticipated vacation for our whole family and even Hurricane Fred couldn’t damper our spirits! Beautiful home, extremely comfortable and close to beach, shopping, dining, everything this quaint village has to offer! First time to Florida beaches in decades but our favorite beach and return trips are a certainty!
