This is a third floor, two bed two bath condo in building 6 that has free WI-FI. The living room has a 27" TV, and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories. In the dining room there is a ceiling fan and seating for 6 with additional seating at the bar. In the master bedroom there is a queen size bed. In the guest bedroom there are bunk beds. From your private balcony you have a mountain view and a gorgeous ski in/ski out view of Oma's Meadow. The clubhouse is open and ready to go with an indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub and fitness room. The property also has outdoor grilling areas and a tennis court that is also set up for pickleball. Come play in the mountains.**No wood burning fire place**

Outstanding customer service!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at many units here and this is one of the nicest! The washer/dryer is an all in one unit and there weren’t any instructions so we wound up using the laundry facility in the building next door to dry items in a hurry. When we left, we forgot something in the room and management went over personally to retrieve it and store it until we could pick it up! They were wonderful to work with! Will come again!

First Time At Sugar Mountain

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The price was and location were good. Being able to step out of the property and get right on the slopes is well worth the money. The check in process and staff were great as well. Our unit was the only complaint. Unit 634. First, I expect properties to not be new and modern. I can even understand outdated appliances and furniture as long as they are clean. We had friends in two other units that were up dated and clean. Ours was very very out of date. That, I can deal with but the aged cigarette smoke was SO SO SO bad. I am sure the carpet it the original and this use to be a smoking unit and the smell has just stayed. I would stay here again, but never in this unit. It was so overwhelming.

Perfect getaway

The only ridiculous thing I think is the deposit of 1000 via check or cash. They basically push you to get insurance for 50$ . For the rest is perfect

We left an electronics item in the unit and they promptly returned it to us at home, thanks! The unit itself was not clean. There was dirt and debris under all the beds and furniture. We are timeshare owners and were extremely disappointed at how outdated and cluttered the unit was. The sinks kept running and were extremely low.

Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice and everyone was very pleasant HOWEVER, when I made the reservation I told them my husband had a bad knee and we needed as few steps as possible. I was told we would only have 6 steps. Well we were on the third floor. TRY 6 x 3. My husband ended up not coming because I told him how many steps there were.

Loved location but would find different condo!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a first time ski experience for our children it was a perfect place to take them. We were a little disppointed in the property. As beach condo owners that we rent out we are very aware what it takes to maintain a place. We had four children and when we pulled out the couch bed there were crumbs and the mattress cover was disgusting. The mattress itself was not even fit to sleep on. Luckily our children were young enough to share the twins and use the couch but it was not what we had intended when we paid for this place. Not enough pillows and blankets. Luckily my children love to travel with pillow pets and blankets. The vacuum did not work so I could never clean up after meals which left the floors looking disgusting. The kitchen, although it had everything we needed was very messy. Things stacked and unorganized. Shower curtains falling off, water hard to get to turn off in tubs and sinks. Too much clutter, very dated in decor. We loved the location but would certainly look for a different condo to stay in next time. If they want people to return they should think about updating and decluttering. We have improved our beach condo for this reason and have much higher standards set by our management company( pillow and mattress covers, new shower curtains every season, etc).
