Beach Place Hout Bay es una moderna casa de lujo situada en una finca de seguridad junto a la playa de Hout Bay. Con maravillosas vistas al mar y montaña. Duerme hasta 6.

El nivel del suelo tiene dos habitaciones, cada una con dos camas individuales (se pueden hacer como camas king). Estas habitaciones comparten un baño con duchas de hidromasaje, lavabo, inodoro y toalleros con calefacción.
Hay pisos de mármol en toda la casa. Moderna cocina abierta totalmente equipada con vajilla y menaje de calidad.
La cocina conduce al luminoso comedor y a una de las áreas de entretenimiento al aire libre. Esta área exterior con una espectacular piscina de chapoteo climatizada con energía solar (no cercada, ni enrejada), terraza y tumbonas de madera, barbacoa y mesa de comedor. Lavadora y secadora están en el lavadero separado.
En el primer nivel se encuentra el salón luminoso y luminoso con balcón adyacente frente a las dunas, la playa y el mar. Cómodo sofá en el amplio salón de arriba con TV de pantalla plana, canales vía satélite DSTV y reproductor de DVD. ¡Internet sin límite de ADSL y más extras como una estufa de leña (en invierno), un telescopio e incluso un piano de cola!
En este mismo primer nivel se encuentra el dormitorio principal de arriba con un balcón privado, baño privado con ducha, lavabo doble, baño de burbujas y toalleros con calefacción.
Usted obtiene acceso directo desde el estacionamiento subterráneo a la planta baja de la casa. Gran piscina comunitaria en el complejo.
Beach Place está ubicado a poca distancia de las tiendas y restaurantes. Acceso directo a la playa de Hout Bay.

Fantastic property, great location.

A beautiful property next to the beach and walking distance to supermarkets and lovely restaurants. House was beautifully furnished had everything you could ask for.Anita and Gerrie were fabulous hosts who then helped make the rest of our holiday across South Africa amazing. The property is WOW!

Perfect!

Perfect large house for up to 6 people (the house even nicer than the pictures on the website) . Location on the beach with its own small pool plus a larger shared with others at the Beach Club. Location also perfect for exploring the greater Cape Town areas. We will be back next if still available..

Excellent modern townhouse

Very close to the beach where you can walk to a couple of the local restaurants & harbour. The house is large & bright with 2 fairly spacious bathrooms. Plenty of lounges & dining areas. No air conditioning but plenty of opening window. You need to be fairly sure footed as there are lots of stairs. A good BBQ & pleasant gardens. We enjoyed our stay here. There are lots of attractions to visit in the area & we had good meals at Mariners Wharf Dunes restaurants. A most enjoyable stay.

Great place

Communicatication with the host (Anita) was brilliant had no issues. Any questions I had were answered swiftly. Position and description of the house was exactly like you see. Unfortunately we had no musicals with us so the piano stayed shut was close to the shops if needed, lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars. Me and my 2 nearly 3 year old were on the beach every morning doing the walk up and down the bay to get a coffee and play in the sea. if there was one thing I could change is maybe to get a couple portable Air conditioners for the house but other than that it was amazing and we will be back Anita and thank you very much!!

Terrific house for a long stay

We stayed here for 8 days - a mix of holiday and working-from-home - and it was the perfect set-up and location. The house has several different areas, balconies and the terrace so we could spread out, and the beach is just a few minutes away for short break, a run to Chappies, breakfast at a coffee shop or lunch at Dunes. It was well set-up for load-shedding too with an inverter for wifi and a number of USB lanterns. The central glass lantern brings in a lot of light but also heats the house up on a hot day however setting the shutters open brings a breeze through the property while keeping it secure. The plunge pool was a bonus too There is plenty to do in the local area. We bought fish from the morning wet market near Hooked On Africa and made good use of the outside braai, had a day trip on e-bikes rented from the local bike shop, visited the weekend market and went on an early morning boat trip to seal island.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand in einer sicheren Wohnanlage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke. Hout Bay allgemein ist wunderschön und absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist ein sehr großes und sauberes Haus. Anita beantwortet alle Fragen sehr schnell und hat für unser Kleinkind extra ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl organisiert. Vielen Dank!

We had a wonderful time at Hout Bay, South Africa! Anita and Gerrie were perfect hosts. The House ist clean, well kept and maintained and as described. Hout Bay was a great place to explore Cape Town and the Cape region itself. This Object can be 100% recommended.

Traumhaus am Strand von Hout Bay

Wir können nur gutes berichten: von der Buchung bis zum Check out, Mails wurden sehr schnell beantwortet, wir wurden von Anita und Gerrie vor, während und nach unserem Aufenthalt super betreut! nochmals herzlichen Dank! Das Haus liegt in einer bewachten, sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage. Es gibt einen privaten Pool auf der Terrasse und einen grösseren Gemeinschaftspool im Garten der Anlage. In der nahen Umgebung befinden sich mehrere Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge auf die Kaphalbinsel oder ins nahegelegene Kapstadt. Wir können dieses Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Excellent location, very spacious house

Location couldn’t be better: on Hout Bay beach, near a great restaurant (Dunes) and shops around the corner. Cape town, Kirstenbosch gardens, Constantia, everything is within easy reach by car (or Uber). Even the hop on hop off bus stop is within walking distance (10 min.) We had a few minor issues but they were dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Gerrie and Anita. The house can easily accomodate 6 without getting in each others’ way. On the downside: the neighbours can be heard quite clearly from the master bedroom and they were up a lot during the night and early morning.

Fantastic Beach side Townhouse

We are a family of four (two boys ages 12 and 9), who had the most wonderful Christmas and New Year at this stunning beach side Townhouse. It is beautifully appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Anita and Gerrie were excellent hosts and were very accommodating on early checkout times. There is a all nearby to get whatever groceries you need. And some super restaurants. The beach and waterfront areas are clean and there is a great market on at the weekends. We will be back! Thank you.

Beach Place is superb. It is a huge property with three large double/twin bedrooms, very comfy beds, two excellent bathrooms, a large lounge, a large well equipped kitchen, lots of outdoor space, and beautiful views from front and back. It's just a sand dune away from the lovely beach. The property is really well equipped, and spotlessly cleaned by Linda. It's extremely secure, being on a gated estate, with a further remote-operated electronic garage door to get into the property, with the door to the house being right next to the two parking spaces. There is also a house alarm system that you can set, lockable inside shutters on all doors and windows, and a guard patrols the estate at night with a dog. Not that we felt unsafe at any time in either Beach Place or Hout Bay, but it's good to know how safe it is. Anita and Gerrie were perfect hosts, meeting us at Beach Place and showing us the property, and were just a phone call away if we needed them. They left us with very detailed information about the property. Check out was just as smooth and quick as check in; it was a pleasure to deal and meet with them. We found Hout Bay to be the perfect based for exploring the Peninsula. Being centrally located it was never too far from anywhere, just a 25 min drive to Cape Town or an hour to Cape Point, and several things such as Chapman's Peak Drive, Camps Bay, Kirstenbosch Gardens and the winelands are right on the doorstep. Hout Bay itself is lovely, with a large beach and plenty of shops and restaurants. The Harbour Bay Market at the weekends is not to be missed. We also took a guided tour of the Hout Bay township, Imizamo Yethu, which was an eye-opening and humbling experience that I highly recommend to anyone. We didn't want to leave at the end of the week! We would highly recommend Beach Place and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Just as described and perfectly located. loved it.

I have been very impressed all round by this property. Very clean, with 3 large rooms. Well laid out kitchen/dining area. The pool area was perfect. Just a dune away from the beach and close to shops, restaurants, the famous Hout Bay Market and the Constantia Wine Lands. A short drive to the lovely beaches of Llandadno and Camps Bay. Cape Town was easy enough to drive to, but the satnav did help. My only gripe would be that it was difficult to contact the owner/agent to arrange a check out time with them for the day of our departure. However, I will definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Cape Town. As for myself and my family, we will hope to be staying here again on our next visit.
