Had to slide the couch over to plug in living room lamp and move the rug coming in the front door and under them both were very dirty! Everything else in the condo was nice and clean. Also only had 1 trash bag that was in the can and only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom on the roll holder that didn't look like they were new rolls. Was suppose to have 2 more rolls of toilet paper and 1 more trash bag. So a trip to Walmart and those issues were solved. Overall it was okay besides not having access to the balcony that was suppose to be open when I originally book our trip and having to go to Tower 2 to access the beach was also an inconvenience. Won't come back in the fall at this condo unless I get some kind of reasonable discount for the issues we had on this trip not paying the normal rate.

This one is a MUST!!

This condo at Long Beach will be our forever beach stay!!! My family has been coming to PBC for 9 years now. I received a text when our condo was clean & ready for check in which has never happened before & we loved that. The room details that were shown in the listing are exactly what you get when you walk in the door….AMAZING! The beds in both rooms were great & the shower in the master is really nice too! I love that both rooms have access to the balcony & the pools (2 pools) were really refreshing in the afternoon. The food at the pool is Chef’s kiss plus they had a DJ some days. Oh & the FREE beach chairs were great too!

The Perfect Family Week at the Beach!

This trip and corresponding property made for the perfect week at the beach as a family of 3. My 4 yo daughter had the time of her life! The place was spotless and perfect, we had more than enough room without feeling cramped and the views of the ocean from each room was the chef's kiss. The resort property itself was perfect, clean, and multiple pools and hot tubs to enjoy, plus just steps from the beach! I loved that the condo had walk in closets in both bedrooms, this allowed us to put suitcases and such away so we could truly feel settled in the space. The location is perfect - close to every attraction you could want, ice cream and some delicious restaurants. Another quality we loved was how family friendly the resort was - there were tons of other families with young kids and my daughter made a set of friends for the week which I know made her experience even more fun (she slept 12 hours a night, so you know she had fun!) Finally, as we were leaving, one of my daughter's stuffed animals was accidentally left. The super kind and gracious cleaning crew saw it and immediately called down to us in the parking lot, and then came all the way down to return it to us - something they did not have to do, but saved me a major breakdown from a 4 year old! I have already recommended this property to friends that have asked and we will definitely be back! Thank you for such an amazing week!

Best morning views!!

Rolling over in bed to a view of waves, beach and the occasional dolphin is a pretty top notch way to wake up every morning. The unit was just as pictured. Love, love, love that both the master bedroom and the second bedroom (a master in its own right really) both are Gulf of America facing. That was a huge bonus for our son and his friend that came along with us. The balcony is large and can be accessed by either bedroom or through living room. It was a wonderful stay and it was hard to leave!

Great condo

We loved the condo. I always worry about comfort of bed, but slept very good, without back pain. This was spring break weeks but no problems. We stayed 2 weeks, & the 3rd week daughter, her husband & 2 boys, 6, 9 years old, loved the pools. Wanted to book for our May trip but not available.

Great Stay!!

Everything was just as described. Property was clean! Easy acess to the beach. Kids really enjoyed it. Definitely would stay again. Just a suggestion the master bedroom bed needs an upgrade.

Wonderful!

The condo was perfect! It was just as pictured and very clean! The elevators are fast, food and drinks at the onsite tiki bar were fantastic, and the pool was great! The location of the condo was convenient and the view of the gulf from the large balcony was breathtaking. We will definitely stay here again!

Needs keyless entry

The condo was beautiful just as pictured. Only had one small complaint about it. There were keys (2sets) for entry instead of a number pad on the door. Inconvenient for keeping up with a key at the beach. Also had 2 teenage kids coming and going and not everyone had access to the place without us leaving it unlocked. That was the only complaint other than that it was prefect!

The most relaxing weekend ever! The condo was gorgeous!! Only mild negative - the air broke BUT the owner sent someone as soon as we reported it! 100000% would rent again!

5th times a charm

Wow! This was our 5th trip to PCB and this condo knocked us off our feet! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Loved that both bedrooms were ocean facing!!! The other condos we’ve stayed in were nice as well, but this one impressed the whole family!

My husband and I loved this condo. It was all that it described and more. The view was amazing and the beach was beautiful! We also had family in two other condos and we had a blast! I would highly recommend Long Beach Resort and this condo. Will definitely be returning.

Graduation vacation

We had a wonderful trip to celebrate a family members high school graduation. It was beautiful weather. We weren’t too lucky with the sunsets but it was still a beautiful colorful sky. The condo was decorated well. My only suggestion would be step in shower units. The bathrooms had soaker tubs with showers. It would have been difficult if there were elderly family members. It was fine for us and definitely not a deal breaker. The condo was beautiful and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo!

Where do we begin!!! Beautiful condo! Amazing view of the Gulf. Immaculately clean. Well appointed. Restaurants and shopping close, many within walking distance. Beautifully decorated. Loved the two master bedrooms, both overlooking the Gulf. Absolutely breathtaking! Also, liked the fact there was no food left from previous guests. Little things like matching dinnerware and cups and not a mishmash of dishes. Favorite restaurants: Saltwater Grill, Captain Anderson’s and Dat Cajun Place. Appreciated the two free beach chairs assigned to us. Also, kudos to Lynn. We had a minor problem and he responded quickly. I have nothing negative to say about our stay. Would definitely book again!! Wonderful vacation!

Still a great place to stay

My husband and I stayed in this condos for the first time in June 2022. We loved it so much we returned for a two week vacation in April. This unit is beautiful and the location is great. Since we have family in the Panama City area we will be returning often in the coming years and we look forward to staying in this condo when we return.

Ocean views from every room!

The fourth floor views from this condo were absolutely beautiful. The unit was very clean and comfortable and close to so many amenities and attractions. Can't wait to come back!!

Stunning Unit

Loved the layout of the condo, well thought out with the gorgeous views in all the rooms. Easy access to the beach. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub but it was a little windy some days to use it more. However, plenty of things to do in the area and we enjoyed just relaxing and enjoying the views. The spring breakers arrived the last couple days of our trip. There was some screaming on the beach and running down the corridor while being loud, but not overly excessive and nothing ear plugs couldn’t handle. The only issue we had was one of the shower/bathtub spout did not include a stop in it so you could only take a bath. Not sure why a handyman would do that. It was inconvenient.
