great stay

The property was very clean and in a central location where many shops, restaurants, bars and historic sites are within a short walking distance. The staff was great, friendly and attentive. They provided a phone with important numbers already programmed to it ie..taxi, police and fire and available 24/7. There was also a mini-mart in the building that carried essential items incase you ran out, it also carried food and had a café with good food. I would recommend this condo to everyone especially families.

Perfect location

This will be a general review of this rental agent, the building, and part of the city. We reserved this particular unit, but it was not available due to a maintenance issue, so they swapped us into a comparable unit. This was fine, no issues, it was the same size, clean and comfortable. The building is a large apartment/condo building, modern and secure. It is across the street from the Alameda Central Park, two or three blocks from the Palacio Belles Artes and maybe 10-15 minutes walking to the Zócalo. An ideal location. The local neighborhood was great - lots of restaurants and bars. I only gave the "accuracy of the online listing" 4 stars because we stayed in a different apartment, but it was at least as good as what we had expected. PA Suites as the rental agents was easy to deal with, they communicated before and during the stay. Met us on time to let us in and show us the apartment. I would definitely stay in this place with this company again.

A FULL service host!

Three of us stayed in this property in January 2018. The space was exactly as advertised, in a convenient section of the city. The apartment building is actually quite large, with multiple entrances, each manned with a 24 hour doorman. There is a "Cervezeria" (bar) a few steps away, and multiple other small restaurants on the block. The building includes a small cafe, and convenience store. The park is across the street, and the Historic Center is a short walk down a few blocks. Our host, Bruce, was extremely helpful and responsive. He arranged our transport to and from the airport (which was wonderful!), as well as our private guide for two days of touring. Our guide, Ricardo, turned out to be extremely knowledgeable about the history of not just the city, but the country, and rulers / tribes/ kings going back 800 years. We toured the Southern area of Mexico City, as well a driving tour to Puebla. The apartment itself is clearly only used for short term rentals like this, and was sparsely stocked. No problem with the essentials, but a few wine glasses would be a nice addition. We had a problem with some lights not working, and I think 3 people stumbled over themselves to fix it. We were three single men, so the smaller beds in two rooms were fine, but the double and signle would be too small for couples. We traveled from the US, and one of us was fluent in Spanish, with the other two speaking "gringo". Although Bruce and Ricardo both spoke English like natives, the onsite staff was less fluent. We struggled with some of the check in type activities due to a language barrier. I suggested a book for the apartment (as we have seen in many rentals) to explain the building rules, the TV/stereo, the local attractions, recommended restaurants, etc.in Spanish and English. I would recommend this apartment to a small family or group. What a great place to enjoy CDMX!

Overall stay was good, I felt advertisement was not completely true for example pool and gym, property manager did not give us access and when inquired about it was told the pool was used for exercise only. Aside from that the bathroom supplies such as wash clothes and towels were few. The area was perfect for visiting Mexico City, lots to see and do.

Quede enamorada de la ubicación, a solo 5 minutos del hermoso palacio de Bellas Artes. Además quisimos ir a varios museos y con la sorpresa de que a unas cuadras están unas ruinas de la antigua cultura de México. Para donde una vaya siempre hay algo que ver. Seguramente volveré en mis siguientes vacaciones

La ubicación es excelente queda a un costado del Palacio de Bellas Artes, es muy central, el personal es muy amable y confiable el apartamento es hermoso el complejo tiene gimnasio y piscina y las habitaciones son muy cómodas es muy limpio en verdad una experiencia única lo recomiendo 100%

Location very good. The apartment was as advertised; not spectacular but nothing to complain about. Staff on the ground were fantastic: helpful and friendly. Communicating with the owner was a joke: sent messages/questions and never received a reply. HomeAway communications were confusing: "get the App and all the details will be there"... but nothing was. Took a tour with Ricardo that was better than hoped for: a real treat.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Very clean and organized. The location is perfect; a lot of places to eat, few minutes walking to el Zocalo. The building has a small convenience store that is perfect. The building has Security at each entrance 24 hrs a day, which is a plus. I must add, we really liked the automatic entrance and locking system of the apartment door, we felt safe. Bruce and his staff were very attentive and cordial. Bruce answered all my question via email promptly. I highly recommend this apartment. I want to add that we had an excellent Tour Guide. Bruce helped with the coordination of tours with Ricardo, he is very knowledgeable and fun and allow our stay to be more pleasant. Highly recommended, Overal, our stay in the apartment and in Mexico City was fabulous.

Ideal family apartment in Historic Zone of Mexico City

We were a family of 5 with teenage children from the UK staying for 9 nights in August 2017. I have no problem recommending this apartment, as it was perfect for our needs. It was modern, clean, smart and in a great location. The 3 bedrooms were a decent size and had 2 double beds and 1 single. There were 2 bathrooms, one en-suite and both with showers, which was really useful with teenagers ! The apartment came with Sky Cable TV, which has plenty of English language channels, if required. The wifi was reliable and the door electronic keypad entry was intriguing. I read a review that the beds were particularly comfortable, which is not something I normally notice, but they were. The apartment is an easy walking distance from a whole load of sites, including the Alameda Park, Palacio de Bellas Artes, Mirador Torre Latino, Zócalo, Templo Mayor, Metropolitan Catedral, National Palace, Plaza de la República, Plaza Garibaldi, Reforma, Palacio Postal, La Ciudadela Mercado, etc... It is also next door to the Popular Art Museum, which I'd not heard of before, but was excellent. Coyoacán was easy to get to from the nearby Juarez Metro. I would recommend travelling off peak on the Metro as it can get crazy busy. If going to the Frida Kahlo Museum I would definitely recommend buying tickets online first. We didn't and waited for 3 hours to get in ( and that was on a weekday ). There are plenty of decent restaurants nearby as well. From the upmarket Azul Histórico to El Caifan for tacos. We actually only ate in the one night, but the kitchen is well equipped. The airport pickup option was really useful, especially as our flight from the UK arrived in Mexico City at 4am and the driver coordinated with our meet and greet at 5am at the apartment. The shared pool and gym are easily accessible at the top of another tower in the building complex. The pool is split into lanes and you need to wear a cap and goggles. There are couple of pairs of each included in the apartment. We went on one of the tours run by Ricardo to Teotihuacan and Basilica de Gualupe which I would highly recommend. Ricardo also helped us with airport transfers, which can be a pain for a party of 5. There is so much history and culture in Mexico City and this was a great base for us to explore from.

DELIGHTFUL apartment, comfortable & clean & central

This apartment was ideal for us---clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet. The gym on the top floor of the building complex was a treat. The apartment was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and internet connection never failed. It is located right in the historic centre and also steps to a large Hilton hotel where one can get extra tourist information. The only downside might be the lack of a guest book explaining how to use the TV, the washer-dryer blended machine, as well as advice on sites, better restaurants in the area (there are many adequate but boring ones we wished we could have avoided). The complementary airport pick-up service was much appreciated, and for a small fee a driver to the airport or elsewhere can be arranged. We'd recommend this place!

Great apartment,excellent location and service

We just returned after spending a wonderful time in this lovely city. Bruce, we would like thank you for everything. The weather was great, the places were delightful, but most of all we enjoyed very much being at the apartment. The premises were spacious, very clean, appliances well maintained and en general all our needs were met by the the equipment provided. Laura , was a very efficient and friendly person who quickly attended our needs when necessary.She listen to us with respect and professionalism. Maria Elena's was very good too.The place was efficiently cleaned and supplies were provided as needed. The building was excellent, very clean and very well administered.The premises were spotless and constantly attended by personnel and the best security you can find. We thank you for your professionalism and excellence and hope to return to Mexico City very soon.

FAvourite accommodation of our trip

This apartment was great - excellent location, fantastic to be able to spread out a bit & use the pool and gym. Beds were super comfortable. Only set-back was the noise coming from the street, even though it's not a busy street but you can hear everything. Thanks Bruce.
