El espacio
Situado en Mijas Costa, un enclave privilegiado en pleno corazón de la Costa del Sol. A 200 metros tanto de la playa como del famoso sendero litoral de madera que discurre de este a oeste por la costa malagueña. Apartamento ubicado en la tercera planta de un edificio de diez alturas con dos ascensores. En un recinto cerrado con piscina y amplias zonas ajardinadas con majestuosos pinos centenarios. Todos los servicios que pueda necesitar durante su estancia están a pocos metros de distancia (bares, restaurantes, supermercados, paradas de bus y taxi, cajeros, farmacias, oficina de correos, etcétera).

El apartamento de un dormitorio ha sido decorado con especial cuidado, empleando colores y materiales nobles que transmitan una agradable sensación de paz y armonía.

La cocina está equipada con todo tipo de electrodomésticos: vitrocerámica, microondas, campana extractora, frigorífico, tostador, sandwichera, hervidor de agua, exprimidor… Igualmente durante su estancia tendrá a su disposición todos los utensilios de cocina: platos, cubiertos, vasos, copas de vino, tazas de café, tetera, sartenes, ollas y cacerolas de acero inoxidable, etcétera.

En el cuarto de baño podrá relajarse mientras se toma un agradable baño de espuma con sales aromáticas o disfruta de una refrescante ducha con efecto lluvia tropical. En esta estancia también se sitúa la lavadora y un práctico mueble donde encontrará las toallas de baño y playa, un secador de pelo, una plancha, y el botiquín de emergencia.

En el salón además de un sofá-cama convertible fácilmente en una cama de matrimonio se encuentra la televisión de alta definición de 32 pulgadas. Tiene a su disposición una amplia selección de canales (más de 200) tanto nacionales como internacionales para que no se pierda ninguno de sus programas favoritos. También podrá disfrutar de nuestra fantástica filmoteca personal con más de 700 películas de todo género en varios idiomas. Por todo el apartamento gozará de una excelente conexión a internet (fibra óptica 100Mb de velocidad).

El dormitorio destaca por su luminosidad y sus magníficas vistas frontales al mar. La cama de matrimonio es de tamaño 140 x200. Hay un espacioso armario y dos mesitas de noche. Durante su estancia le facilitamos toda la ropa de cama necesaria (sábanas, edredón nórdico, almohadas, etcétera). Con previo aviso cabe la posibilidad de colocar una cuna de viaje.

En último lugar tenemos nuestro rincón favorito: la terraza. Desayunar pan con aceite de oliva, tomar una copa de vino o charlar relajadamente con el azul del mar de fondo es una experiencia única que recomendamos a todos nuestros huéspedes. Las coloridas puestas de sol son un auténtico espectáculo de sensaciones. En días despejados incluso podrá divisar en el horizonte las montañas del cercano continente africano y le recordarán que se encuentra en el extremo más meridional de Europa.

La urbanización cuenta con una espaciosa piscina (esta abierta durante verano, este año va abrir en el día 12.06 hasta 15.09) y además tiene amplias zonas verdes totalmente privadas para pasear tranquilamente o jugar con sus hijos.

We stayed at the owner's "Sun Flat" and enjoyed our time there.

The view was spectacular - especially the sunrise. The security, the landscaping & the location convenient. The boardwalk is a really nice, healthy activity any time of the day!

Absolutly brilliant relaxing stay what we need!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment which is ideally situated, just a short walk to the small town with plenty of places to eat. Well equipped with all that you need for a holiday and enough utensils should you feel the need to cook meals. Walking distance to shop and beach. Lovely balcony which kept the sun until 8 p.m. Parking place just in front of apartment was really helpfull. Welcomed by Nolan who also came when we left to let us out of the main gate and helped with our luggage which was a really nice touch. We will be back again at some stage.

Close to the beach and really nice inspiring environment...The view from the terrace is mesmerizing.

Really good apartment for the value, So close to the beach and really beautiful and inspiring environment. We enjoyed staying as a family in the ZEN flat with some lovely spring sunshine. The apartment is fully equipped and is very comfortable. The balcony enjoyed the sun throughout the morning unitl afternoon. The town of La Calahonda is a good family resort with plenty of bars/chriniguitos along the beach and a good play park within a 10 min walk from the apartment. The supermarket just in front the building is very handy . We didn't hire a car but got around on the local bus services. The bus stops are very close and the servicegoes to Fuengirola or Marbella. The hosts are very nice and accommodating and we would definitely return to this apartment!

Super holiday at Zen Flat

We spent a very enjoyable couple of weeks at the Zen Flat in February/March. The apartment is a good fit for a couple and has everything one needs for self-catering. It was very clean. It is well located with beach, shops and restaurant within walking distance. The boardwalk along the top of the beach encourages you to walk and explore with a choice of chiringuitos for refreshments. The apartment is also close to public transport (bus stops) so a car is not essential. However if you wish to explore further afield it is best to have a car. [There is good parking near the apartment.] We went to Antequera, El Torcal, Ronda and Caminito del Rey and would recommend them all. They are all within an hour’s drive. Malaga was also very interesting and Mijas Pueblo was just lovely.

Great place, beautifully located

We stayed at the apartment for 4 weeks on April, 2023. The apartment felt like our home away from home. It was so comfortable. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. It is located a short 5 minute walk to the long and beautiful beach. There are many shops and restaurants close by. It is a short 3 minute walk to the bus stops that will get you swiftly and inexpensively to and from Malaga and Marbella, as well as many lovely towns along the way. A large grocery store (Carrefour) is only a 5 minute walk. The balcony has a great view of the Mediterranean. Very fast Wifi. The beds are very comfortable and every night was a good night sleep. The apartment is appointed with all the necessary amenities you will need. The listing is very accurate. The check in/ check out were extremely smooth. Our host Olga was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We enjoyed our stay very much and I’m personally planning on returning 🔥

A superb Zen place for your holiday!

This lovely fully furnished and equipped apartment is a PERFECT place for your holiday in Mijas Costa Spain !! You will be greeted with the friendliest "owners" who will help you with any of your needs. The apartment has everything you need and in very comfortable setting. The location is unbeatable as you are pretty close to the beautiful Mediterranean sea with its crystal clear ,sparkling blue waters ! The beachfront is dotted with cafés for you to choose from and the beaches are very family friendly. If you are looking for a quieter beach you simply walk a few minutes down the way. The apartment has a lovely little terrace where you can sip your morning coffee and sip vino while watching the activities below. It is a short ride from the location in Calahonda into the city center La Cala for unbelievable shopping and food !! You can ride bikes all along the Sea into town on beautiful walkways which are dotted with cafe's and stop to swim where ever you like ! I can't say enough about the Nolan and Olga family and the country of Spain except that you will see me again ! Thank you so much for having the best of the best to make our vacation one that will never be forgotten !! Until next time... Elisabeth Garvey

Nice flat with great location: pool, 5 min. beach!

We, a small family, stayed for twelve days at this cosy and lovely zen flat. The description of the apartment was very accurate, it was very clean and well maintained. Taxi transfers were arranged prior to our holiday by Olga who was there to greet us on arrival. The apartment is perfectly situated with partial sea views and even with the fantastic weather the apartment was nicely fresh thanks to the aircon. It is situated in a calm, a residential area. You have the parking place for free just in front of the flat. The local supermarket (7 min.walking) is very well stocked and reasonable and there are lots of very good restaurants, we didn't have one bad meal while we were there but the service in the Indian and Argentinian restaurants was superb. We found Pepe's Restaurant at Riviera Beach, the food was out of this world and reasonable prices too, watch the sunset with a glass of wine from your table with nothing to disturb you but the chatter of customers and the sounds of the sea, the staff are also very helpful and friendly too, well worth a visit. The nearest beach is only 5 min. walk and the huge swimming pool which we had free access is very close (150 meters). A drive up to Ronda is amazing & not to be missed ! Likewise Mijas Pueblo which is really beautiful. It is really a great area to explore with the glamorous Marbella & Porto Banus on your doorstep. Nolan the owner sent us a text to wish us all a good holiday which was a lovely touch. We would certainly recommend this superb zen flat for everyone who wants to have a calm, pleasant vacation near the sea in beautiful Costa del Sol! Bonito apartamento con maravillosas vistas

Hemos pasado una semana en el apartamento de Olga y Nolan y hemos sentido como en casa. La comunicación muy buena con instrucciones fáciles y claras para encontrar el piso. Destacamos la limpieza y lo detallistas que fueron los anfitriones al dejarnos el kit de bienvenida. Esta muy bien equipado con productos de menaje, limpieza, etc... Las vistas son maravillosas y la playa queda a menos de 5 minutos a pie. Sin duda repetiríamos!

The place is a hidden zen paradise. Superb views! !Well worth the price. Nolan was a very nice host

Super clean and great location; great place to stay for a 2 weeks getaway. Amenities were perfect for what we needed for the stay, bed was comfortable and shower had lots of hot water. Cute sunny terrace you can see the sea from. Parking on the street was easy and directions for entry were simple. Supermarkets, bars, beach & restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away. Nolan is a great host who always ensures the guests have everything they need, always offers advice and help and does so quickly! We would definitely return if we were in the area.

Toller Urlaub...leider viel zu kurz!

Wir (2 Erwachsene ) waren 15 Tage in dem Appartment...alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub..es hat einfach alles gepasst. Das Appartment an sich,die Anlage,der Pool,die Umgebung.. Riviera mit seinen herrlichen Stränden und Strandrestaurants, die Kommunikation mit Olga und Nolan im Vorfeld und das Wetter natürlich...wirklich alles sehr gut! Andalusien hat einfach so viel zu bieten! 15 Tage waren leider viel zu kurz so dass wir auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen werden!!! Über das Appartment gibt es nichts zu meckern...es ist alles da was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr nett, perfekt ausgestattet...wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst!

Una estancia fantástica! 100x100 recomendable!

Una estancia fantástica, el apartamento es muy acogedor y dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unas agradables vacaciones cerca de la playa y los comercios. Urbanizacion muy tranquila, solo se ecucha pajaritos por la mañana. Piso muy bien equipado, buen WI FI, una tele plana y una enorme coleccion de las peliculas. Parking gratuito justo en frente del piso. Olga y Nolan son encantadores. Nada más llegar, Nolan nos recibió para entregarnos las llaves y nos contó todo lo que podíamos hacer por la zona. Un detalle que me gustó mucho fue que se habían tomado la molestia de hacer una completísima guía con la historia, gastronomía, actividades y restaurantes locales. Ademas anfitriones se portaron estupendamente, siempre atentos a cada necesidad, de echo nos dejaron hasta un pastel de bienvenida, un detalle que ya de por si dice mucho de la amabilidad que muestran hacia sus inquilinos! 100x100 recomendable!

Trés bien situé, équipé tout confort,dans résidenc

Très belle piscine endroit sympa pour une escapade en Espagne Appartement confortable et élégant, dans un environnement très agréable (piscine, végétaux qui apportent un peu de fraicheur). Nous étions 3 (2 adultes, un jeune enfant) et étions à l'aise. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé. L'appartement est à peu de minutes de la mer, avec plusieurs plages à proximité, nous sommes notamment allé à celle de Cabo Pino, qui a une partie très familiale dans un petit golfe assez protégé des vagues les jours de vent, et une partie (près des dunes) plus sauvage très agréable et ou on a aussi pied longtemps. L'endroit est très pratique pour rayonner: Mijas (notre fils a bien aimé la promenade à dos d'âne dans la ville) et Marbella sont à 10 minutes, et Ronda est a moins d'1h de voiture.

Lovely relaxing holiday!

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, there wasn't a thing missing for a comfortable stay even for a longer period. The neighborhood is quiet and in perfect location, close to the beach, with stores and gas station nearby. Free parking place in front the building. It is only 10 min drive from the Marbella and 20 min from Málaga. 5 Minuts walking to the lovely beach, where there are a couple of very good beach restaurants close by. Great fish! handy for exploring the Costa del Sol, and with the cheap and regular buses if you will stay without car. Nolan made such a nice introduction, he explained everything and give some additional advice where to go, eat and what to see. He took care of us and we felt very welcome. We hope we visit this place once more in the future!

Nagyon szép Zen lakás egy csendes területen

Kedves Olga&Nolan! Köszönjük a 2 hetet, amit a lakásotokban töltöttünk. Nolan eljött a reptérre, és az úton részletesen elmagyarázott mindent, hol találjuk a jó strandokat, a nevezetteségeket, a boltot, az autókölcsönzőt, a buszmegállókat, és küldött e-mailben menetrendet. Nagyon türelmes és segítőkész volt. A lakás tökéletes két ember számára, és mindennel felszerelt.Szeretnénk még visszajönni.

Alles war super! Super Lage zum Strand

Wir haben eine tolle Woche im Apartment verbracht. Die Lage des Apartments ist super gelegen in der nähe vom strandmit Meerblick. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Check in und Check out hat problemlos und super mit Nolan geklappt. Ich empfehle eine Buchung bei Nolan sehr. Vielen Dank!

Lovely flat :great location, clean, well equipped

Thank you Olga and Nolan for having us in your lovely zen flat. For us this was a perfect, convenient location. It was a very quiet and peaceful condo. The apartment was super clean and very well located ( close to the Shops, Bars and Restaurants). Also close to the beach and wooden promenade, with easy access to the main road to get you to Marbella/Fuengirola. Cute sunny terrace you can see the sea from. The place is lovely and came equipped with all we needed. Hot water, towels, hair dryer, washing machine, air con/heater, kitchen items to make food. Thank you Nolan for your warm welcome, we recommend to anyone looking to book in Costa del sol to not look somewhere else. This is the perfect place to stay and the hosts are great people.

Magnifique environnement et trois piscines!

Super séjour ! Cadre magnifique (malgré le temps un peu capricieux). Le logement est parfait pour un couple ou un petit groupe d'amis. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, en grande partie grâce aux nombreux équipements proposés (plusieurs piscines), et l'hospitalité de Olga et de Nolan... Thank you Olga and Nolan for your welcome and your kindness! We really enjoyed our stay, the great location and all the equipments. The flat was better than expected! Hope to come back soon!

Great zen place with sunny terrace in a quiet area

Loved the location, especially the proximity to the boardwalk. The zen flat lived up to the description and the sunny terrace was amazing for early morning tea and aperitifs! The location is perfect for both sightseeing and or just taking it easy on the beach with a number of fantastic fish restaurants within in walking distance. We loved every minute of our stay and we can't wait to return!

Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Das Appartement liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Strand ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Das Apartment ist für Selbstversorger ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Hatten eine schönen Urlaub! Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Accueil chaleureux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

L'appartement est conforme aux photos très agréable et les hôtes super sympathique. Aceuil chaleureux et de bon conseils sur les coins à visiter. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Olga et Nolan tt ce dont vous avez besoin est à proximité je le recomande vivement pour une famille avec enfants ca été parfait. Joël et Rita.

Quiet and peaceful long holiday

We had an incredible large holiday and that was not in the least by the comfortable apartment with lovely decoration and a super nice terrace, with always has a sun. All you could wish for to prepare the food was present in the kitchen, even a small stock of herbs and so (really homy!). Great location:everything within walking distance of the apartment. Also the preceding contacts to close the rent expired in a very smooth atmosphere (including extra tips on setting, info about the places to visit, etc.). Our conclusion for more than a 100%: we would love to come back, if possible! We would highly recommend anyone wishing to come for a quiet and peaceful holiday. Many many thanks, Christine.
