Con una de las mejores vistas en Ocean Village Club, tiene una vista perfecta de la piscina junto a la playa y del océano, todo en uno. Ocean Village Club es un complejo familiar con todas las comodidades que pueda pedir.

Desde el momento en que ingrese a nuestro condominio bellamente decorado, sabrá que tomó la decisión correcta. La sala de estar ofrece un sofá cama Queen y un sillón love ubicado frente a su propio televisor de pantalla plana. Así que siéntate y mira tu juego favorito o desliza una película o música en el reproductor de DVD y relájate. Recuerda, estás de vacaciones.

Conectado a la sala de estar se encuentra el comedor, con una mesa para 4 y una barra de desayuno con cómodos taburetes. La cocina está completamente equipada y actualizada. Está equipado con microondas, lavavajillas, cafetera, utensilios de cocina, vajilla, utensilios y todo lo que pueda necesitar. Disfrutará cocinar una comida maravillosa para la familia o simplemente meter algo en el microondas.

El condominio también está equipado con su propia lavadora y secadora. Por lo tanto, no es necesario llevar esa ropa de playa húmeda y arenosa a casa, solo lávela y séquela antes de irse y no tendrá que preocuparse por cuando llegue a casa.

Y aunque la sala de estar de nuestro condominio es agradable y está bien amueblada, son las áreas para dormir las que más importan en las vacaciones. Es por eso que nos aseguramos de que tengas la noche de descanso más cómoda y relajante posible con lujosas camas y cómodos baños.

La suite principal tiene una gran cama king-size, lámparas de lectura al lado de la cama y TV de pantalla plana. Decorada en blanco frío y azul pálido, ¡esta habitación garantiza tentarlo a dormir hasta tarde! La suite principal también tiene su propio baño completo con ducha a ras de suelo. Se proporcionan todas las toallas, así como las sábanas, mantas y almohadas.

El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales a juego. Es un gran lugar para los niños y es conveniente para el segundo baño.

Ocean Village Club es un resort frente al mar con 2 piscinas (1 climatizada en invierno y la otra, justo afuera de su balcón con vista al mar), canchas de tenis, estación de lavado de autos y canchas de tejo, un gimnasio, área de picnic cubierta con parrillas para barbacoa, una biblioteca de préstamos, una computadora para invitados y una gran sala de eventos para fiestas y reuniones especiales. La casa club también cuenta con Internet WIFI gratuito y cómodos asientos para sentarse y relajarse. Ocean Village Club también tiene un acceso privado a la playa que se encuentra justo al lado de la piscina junto a la playa.

Overall, the stay was great! The condo was located perfectly close to the pool and beach access. The condo itself was very clean and nicely decorated. There could be better lighting, especially at night, but overall our stay was great!

Perfect beach setting

This unit has everything you need to enjoy a St Augustine beach vacation. We loved the location, a water view peek from the patio and master bedroom, close to a pool and beach access. You can always hear the waves! Ocean Village Club is wonderful; well maintained, has everything you need and everyone is very friendly. The management team is great, they quickly responded to some small issues we had. It was hard to leave!

Well Appointed and Comfortable!

We rented this condo for Thanksgiving week. It is very comfortable and well-equipped. The round table sat 6 adults comfortably for Thanksgiving dinner (which was prepared by the local Publix). The king-sized bed in the master was comfortable as well. My only concern is about the booking and access process. First, I included a note with the VRBO reservation request that I needed a first floor unit, or elevator access, because several of my local family members who would visit the condo for dinner had health problems. I never received a response but my reservation was confirmed, a signal to me that the condo met my requests. It did not. The unit was on the second floor and there was no elevator. We managed but I was disappointed that my question was never answered. Also, we arrived on a Sunday and received instructions about accessing the condo only two days in advance. It was dark when we arrived at the real estate office where we were to pick up the keys. The parking lot and lock boxes were DARK. Thank goodness I packed a flashlight or we never would have been able to see to access the lock box. Lighting is needed to make the access process safe for late arrivals. We had a good week. The condo itself is clean and comfortable with an especially fast internet connection. However, the customer service related to booking could have been better.

Cleaning service disappointing.

Arrived Sunday, walked from parking area to unit. Removed shoes at door. Before going to bed our feet were black from dirty floor. Checked air filter. Also BLACK. Last change was April. We went to Winn Dixie and purchase a new air filter due to our grandchild staying with us. Sheets in master bed dirty with sand & dog hair. Had to wash/dry sheets before getting to bed. Smoke detector at front door hanging down off wall Pull chain light in washer/ dryer closet- bulb broken off/ exposed Very dangerous. Didn’t know if light was turned on or off to change bulb. Called Property management. Said would send maid to mop floor Monday 2:30 pm Maintance man Tuesday 8:30. Maid (2) arrived 1:15 minutes late on Monday. (Understandable) but, after vacuum & mopping floor, mop water was BLACK. I asked maid if she was the same who cleaned condo. Said, yes she cleaned Saturday and with us walking in / out that was why floor was dirt. I told her we had only stepped from our car to condo and told her to look at her mop water. She replied “Sorry”. I asked did she change sheets or just make up the beds. Stated they change sheets every time and didn’t know why or how sand and dog hair got in the beds Mold on shower curtain in master bath. Looks like hasn’t been cleaned or replaced in a few months. Wednesday morning started to eat breakfast and sugar ants were in our bread & sealed danish. Had just purchased both Tuesday afternoon at Publix. Maintenance man arrived Fixed light & smoke detector. Sprayed for ants in kitchen. He was very nice. We live in Florida and understand the ants and mold. It happens, but we feel the maid service needs to be checked into. Our sister lives at Ocean Village Club year round and we or she rents for us to visit each year. But this is the first time we have been disappointed with the cleanliness.

Great Location!

The property is within a quick, short walk to the beach. The unit was a bit dated. The rug is older in the living room and needs a good scrub or just a new one, all the linens were old including towels and washcloths, the vertical blinds had fallen and were laying in front of the 2 glass doors, the kitchen drawers were all mixed up with towels and utensils, so trying to find something was not easy. This unit could have been perfect with just some deep cleaning. I wouldn't stay again but the property management was great and quick to respond. Check in was a bit confusing as the property is gated and you have to pick up a packet with keys and such at a different location. We saw several people having a hard time getting through the gate the first time. Hope this helps.

Furniture and Communication

Because of no attachments email couldn't be open. We have rented this unit for several years and nothing has changed: therefore no longer needs to say upgraded. Living room blinds have about 1/3 of the slats missing. No privacy at night. We enjoy staying at OVC and hope an email solution is found and furnishings are checked more often.

St Augustine Beach, Ocean Village Club

Loved our stay! OVC community is in a wonderful location, and unit O-25 offered a view and easy access to the glorious beach! We lucked out with amazing weather for our whole 3 weeks. The unit has all the essentials. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped (slow cooker was a fun surprise!). Basic beach equipment was a bonus. We enjoyed St. Augustine’s Nights of Lights, NYE fireworks on the beach, several state parks and nature walks. We did both cooking at home and enjoyed some delicious local restaurants. Everything met and exceeded our expectations for our first visit to St Augustine. Our only constructive feedback: Towels are a bit worn, it would be great for owners to update them.

The 80's is calling... renovation overdue!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the beach location is great the unit we stayed in was tired and filthy. The bathrooms were outdated, luckily we brought our own beach/patio chairs cause what was there was too dirty to use, there was a strong musty smell in the unit which never really cleared, and there were literally no basic supplies. Dishes, glasses, appliances, bedding are all very tired. The first day we arrived the TV, internet and phone didn't work and it took another day to get it going because we were given the wrong contact person. The Manager did react quickly on the TV/internet once we finally connected. The phone never did work. This was a great complex when it was built in the 80s but its now tired. North Florida and our pool was cold water ??....Not sure how the complex got an award in 2014 for property management.. front door needs painted, railings throughout complex peeling paint. Don't waste your time until this place gets a much needed renovation.

What a blessing to be there while going through the pains of house renovations. Having the ocean so close, and the pool was perfect for our 2 year old. Having fast internet was great for my husband to work. The condo had everything we possibly needed, beach toys, an equipped kitchen, 2 TV’s, and plenty of linens. The management company was always so helpful when we needed help with anything. We will definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family when they want to visit.

Day before we left went to office to get additional washing machine "pods" as one had been used to wash the sheets that should have been clean in the first place, and they refused to give us one! Would recommend the property, not so much Vacation rentals Beach Properties!
