Hacienda NOA / la mejor vista al mar / sumérgete en la gran piscina

Hacienda Noa tiene 10 000 metros cuadrados de largo y 700 metros de distancia del mar. Está cerca de Grohote, que es un pueblo en el centro de Šolta donde puedes encontrar todo lo que necesitas para comprar y también participar en los programas culturales y deportivos.
Debido al tamaño de la tierra, puedes disfrutar de total privacidad sin que nadie te moleste, ya que solo hay tres olivos a tu alrededor.

La Hacienda consta de la casa principal, un traje, una cocina de verano y una gran piscina.

La capacidad máxima es de 9 personas.

La piscina tiene 14 metros de largo, 4 metros de ancho y 1. 5 metros de profundidad.
No hay cloro, ya que no nos gusta. Hemos decidido utilizar el sistema de electrólisis con sal marina que no significa que haya una cantidad de sal como el mar, sino una cantidad más pequeña que hace la diferencia. Cuando nadas puedes llenar un poco de sal. La piscina también tiene un sistema, que puede enfriar o calentar hasta 5 grados desde la temperatura básica.

La cocina de verano está totalmente equipada, donde los huéspedes pueden disfrutar preparando su propia comida a la parrilla. Dependiendo del clima y la temporada, podrá encontrar vegetales de cosecha propia en nuestro jardín.

También puede disfrutar de actividades, tales como: ciclismo, tiro con arco, tenis de mesa, baloncesto y mini fútbol, brindando a nuestros huéspedes vacaciones activas y relajantes.

No queríamos renunciar a las ventajas de la tecnología moderna, que a veces nos facilita la vida (Wi-Fi, piscina con calefacción, aire acondicionado, Android TV, ...), porque después de un duro día de trabajo físico en el en la hacienda, no hay nada mejor que relajarse junto a la piscina, disfrutar de exquisitos alimentos entregados a los que se puede acceder fácilmente en Šolta, un gran masaje, una buena película o música.

Es nuestro deseo ayudar a los huéspedes a llegar a Šolta de la manera más fácil y rápida posible, ya sea en automóvil o avión, por lo tanto, intercambiamos información por teléfono o correo.
Aunque la hacienda no está lejos del puerto, esperamos a los huéspedes allí y en el camino a la hacienda les proporcionamos información interesante sobre Šolta.

Proporcionamos a nuestros huéspedes un teléfono celular con todos los números importantes, para que puedan sentirse lo más cómodos y seguros posible.

Es un lugar donde nos gustaría vivir en el futuro cercano en la última mitad del año, porque tiene todo lo que uno necesita y si no puede encontrar algo, siempre hay Split cerca.

The entire experience was perfect. Mario was a great host, responsive on communication & welcoming on arrival. The welcome is matched only by the house & the island. The house is very special, a slice of Adriatic heaven! The views back to Split are wonderful & the activities in the house make it perfect for families. We’ll be back!

Idyllic

Hacienda Noa is simply idyllic. The house is very clean and comfortable and is equipped with everything you could possibly need - and more! The summer kitchen is wonderful; picking vegetables and herbs from the garden, preparing a meal outdoors and enjoying the amazing view across the sea to Split was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We had great fun in the large pool and used the bicycles to make the short daily trip to the market and bakery in Grohote. We really can't say enough about Hacienda Noa. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly, making every effort to ensure that our stay was as perfect as possible - and it was! Thank you Dafne, Mario and Noa!

Amazing and thank you!

The pictures really do not do justice. It is impossible to capture how amazing this place is. It felt like such a privilege to spend two weeks here. The location is fantastic, with incredible views from every corner of the property. What the owners have created is an oasis. They have thought of everything. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped and allowed us to spend quality time with our children by the pool. Everything was impeccably clean, and the grounds well maintained. It is a great space for people of all ages. We loved the golf, basketball, and table tennis. The owners provide everything one would need. They are generous, caring, and thoughtful people. What a lovely experience we had! Thank you for everything. We made some great memories!

One of our greatest vacation experiences

Son just moved from the US to Norway in Jan 23 with his wife. This was our chance to reconnect with them. Spent a lot of time reviewing locations. The decision came down to finding a place in town near the beach or finding a place to spread out that had an outdoor kitchen. Hacienda NOA was our choice. What a great decision. It's a compound with multiple rooms spread between homes. The outdoor kitchen was remarkable. We used the bbq 5:7 nights and it really made the experience. We tapped into the produce and fish markets as well as the local butcher and ate so well! The town is wonderful and the locals so welcoming. You perched mid island with the ability to acess the main towns within 15 mins via car. check out the winery. Olive oil abounds (on property). Hop on boat over Broc and go snorkeling. Tons of acvitivies. And to top it off, our hosts were awsome. So responsive. We'll be back!

Wonderful stay, warm hosts

We enjoyed a rather dreamy family holiday at the Hacienda , a collection of properties scattered around an old olive orchard planted by the hosts great grandfather (now producing award winning olive oil as a hobby). So a family property and the warmth of the hosts shows through from start to finish. A wonderful outdoor space in centered around a large pool and fantastic outdoor kitchen , overlooking the sea, and the twinkling lights of Split in the distance. Picking figs, peaches and herbs in the garden whilst making dinner was an absolute delight. You can clearly see the love and care that have gone into making this a very special place indeed, and it could not be more private. If you are looking for a quiet holiday with friends or family this really is a perfect place. Worth noting, the island of Solta is about as sleepy as it gets. Whilst there are some lovely restaurants, none are within walking distance (the one in the village recently shut down). But the island is small so its quick to get around, and I'd recommend booking Mario's Jeep, great value and you'll appreciate the sturdiness on some of the islands roads. The indoor spaces, by comparison were smaller, but well presented and well equiped, but this place is all about the wonderful outdoors.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit!

Die gesamte Anlage ist einfach traumhaft schön. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Vom ersten Tag an sind die Gastgebeer zu erreichen und kümmern sich um alles. Wir wurden mit Snacks zur Begrüßung empfangen. Der Pool ist rießig und wird regeläßig gereinigt. Wir würden sehr gerne bald mal wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für alles

Der Aufenthalt auf der Hacienda hat uns extrem gut gefallen. Die Unterkünfte, der Poolbereich, die Aussenküche, die Umgebung, einfach alles war genau so wie es auf den Fotos gezeigt wird. Fantastische Location - ein kleines Paradies

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter Dafne und Mario, die stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit waren. Exceeded all expectations

It is rare these days to find a holiday rental that exceeds expectations. In the day of Airb*b and the staged photoshoot, so often the listing is style over substance. NOT Hacienda Noa. The phtos do not do the place justice. Mario and Dafne have invested so much thought and effort into this property and it really shows. We spent our first week in Brač and we had done lots of beaches and activites. The second week at Hacienda Noa on Šolta we really just wanted to chill and it was perfect. The accommodation is spread across several buildings. All beautifully furnished. But to be honest we only slept there. We spent our days by the huge pool and in the outdoor kitchen (plus a little bit of golf) and takign in the views across the channel to the mainland. The produce is amazing and Mario has won awards for his olive oil. Upon arrival the hosts had thoughfully prepared some snacks for us from their property and locally produced on the island. Honestly it is impossible to fault it. Šolta is very busy in the peak season (especially this year ). You really need to book restaurants a day or two in advance. Or just bbq at the villa!

Insel Solta ist eine sehr sehr schöne Insel , die Unterkunft ist ein Traum mit Meerblick man kann es nicht in Worte fassen aber typisch südländisch mediterran und so luxuriös ein Wahnsinns Objekt und riesig umliegend sind gleich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten das Objekt war super sauber und die Herrin des Hauses hat uns super empfangen spricht übrigens sehr gut deutsch was nochmals ein Pluspunkt ist alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub wir kommen wieder :)

Outstanding house and hosts

We just spent 2 wonderful weeks at this amazing island home. This is one of the best vacation we ever had. The summer kitchen by the pool is an awesome place to cook, spend time with the family and watch the kids swimming. Dafne and Marco are the best hosts we have ever met and their award winning olive oil is to be tasted!

Wir kommen zurück…….

Wir waren schon in einigen Ferienhäsern und -wohnungen, aber die Hacienda Noa gehört zu den absoluten Top-Adressen. Tolle Anlage, wo man selbst nach einer Woche noch was neues entdecken kann. Absolute Ruhe, und trotzdem nah am nächsten Ort um zu Fuß oder mit den Fahrrädern einkaufen zu gehen. Tolle Strände mit kristallklarem Wasser, an denen wir meist ganz alleine waren. Die Gastgeber super nett und hilfsbereit. Kurz gesagt, kann man das alles uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The perfect holidays in BEAUTIFUL Hacienda Noa

This is truly a little paradise for the whole family. Dafne and her family have welcomed us very warmly and made us feel right at home. We had the best time in this incredibly beautiful holiday hideaway. We spent our holidays with our 2 little ones (4 and 5 years old) and they enjoyed swimming, playing basketball, jumping the trampoline or just running around all day long. There is so much to discover and explore in the beautiful garden. Cooking together in the outdoor kitchen next to the pool, golfing or just relaxing and enjoying the incredible view over Spilt. So much love for detail is put in every aspect of this place! We have been to different fincas and houses all over Europe but this is definitely the most beautiful place we have ever stayed at - we will be back!!!! Thank you so much, Dafne, Mario and Noa, for an amazing holiday.

Hacienda Noa - traumhafte Ferien!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub auf Šolta in der Unterkunft Hacienda Noa verbracht. Wir reisten mit 6 Erwachsenen, und waren 14 Tage vor Ort. Dafne und Mario sind herzliche Gastgeber und insbesondere der Empfang und die Tipps waren einfach fantastisch! Die großzügige Hacienda wurde wunderbar in die kroatische Natur eingebettet, alles wirkt sehr authentisch und wie aus einem Guss. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail! Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat: - idyllische und verwinkelte Liegeplätze - tolle Sommerküche - traumhafter Ausblick auf Split - diverse Sportaktivitäten (insb. Mountainbikes, Basketball etc.) - großer Pool - eigener Gemüsegarten - großes + separates Studio - kurze Wege zu guten Restaurants und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Liebe Dafne, lieber Mario und lieber Noa, wir danken euch für den herzlichen Empfang und eure Gastfreundschaft! Best vacation house ever

Mario and Dafne are the best hosts you will ever have. If you need anything, (you won't because it is already there) but you can call them and they are there for you. The property is quiet and serene with sprawling views of the Adriatic Sea. Catch a sunrise or watch Split sparkle at night. Forget the market, pick fresh vegetables, figs, and fruit from their garden. There is rosemary and basil growing there. Cooking and dining in the amazing outdoor kitchen was a favorite past time for us. The place is great for kids! Pool, play structure, trampoline, ping pong, mini soccer field with goals, and a huge property to explore. Mario and Dafne love the island of Solta and upon arrival you will too. This is the place!

Stunning, peaceful location. Great facilities and charming hosts.

We all loved this holiday! I chose this property as it offered everything for our party of 6; my husbands son, partner and 3 year old grandson Fredfie were really comfortable in the pool room, whilst we made use of the main house with our teenage son. The outdoor space is amazing and was perfect for Freddie, he swam, bounced on the trampoline, swung on the swing, and played with the bows and arrows. It is perfect for children as there is so much space and freedom and this of course always makes for a good holiday for the grown ups! What really stood out for me was this property is clearly a well loved family home and Dafne and Mario were the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The thought and consideration that they had put into our visit was extraordinary, we had an extra bike, toys were provided for Freddie, the fridge was full of lovely goodies with chilled beer and wine and when we left we were even given presents! Needless to say the setting is stunning and Hacienda Noa is in a perfect position from which to explore the island and exploit the fantastic views. I can not recommend this holiday home more highly, you will not be disappointed when you drive through the gates.

Beautiful setting, great hosts, lovely outdoor kitchen

Our family with three teenagers and their friends really appreciated the time and care that Mario and Dafne have put into Haciena Noa. It is a very comfortabe house on different levels surrounded by olive trees and fig trees with a really beautiful view and a large, immaculately clean swimming pool with salt water. We really enjoyed using the bikes to explore Šolta and find little hidden bays. We loved the peace, sunshine and quiet pace of island life. I really enjoyed cooking and preparing picnics in the very well-equipped outside kitchen. The little touches made by Dafne and Mario made the differenceto our holiday. We loved it, thank you.

Im Mittelpunkt die sehr gut ausgestattete Außenküche mit Grill sowie der gepflegte Pool. Der Ausblick über Olivenhaine zum Meer ist fantastisch. Wir konnten Feigen, Tomaten, Kräuter und Weintrauben direkt aus dem Garten auf den Tisch bringen. Dafne und Mario sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, haben uns mit kroatischen Snacks und kühlen Getränken begrüsst und uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. In der Hacienda Noa startet der Urlaub direkt mit der Ankunft. Solta ist eine ruhige Insel abseits des Massentourismus. In den kleinen Hafenstädtchen gibt es hervorragende Restaurants. Wir empfehlen mindestens einen Tag mit dem Boot um die Insel zu fahren, um die Buchten zu erkunden. Split ist einfach mit der Fähre für einen Ausflug in die historische Altstadt zu erreichen. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

quiet location with stunning views

lovely property with very welcoming and friendly hosts.Pool is great for cooling off and long enough for adults to swim.would recommend car hire to get round the island quickly and marina at Mascilinca is beautiful and great for a swimming, eating and yacht watching.

Simply perfect!!

Dafne and Mario helped us with everything we needed. So friendly and welcoming hosts. House was clean and so well planned for 2 families. Bicycles, toys for the kids, lovely garden, outside kitchen and the pool made our week at the Hacienda Now just perfect! Johanna, Johan, Linda and Sander from Sweden.

Ruhe, Einsamkeit und doch zentral

Das gesamte Anwesen ist wirklich wunderschön! Alles ist sehr gepflegt und gut verteilt. Unsere Kinder (4 & 2) hatten viel Spaß beim Schaukeln und auf dem Trampolin. Der Pool ist mit dem Salzwasser viel angenehmer als ein Chlorpool und war eine herrliche Erfrischung. Mit den Rädern kann man schnell zum Supermarkt kommen und ein Taxi zu verschiedenen tollen Restaurants ist auch nicht teuer. Die Bremsen einger Fahrräder müssen allerdings dringend überholt werden. Der Strand ist nur über einen langen sehr steilen Weg zu erreichen. Mit kleinen Kindern war uns der Pool dann lieber oder man fährt mit dem Bus 1€ pro Person zu anderen Kiesstränden in der Umgebung. Mario und Dafne versuchen bei allem behilflich zu sein und waren immer schnell erreichbar! Man wird nicht nur herzlich begrüßt sondern auch herzlich verabschiedet. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne, ruhige Zeit weit weg vom Alltagsstress. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschön

Die Hacienda NOA ist eine Ferienoase, die ihresgleichen sucht: fantastischer Blick über das Meer nach Split, eine super Außenküche, ein Traumpool und zwei wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Häuser. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, wie das gesamte Areal perfekt in die kroatische Landschaft eingefügt wurde. Wer dem Massentourismus entfliehen und entspannte Tage mit der Familie oder mit Freunden verbringen will, ist bei Dafne und Mario perfekt aufgehoben.

Hacienda Noa is a place where my husband, son, and I come during the entire year, on weekends to relax and prepare for the upcoming stressful and working week in Split. We keep 50 olive trees, different kinds of fruit, grapes, and many Mediterranean plants such as lavender, rosemary, sage, marshmallow, immortelle, ... and enjoy in every season of the year. The land is huge, and feeling o freedom and that type of privacy which we do not have in Split is priceless to us.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Because of the size of the property, even though there can be 9 people on Hacienda, you'd still be able to find a quiet place for yourself.

Šolta is one of the rare islands that has maintained typical characteristics of an island: wild nature, clear sea, lush fruit and vegetable, different species of birds and small forest animals.

The reason for this is the lack of industrial development which is good for tourists and visitors, but unfortunately not so good for residents who leave the islands, searching for better job opportunity.

Unlike Hvar which is our most popular and modern island, Šolta attracts different kind of population. It is perfect for family vacation and for people who don't enjoy in much noise and don't like many distraction.
However it offers a quality range of cultural and sport activities to make one active.

Personally, my husband and I prefer April, May, September and October, because of the beautiful warm weather, perfect for sunbathing and swimming, because we are tired from the Mediterranean summer heat.
