Increíbles precios de temporada hasta septiembre para viviendas temporales. Recién remodelada casa llena de luz en el centro de Fountain Hills. Se puede ir andando a todos los servicios de la ciudad o simplemente sentarse en el patio y ver la Fontana de disparar hasta 560 'cada hora. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos NUEVOS SS, cada elemento de cocina necesario para entretener. WI-FI y HDTV's, DVR. We had a wonderful stay in a comfy place. It was just as advertised and had everything we needed. Ruth was especially accommodating and helpful during our stay. Would definitely return!

The home was fantastic!

The kitchen was well stocked with every tool you could want and some spices/oils/cupboard essentials. The internet speed was great. And the whole home was very clean. I highly recommend staying here.

Nicest, cleanest place we’ve rented

This could have been the cleanest place I’ve ever seen. Unbelievably nice owners who couldn’t have been more accommodating. Everything had been thought of. Each little detail makes your stay so much nicer. They even came and took out the garbage during the stay. I hate to give such a glowing review as it make not be available the next time we need it!! A definite keeper that we will use again in the future.

Just what we needed for our trip

Comfortable, clean, well stocked. Quiet, walkable neighborhood within walking distance of the downtown area. Just what we needed for a six week stay in Fountain Hills. The owners, Ruth and Dennis, lived close by and were gracious and accommodating. I would recommend this home for short or long term stays.

Fountain Hills Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fountain Hills Home from January thru March of 2019. We loved the home, Fountain Hills, the parks, weather and yes, even the desert. Biking and hiking are big activities for us and the area has lot of places to do that. The hosts were wonderful too. We enjoyed the experience so much we have already reserved the home for January thru March, 2020.

Our lovely snow bird experience in Fountain Hills.

We (2 adults and a dog) thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We loved the house, city, parks, and yes, even the desert. The hosts were great too. We always get away for the winter as we are from Minneapolis, but we like going to different places every year. This will be the first time we have returned to the same place 2 years in a row - we liked the experience so well we already reserved the months of January - March of 2020. That says it all!

We have had our 2nd great stay here. The owners are very nice and helpful and leave you the home once the keys are passed. Great electronics; kitchen; comfortable beds; laundry facilities and garage! Nice design touchs. Lots of time spent on the patio. Location is great. Walkable distance to Fountain Park. Nearby grocery stores; restaurants & Starbucks. Can’t wait to stay again next year. Our small, well-behaved, dog loved it too!

Nicely Appointed home!

This was a perfect Winter Retreat for us. Location was great for walking to downtown shops. This home is not sparely equipped like some vacation rentals. Owners made sure we had everything we needed and were easily accessible to us. It is beautifully decorated too! D.D.

Perfect Vacation in Fountain Hills

Our friends have always talked about how special Fountain Hills is and recommended we try it. We are so glad we came here. This was our first experience in a vacation rental and we were very happy with this property. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect for walking into town, to restaurants, the grocery store, etc. The patio was large with a grill and beautiful views. Everything we needed was stocked for our use and the furnishings were lovely. It was clean and modern and even the garage was immaculate. Truly a 5 star place. We'll be back!

Clean, Comfortable and quiet

We loved staying at this house in downtown Fountain Hills. Everything we needed was provided and we hope to come back next year. Evenings were wonderful on the patio looking at the mountains and Fountain shooting up. We felt it was very private and safe too.

Extraordinary Vacation Home in the Ideal Arizona Location

At the end of my recent stay in Ruth & Deny's home on Desert Sage Drive in Fountain Hills I didn't want to leave. Yes, the Fountain Hills location made their (owners) home highly desirable, but it is also one of those homes that you can't wait to return to after a day of exploring and enjoying the best that Arizona has to offer. The Desert Sage Dr. home was so incredibly comfortable...and it is situated in such an awesome location when it comes to accessing Arizona attractions, events, and every-day services. Everything, and I do mean everything, has been thought of such that you feel totally at home. The furnishings, decor, amenities, and attention to detail make the home instantly cozy with nothing more to plan than your clothes and your tooth brush. Kitchen, dining, bathrooms, bedrooms, living/lounging areas, and even the office and garage are all so very well prepared...with a attention to detail and comfort, and impeccably clean!! And that's just the inside of the home...outside was so beautifully maintained and landscaped with, again, everything considered for patio comfort and enjoyment. Outstanding views of Four Peaks and the adjacent mountain range on the north-facing, covered patio that is shaded and outfitted with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture...and so very quiet! I really appreciated how thoughtful and genuinely considerate Ruth and Deny were, as it went well beyond check in. They were so helpful throughout my stay regarding anything I may need in the home and guidance to the surrounding area. And they were so great to work with regarding my travel logistics. I can't say enough about Fountain Hills, the truly extraordinary home, and the very nice couple that own the vacation oasis on Desert Sage Dr. I'm looking forward to returning very soon!

A Great Place to Stay

Fountain Hills is the ideal winter vacation spot. While quiet and very little traffic, the area offers everything you could want. There is always something going on at the Fountain Hills Park. You can be as busy as you want, hiking, golfing, dining out, concerts, etc. We were lucky to have found such a beautiful house to rent in the area for the winter. The accommodations were beyond our expectations. We have rented numerous places over the past few years and this would rank right up at the top. The owners were absolutely great to deal with. They were a wealth of information for someone new to the area. They were very responsive right from our initial contact to the day we left. The house is in a great location, within walking distance to the fountain. The views from the back patio are stunning, with a view of the mountains and a view of the fountain. We loved our home away from home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, spacious, tastefully decorated home. It was well stocked with everything one could need. Definitely worth five stars!!!

Excellent Rental Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Desert Sage! It was such a comfortable, spacious house with a beautiful view of the Four Peaks and Fountain from the back patio. It has a large yard that is easily accessible and a convenient 3-car garage. The house is within walking distance to the Fountain and only a few blocks from stores. The Den was perfect for work on the computer and the kitchen was well-stocked with lots of dishes, pans, and utensils. Dennis and Ruth were always available for questions and went out of their way to make us feel at home! We would like to rent this house again and would highly recommend it to others!!

Great Rental House

We recently sold our Scottsdale home and in the process of moving to Colorado. We needed a home for a month before the move and found this home to be fabulous. Everything we could want was included. It was light filled, tastefully decorated and very clean. Extra storage space in the garage was a bonus. The patio & views are amazing too.

Ruth Saved Our Vacation

The house we originally booked with another owner turned out to be a disaster. We turned to VRBO and found Ruth's listing on Desert Sage. We drove by the house to check it out and Ruth just happened to be out front. We stopped, asked if it was available and she invited us in. What a fabulous place!! This was exactly what we were hoping for! Very open floor plan, bright, mountain views, near Fountain Park, very quiet street, pet friendly, every amenity we needed...like I said...fabulous! Ruth is very engaging, easy to talk to, helpful in every way. AND with her designer background you can be assured that the house is beautifully decorated! Each room is carefully appointed with art, decorations and appropriate amenities. You cannot go wrong renting any of Ruth's listings. Now that we are home, we are working on timing for a return visit.

Wonderful house in Fountain Hills!

My husband and I along with our 12 year old daughter rented this beautiful, clean, well maintained house for alittle over 4 months without one issue. Everything you can think of was there....just like your house! The owners are great people and were so great to work with.

The patio was great, part sunny to lay out, and part shady to cool off during the day with wonderful twinkling lights from downtown at night. We walked everywhere in town and only took the car out of the garage when we went to Scottsdale shopping, or sightseeing. I recommend it for couples or families that want the privacy of a home instead of a condo in a big complex. We rarely cooked, but there was everything one needs including a small grill, but we opted to carry in dining from local restaurants on the patio if we had a busy day. We hope to return next year.
