1700 square foot private home in beautiful, peaceful fountain hills. Well equipped, tastefully furnished home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Gorgeous, well stocked kitchen has recent granite countertops and kitchen island. Very large open area living room/dining room that accesses the backyard and pool, new 60" smart T.V . King size bed in master bedroom with spacious walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a shower with dual shower heads and bench. Plus 2 additional bedrooms with queen and full beds, and 1 bath. There is wireless internet, full size washer and dryer in house and an attached 2 car garage. House has chocolate saltillo tile throughout, and beehive fireplace in living room. Diving pool (not heated) in huge backyard that boasts several palm trees and a variety of very attractive cactii and other desert plants and bushes. Nice patio area right outside living room doors leading to landscaped backyard enclosed by privacy fence. 5 minute drive to downtown fountain hills and fountain. Old town Scottsdale is less than a half hour drive and Sky Harbour airport is a half hour drive. Very quiet neighbourhood, and area is surrounded by world class golfing , hiking and biking. Fantastic place to relax and take in the sunshine.

This is a fantastic well stocked home on a great corner lot. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy access to shopping and downtown Fountain Hills. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Use of a garage was a welcome bonus. For us, an extra touch was the cable TV with local channels rather than the usual Roku TV.

Convenient and easy to get to and from.

Nice house. Other properties offered more local insight, what to see and do but Roy’s house and surondings were very nice.

Fountain Hills Comfort

We had a great week in Fountain Hills over the Christmas holidays. Roy and Lynn were wonderful, communicative hosts. The house was clean, nicely furnished, and well outfitted. We enjoyed walking to the park down the street and spending time in town. We highly recommend this property.

Nice place!

Very nice stay at this house. The lighting is dark so be careful for the sunken living room steps. Was very clean. I would recommend not leaving an open bar of soap out and getting some other kind of soap for the bathroom. But otherwise, it was a good stay and Roy was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

This house was so comfortable. Communication with owner was easy, pleasant and reliable. I literally have nothing negative to say about this rental. Everything was perfect for us. We got home less than a week ago and we're already in the planning stages of our next visit.

Wonderful!

The sign at the door read "Mi Casa Es Su Casa," and that's precisely how we felt - at home. The residence was ideal for our stay. Our daughter participated in the Javalena Jundred. The house was less than 15 minutes from the event, allowing effortless travel. Roy maintained excellent communication from booking to checkout. We were grateful to find this home for this amazing adventure.

Great Stay

Roy and Lynn have a great house and are wonderful hosts. We had great weather and got lots of golf in. The only disappointment was the pool temperature. The water never got warm enough to enjoy it. Maybe a solar cover would help? Overall we had an excellent stay and would recommend this property if you are traveling to FH.

Fountain Hills Gem

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Phoenix and nearby suburbs Fountain Hills is a lovely place to stay. It is a very peaceful super safe very pretty town with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.The house is super comfortable and very well equipped. It is in a nice location, close to everything in town, and a relatively short drive into the Phoenix area to enjoy activities there.Communication with the owner is excellent. It was too cool to swim but we enjoyed sitting outside and viewing the beautifully landscaped back yard. There are good places to hike nearby!We’d just love to come back here next time we visit Arizona!

Wonderful property

We enjoyed our stay and the host was in contact through out the entire process and stay. Biggest issue was getting used to the step down from the rest of the hose to the living room, but we adapted quickly. Definitely recommend.

Property is nice. Layout with master on one side and two bedrooms on the other was convenient. Owner communicated well with us before checkin and during the stay. Dishwasher doesn't work properly, I believe it needs to be replaced. The clothes washer needs some maintenance.

Lovely home and a wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fountain Hills. The house is beautiful, clean and quiet. The backyard and pool are very private and so relaxing. The owners are very nice to deal with and have stocked the kitchen with everything we could have needed. Only 30 minute drive from Sky Harbor Airport. Thank you so much and we look forward to returning next year.
