great place with great views of the beach/sunset

This place was bigger than what the picture showed and had everything we needed. The sunset views were amazing!! I would highly recommend this place and we plan to come back next year.

And, even though this is a one bedroom condo, it has lots of room and many ammenities provided beyond what the rental pool requirements are. We agree that the location of this condo offers a great view of the sand and the surf and the sunsets! The location also allows for easy access to the pool area with hot tubs, beach, and bar/outside dining......just take the elevator down to S2 level, walk a very short distance across the garage and there you are! Come back again for a wonderful time in this beautifully appointed and well stocked condo!

Amazing Place

Not only was the homeowner an amazing communicator, the property was absolutely spotless! Views were amazing and they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you might need for your stay. HIGHLY recommend!

We met in Virginia Beach, Virginia, married, and moved to Albuquerque, NM. Our love of the Southwest has only grown over the years but we knew that someday we would want to be somewhere close to the water again. Several years ago, friends brought us to Puerto Penasco and we spent the weekend looking at all resorts here on Sandy Beach. We had never been to Rocky Point before but ended up buying that weekend! That experience
was many, many sunsets and moons ago and we love it here. We hope that your time here on the incredible Sea of Cortez will result in wonderful memories for you as it has for us! Albuquerque is still our home with spectacular sunsets but Puerto Penasco has surely tied for first place with awesome photography opportunities of sunsets as well!

From our Albuquerque home to this little slice of paradise, it is a driving trip that is easily managed and we can come enjoy a Sea of Cortez ocean front property. A one hour journey South of the Lukeville, Arizona/Sonoyta, Mexico border and well maintained Hwy. 8 combine for a chance to unwind as we anticipate our arrival in the seaport town that we love with its laid back lifestyle.

Excellent 8th floor location within the Coronado oceanfront building. Safe, gated development. Only Four-Diamond resort on Sandy Beach. Beautiful sunset viewing from the balcony. Great star gazing at night time. Incredible outdoor fun-in-the-sun town. Upgraded internet for the best internet on Sandy Beach. Plethora of tv stations for down time in the condo.
