Este apartamento recientemente renovado es muy complaciente, elegantemente decorado, y tiene un gran carácter y estilo. Es espacioso (160 metros cuadrados), luminosa y ofrece todas las comodidades y la privacidad de una familia o un grupo grande de amigos. Un capitán de mar utilizada para vivir aquí, por lo tanto, el apartamento refleja plenamente su amor por el mar y sus viajes. Cuenta con vistas despejadas al mar Egeo, creando la sensación única de estar en un barco. Al anochecer la sala se llena con los colores cálidos del atardecer!

El apartamento dispone de un gran salón con una cocina abierta totalmente equipada. El salón dispone de una zona de oficina con un escritorio. También existe la posibilidad de convertir el sofá en una cama doble.

Hay dos dormitorios principales con camas dobles y cuarto de baño. El tercer dormitorio es más pequeño, con sillones que se convierten en dos camas individuales. El tercer dormitorio también cuenta con un pequeño cuarto de baño.

El apartamento está ubicado en el área de Paleo Faliro, que forma parte de la Riviera de Atenas. Es un barrio exclusivo, seguro y muy agradable. Cuando se hospeda en esta área, tiene el privilegio de disfrutar de la impresionante vista al mar y la playa, mientras que también se encuentra a solo 20 minutos del centro de la ciudad de Atenas (Syntagma). El mayor orgullo del barrio es el impresionante puerto deportivo de Flisvos, que cuenta con un encantador paseo marítimo con restaurantes, cafés, bares, tiendas, un área de juegos e incluso un cine al aire libre en la temporada de verano. Excellent Experience

We stayed here for 10 days and loved it. The location is great for being near Athens central and surrounding beach areas. The hosts were so responsive. Loved the holiness of the place after a day out . We will be back!!

Fantastic stay

Communication with host was fantastic and quick. I asked so many questions and the host responded quickly with lots of great information about the area and the host coordinated a private pick up to and from the airport. Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable.

Fantastic weekend break out of the city

We are working in central Athens for a few months and wanted to have a few weekends along the coast. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It has a modern feel with all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen comfortable open plan living space, lovely double aspect balcony with a view of the marina. The beds were comfortable, ensuring we all had good night's sleep. Local shops and transport are really close and easy to access, plus the park and marina opposite were great for our 5 year old, not to mention the many beaches along the Riviera. Overall we had a really relaxing long weekend and look forward to returning.

4 Tage Athen

Wir waren mit insgesamt fünf Personen vier Tage in Athen als Start einer Griechenland Rundtour. Die Wohnung ist sauber, super ausgestattet, groß und gut klimatisiert. Die Innenstadt ist mit der auf der anderen Straßenseite abfahrenden Tram einfach zu erreichen. Abends ist man mit wenigen Schritten am Meer und kann dort den Tag ausklingen lassen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die Straße ist sehr laut, so dass man den Balkon praktisch nicht nutzen kann. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern, was bei uns aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen praktisch immer der Fall war, hört man vom Lärm aber nichts. Die Schalldämmung ist sehr gut.

Family Trip

Our stay was great. The marina across the road was great to people watch and eat. Easy access to taxi’s. As others have stated there is road noise but you get used to it and it didn’t bother us. Dimitri was wonderful answering all of our questions about how to get where we wanted to go. Definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful, but not accessible.

It is a beautiful apartment with great views. Dimitri greeted us on our late arrival. He showed the apartment and said to contact him with any questions. Besides the unit not being accessible, we had a wonderful stay. There was an elevator, but very small, not big enough for a wheelchair, there were steps to get to or from the elevator. There was also a steep ramp, but when it rained, it became too slippery to use. Thankfully I am not totally handicapped and was able to manage with the help of family. We had housekeeping once in the middle of our stay, they did a great job. The espresso machine was particularly nice as well. We rented a car for our stay and toured around, so nice to have a designated parking spot. We had a great trip, however it was not accessible like the listing reads. I don't want anyone to be misleaded.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment. It’s very spacious and well equipped and truly looks like as on the photos. It’s in a very nice neighborhood, close to the beach, grocery stores, shopping and public transportation. Communication with the owners were excellent. One of the owners was waiting for us at check in. The only “negative “ is that it’s on a very busy road.

Stunning apartment

Large, modern apartment with room for everyone. Wrap- around deck and windows everywhere. Sunsets were great. Lots of traffic runs by the house, but with the windows closed, the noise disappears. Elevator helpful when moving luggage in and out. We would certainly recommend.

The Most Gorgeous Stay in Athens

We throughly enjoyed staying at this wonderful property. Just outside the bustle of Athens and convenient location. The views were amazing and the proximity to everything could not have been better. Demitris meet us at the Condo timely and answered our every question. Two small things that should be noted. The third bedroom is very small. Also, when telling people where to meet you, you must be sure and give the address with Paleo Faliro. Apparently, there are three districts with the same address. Other than that our stay was amazing. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Convenient and Spacey Place

Apartment is an ideal starting point to discover Athens. Right in front of the sea with a marvelous landscape. It is also well equipped so you aren’t missing anything. It was already the 2nd time I stayed at Nicoletta’s place. So I definitely can recommend it

I could live here all year long.

I could live here all year long.. Beautiful place, great location, perfectly functioning air conditioning (a real blessing in Athens summer heat). The sound of traffic was more like white noise, especially in the evenings. Lovely balcony for watching the sunset— but we also enjoyed cocktails and watched the sunset from the pier across the street. We were extremely comfortable here and enjoyed every part of our stay.

Wonderful stay

I couldn’t be happier with our stay in this apartment. It was perfect for us. Very spacious for seven family members, comfortable bedding, kitchen that worked well, washing machine that we used a lot. It was a home away from home. Marisol, our house keeper did a great job of cleaning and organizing things. The location by the port area was convenient for travel to and from the city center with a tram station across the street. If there was a negative it was the traffic noise during the night. Nicolleta has several options for large or small number of people. It was a good choice on our part.

Great rental, felt like home

Vanessa met us at the apartment to give us the keys. She was great and always there to answer questions. Loved the daily cleaning services. Marisol was very professional and came every day promptly to clean the apartment. The unit is very well equipped with all the main items that one needs to function. Will definitely consider using this property again should we revisit Athens 👍🙂

Loved it

Good location, visually anyway. Beach across the street not great for swimming due to its proximity to the harbor, but better beaches are a short taxi or bus ride away. Easy accessibility to Acropolis and other sites. Taxis were great and easy to catch. X96 bus to and from airport was great and only 6 euro, except for early morning flights. Apartment is roomy and quite comfortable.

Propriété proche de toutes les commodités tram, bus, centre commerciaux, parc, marina...très belle vue sur la mer, très spacieux et très bien équipé propriétaire disponible dommage d'être le long d'un périphérique car très bruyant la nuit.

Exceptional Luxory Sea View Apartment

It was without a doubt the best VRBO apartment we have stayed in Greece. It is bright with and excellent Seaview, right across the street from the Flisvos Marina. It is nicely decorated with many interesting items, such as; icons, marine items, items from around the world. I referred to the apartment as a museum. My wife and I loved the apartment!!!

Close to marina

The property looked just as advertised. So spacious! We walked across street to marina the first night for dinner. Was nice having restaurants and Starbucks in walking distance. Cab to city center was about 15 mins away. Assistant Nikki helped us with taxi pickup for early morning ferry, was nice since We could not make calls from our U.S. phones. Only downfall for us was noise from traffic all night. After the first night I sorda got used to it. Overall great place!

I am from Athens, however I have very close ties with two beautiful Greek islands Santorini and Patmos.

As my father’s family is from Santorini I spent all my summers there. Since I am a licensed tour guide, in 2004 I decided to move to Santorini in order to work there. This was a great chance to start renovating my family’s properties in order to be able to share them with people from all over the world.

In addition, many years ago, my mother visited the island of Patmos, fell in love with it and decided to buy two beautiful pieces of land, including very old farmhouses in ruinous condition, that she slowly renovated. In this way, our family and numerous friends enjoyed many unforgettable Patmos Easters and summers. Nowadays, I am responsible for the good condition of the houses that I rent out and share the beauty and special ambiance of this island with our guests.

I am very lucky since my twin daughters, Alexandra and Christina, having completed their studies abroad in hospitality management and tourism, returned to their roots in order to continue and develop what I started. Genuine hospitality, love and respect for the island, as well as the embracement of the local culture define our core values. Nowadays we all share our time between Santorini, Patmos and Athens, and have the honor and pleasure to share our family’s story and our love for these islands, with visitors from all over the world.
