Este elegante y elegante apartamento con vista al mar y al puerto deportivo se encuentra en Paleo Faliro, un hermoso suburbio sur con una bonita playa de arena, un gran mercado, vida nocturna y un maravilloso paseo marítimo frente al mar y el puerto deportivo de Flisvos y buena proximidad al centro de Atenas. .
El apartamento puede alojar hasta 5 personas en 1 doble B / R, 1 individual B / R y cómoda sala de estar con sofá cama doble.
Nuestro apartamento totalmente equipado es de 146 metros cuadrados. y se encuentra en el 7 ° piso. Consiste en un amplio salón con chimenea de diseño y un elegante sofá y comedor anexos a una cómoda sala de estar con sofá cama, 2 dormitorios, 1 baño, 1 aseo y la cocina. Stayed for 3 weeks, absolutely fabulous holiday. Apartment is perfect and in a particularly nice area.Our host, Manos, was great and really help on the last day when our plane was delayed. Would absolutely stay again

Great Location, Great Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Athens and our VRBO was a big factor. We took full advantage of public transportation, especially the tram, because it was so close to the apartment. We toured and dined in Marina Flisvos and the nearby shopping district a few blocks away from the Marina. We swam at Edem and loved The Beach Bar. The views from the apartment over the Marina were stunning as was the view of the Acropolis from the balcony off the study. The apartment is just like the pictures, maybe even better when you factor in watching the sunset over the bay.

Feels like coming home

Our first time in Athens was packed with tours and excursions. Coming back to this apartment at the end of each day felt like coming home. We enjoyed the accommodations and definitely the great working air conditioning! The host was always very responsive to any questions we had and also helped get us orientated to Athens. The apartment is located very close to a bus and rail stop which helped us get around the city inexpensively. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again given the chance.

Ruim en net appartement op zeer goede locatie

Het ruime appartement is in een rustige wijk gelegen op steenworp afstand van handige faciliteiten zoals bus, tram, supermarkten, restaurants, parken en stranden. Het appartement was zeer schoon, volledig toegerust en de airconditioning werkte zeer goed! Erg fijn als het richting de 40 graden wordt. Manos is de beste gastheer die je je kan wensen. Hij reageert snel, volledig en staat voor je klaar in het geval van vragen. Bij aankomst stonden er al drankjes in de koelkast, erg prettig! Bij een volgend bezoek aan Athene zouden we zeker weer voor dit appartement kiezen.

Perfect vacation apartment

We loved staying in this apartment. The location is great - Flisvos Marina is right there as well as the public transport - tram and bus stops. Nice neighbourhood and the building is well maintained. The view from 3 balconies is spectacular! I would not recommend renting a car if you plan on staying in Athens- public transport is cheap and will take you pretty much anywhere in Athens (just use google). Finding free street parking by the building after 5pm can be a challenge. The apartment itself is very nice. The beds in the apartment are comfortable (semi-firm), everything is clean and in working order. Plenty of bath towels were provided. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware. We brought minimal luggage and used the washer in the apartment. Finally, when we came to Greece we did not know anybody. Our sole contact here was Manos, our apartment manager. He helped us with receipt of our lost luggage and to get oriented with the neighbourhood and public transport. Thank you Manos for making our stay so comfortable and welcome!

Fabulous Stay

We have just returned from a four week stay in this wonderful apartment in our favourite area. Nothing was too much trouble for Manos - excellent host. So hope will be able to return next yea.

Location, location, location!! 5 blocks up the apartment Afroditis St to Alexandrou St are stores, restaurants, hair salons, coffee cafes, hardware store even Lidel grocery store. Apartment is 1 block to Poseidonos St. with tram and buses to take you all over Athens and taxis are waiting on the corner, 2 blocks from Kphtikoe grocery store,1 block to a pharmacy, and 2 blocks from Alpino Italian great restaurant. Apartment is on the 7th flour of 8 story building with a beautiful view of boats, yachts, freighters and sunsets and the Acropolis in the far distance. Manos was a very attentive owner, and we had a wonderful experience in Greece.

Great apartment for large family

Stayed with our teenage daughters and my parents. Manos was great to deal with and the apartment had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend.

Home away from home!!!!

Our second one-month stay in this property. New "soundless" air-condition, comfortable beds and the amazing view from the kitchen might temp you to become a gourmet cook!!! Manos is attentive, friendly .... the perfect manager. The place is immaculate with white marble floors and full of sun light . We live in San Francisco but I grew up in the area. This is the best vacation property in "Athens Riviera". Thank you Manos and hope to see. you again!!!

Great view and easy access to Athens

We received a very warm welcome from Manos, the orange cake and refreshments were great, particularly as we arrived late at night. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and just as described on the website. The view is excellent and we spent time enjoying the balconies whilst having a drink and watching the world go by. Great location for transport into Athens and for the marina with its bars and restaurants.

A fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. Easy to get to all major sights and an apartment to enjoy with fantastic views. In reality the photis don't do it justice. Manos welcomed us and kept in touch to ensure we had everthing we wanted. Highly recommended. Thank you

Large apartment with three large well equipped balconies. Good transport links to Athens. Great marina with great restaurants a short walk away . Food and bakery very close . Great trams to beaches and the ferry to lots of Islands . A great apartment for for a visit to Athens

Springtime in Greece

The apartment is as described, surrounded by large balconies and amazing views. New beds were delivered during our stay. Fully equipped kitchen and constant hot water for baths/showers. Housekeeping once a week is a big plus. We did not use heat or air-condition. Satellite TV with more channels is a necessity, especially for long stays.

Large, elegant apt in great oication. 5 week winter stay was v comfortable.

The location is fantastic - great to be so close to the ocean, the vibrant bars & restaurants of the marina. Good local shopping, lots of supermarkets and lovely bakeries. Manos is very responsive and regularly checked in to see all was ok. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Great Apartment

Great apartment, Manos was very helpful. Acropolis is 10 to 15 min away by taxi. There is also a beach 8 min. away, Costa Del Sol, with a nice restaurant and inflatable water park.

Wonderful view in Palaio Faliro

The apartment was large and well-maintained. True to the photos. Well-stocked with dishes and linens. Good wi-fi. A brief problem with the A/C gave us one uncomfortable night, but it was dealt with by the next day. Beautiful, breezy views of the Marina Floisvos from two balconies, and the distant Acropolis visible from the third. Couldn't beat that! We enjoyed seeing the yachts in the marina by day and the lights of Piraeus beyond at night. Nice residential neighborhood with a supermarket just down the street and a bakery a few blocks away. There is a constant hum of traffic noise from the busy main road that passes the marina, but we know the area and expected that. Our balcony breakfasts were completely serene when we used our noise-cancelling headphones! We drove to the apartment, but there are also easy transportation connections nearby. There is a lovely promenade all along the sea in this area--makes for great evening walks! We much prefer this area to staying in the center of Athens, and this apartment would be one of our top choices when we return. Manos was helpful and very easy to work with. Thank you for the delicious orange-cake!

Great apartment with amazing view from 3 balconies

We stayed at the apartment for one week in May, and we were very pleased with everything. The apartment is large, with a big kitchen and a big living room with a large dining table. The weather was so good , so we were only inside to sleep in the bedrooms, otherwise we used the balconies. From one of them you can actually see Acropolis in clear weather, and the others have the amazing view of the marina, the sea and Piræus in the background. At night the sight is beautiful too with all the lights. The area is nice, with lots of trees and plants. Of course there is some traffic noise, but you get used to that. The main bathroom is great, and the second is also very nice. Everything was clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. We had Greek salad every day for lunch and went out for dinner, so we didn't cook. There is a supermarket very close, with great feta and olives. Manos was really nice and made us feel very welcome. His assistant had baked a very tasty orange pie, which we enjoyed several days. Nice touch also with local products, and the shampoos etc . The tram is 3 minutes away, thus handy for going to Athens and Piræus. You can walk to the beach or it is 3 stops on the tram. The apartment is a perfect place if you want to sunbathe and swim, but also if you want to go the Athens and Piræus. We can only give our best recommendations.

Perfect appartement voor bezoek aan Athene en omgeving

Als je het ideale vakantieverblijf zoekt voor Athene en omgeving dan heb je het bij deze gevonden. Aan de ene kant in de nabije omgeving van het appartement de relaxte sfeer van de jachthaven 'Flisvos Marina', de boulevard, het strand en de woonwijk met op loopafstand alle winkels die je nodig hebt (bakker, groenteboer en supermarkt). En aan de andere kant op 20 bus-minuten het bruisende centrum van Athene met alle bezienswaardigheden. Andere reisopties naar het centrum zijn de tram (40 minuten) of de taxi (10-15 minuten). Overigens allemaal met vertrekhalte 100 m van het appartement. Het appartement zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt werkelijk fantastische uitzichten vanaf de balkons op de 7e etage. De beheerder Manos is ontzettend klantvriendelijk. Niet alleen vooraf pro actief informeren naar aankomsttijd en dergelijke, maar ook tijdens de vakantie per whatsapp vragen of alles OK is. Tel daarbij als bonus diverse Griekse lekkernijen als warm welkom bij aankomst en de keuze is gemaakt toch?

Holiday in a fantastic location

We had a nice holiday in Athens. We have never had such a great apartment. The view from the three balconies is fantastic. The rooms are large and exactly like in the pictures shown. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, with dishes and towels, bed linen, etc. The sea for swimming is very close, the marines with park just a few meters away and station of tram, bus, and taxi is just 30 m away, it can not be better. If you have any questions or need help you can reach Manos by phone or in person to the site. Thanks for the great week we will be back

Absolutely fine!

The flat ist very big and has everthing you need during your vacances ( p.e. Washing Machine). Mr. Manos was very kind and had some Welcome Presents for us. He helped us with our questions. We are very happy.

Excellent location and service

It was a great experience. The apartment was equipped with all the necessities and in all details. The property fits all the mentioned specs and more. We enjoyed the sea view especially at the evening in front of the FLISVOS MARINA. The apartment is close to the beach and to the city's hotspots. The housekeeping was on point. Mr. Manos was very kind and helpful... highly recommended.

Amazing views, service and space!

We cannot say enough about this place. The views spectacular from all the patios (3 of them!). The living space was huge and very clean. There was hot water for all of us to shower and air conditioning that was easy to use. The washing machine was nice to have as well. We had a lovely welcome by Manos at 1am when we arrived by plane. They had brought us a wonderful welcome package with lovely Greek treats. We were across the street from the pier which had lots going on in the evenings. The transit system was very close getting us to the city centre easily. We would definitely recommend this place!
