In the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards lies the Agriturismo San Pierino, in the midst of a plot of 7 hectares.

Villa is for max. 6 persons ( inclusive children).

On the ground floor of the house are: 1 kitchen with living room and fireplace-stove, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower / WC, entrance, outdoor seating area.

The house is spacious, carefully furnished in Tuscan style and features fully equipped kitchens with stove, refrigerators, dishes, dishwasher, etc.
To use: private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) + a small pool with shower, pergola, barbecue with tables and chairs, sun loungers, private parking, 1 acre garden (fenced), private entrance gate with remote control.

Here you will find the ideal setting if you want to enjoy peace and serenity to the fullest.

The big turnaround to all its guests a quiet place to stay to find and offers ideal opportunities for the children play safely.

Villa is situated in the Siena region within close proximity ( 1,5 km ) to the typically Tuscan village of Radicondoli.
This picturesque medieval place is set on a hill and offers a marvellous view of the surrounding landscape.
Radicondoli is a lovely little village which has kept its special Italian charakter and welcomes guests from all around the world.
In Radicondoli you will find small shop, bakery, pizzeria, restaurants, bars, bank with bank machine , post office, pharmacy, tennis court.
Surrounding nature invites for walk and bikes and other activities, such as horse riding and mountain bike tours. Wonderful walking country.

The central location makes it possible to reach the art historically famous towns of Tuscany in a short time: Florence 70 km , Siena 38 km , San Gimignano 38 km , Volterra 42 km, the abbey of San Galgano, the Chianti - wine region etc . The Maremma and the Mediterrenean sea are reached by a good road with little traffic ( Follonica 64 km, Punta Ala).

Not included are:
towels ( please take yours or you can rent set of towels Euro 8.- / 1 person / week)

Family pets are permitted, under the following conditions:
- the pet owner will be responsible for the overall good behaviour of their pet;
- the pet will cause any damage to the property;
An additional fee of 40.- Euros/ 1 pet will be charged

Damage deposit of Euro 250,00 (in cash) for whole house is requested at the time of arrival ( It will be returned on departure).
