¡Lo último en lujo! Casa unifamiliar contemporánea que ofrece 2 master suites cada una con su propia bañera de hidromasaje. El primer piso tiene acceso al garaje y al vestíbulo inferior. En el segundo piso encontrarás todos los espacios habitables. Hay una gran sala de estar, ideal para la noche de cine familiar. También tienes el comedor, perfecto para toda la cena familiar. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar para preparar la cena juntos, ¡y hay asientos en el bar en la cocina para espacio adicional! También hay un gran porche proyectado, así como asientos con balcón abierto. En este nivel también se encuentra la primera suite principal con un gran baño privado, que incluye una bañera de hidromasaje.

Arriba tiene los otros 3 dormitorios. Dos habitaciones de invitados tienen dos camas individuales cada una. También hay una cama doble con una cama nido ubicada en la alcoba sobre las escaleras. La segunda suite principal tiene una cama king y un baño completo con bañera de hidromasaje. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the view of the sound, the dock and the screened porch. The house is very well equipped and has a great layout for 2 families. We did have water issues with gray water and grit in the tubs when the hot water was used and this was a problem throughout the week. Bathroom plumbing needs to be updated...downstairs master shower was basically a trickle and the temperature was hard to regulate. Overall, the house is clean and has been maintained. Updating is needed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location overlooking the waterway. It's a great place from which to go paddle boarding and kayaking when the tide is up. It's also an easy walk to the beach. However, the "sleeps 10" is a bit misleading as the sofa bed in the loft really is not good for 2 people and one of the children had to sleep on an air mattress in the large walk in closet. It is also frustrating that although it "sleeps 10" the table only seats 6 and we brought a card table and extra folding chairs so that we can all eat dinner together. The decor is lovely and the place is bright and cheery but the DVD player did not work.

Roomy for eight with a little daybed alcove if someone needs their own space. Terrific bathrooms and a half bath on the first floor. Well supplied kitchen and an extra fridge downstairs for overflow. And the long pier reaches out to the bird-filled marsh. The. house is clean and linens supplied. We couldn’t be happier.

The home is beautifully appointed, roomy enough for 8-9 adults, well supplied in the kitchen, and situated on the sound and a quick walk across the street to the sugar sand beach. IntraCoastal was very responsive to a request during our stay. We would rent this lovely home again.

All was fine with the exception of the tv and Internet service. Each tv requires a couple of remotes and a page of instructions to turn it on. This year the internet service was so slow that we had to go to Panera to get a connection to use for work. Other than the tech stuff, everything was wonderful.

The property has been well kept and if feels like a home - not just a sterile rental property. Last time we used the kayaks. We expected them again so it was disappointing to see them chained up. Otherwise very nice stay.
