Esta encantadora villa se encuentra estratégicamente ubicada entre dos hermosas zonas: Paguera y Santa Ponsa. A tan solo 5 minutos de las playas, supermercados, farmacias, bancos, restaurantes, campos de golf, parques infantiles y los puertos más destacables como son puerto de Andratx y puerto Portals entre otros.
Además, se encuentra ubicada a 10 minutos del impresionante Paseo Marítimo de Palma y cerca de los lugares más destacados de la isla.

La casa cuenta con 4 habitaciones y 4 baños, un espacioso jardín con césped distribuido en varias zonas en las que podemos disfrutar de sol y/o sombra; la zona de barbacoa, solarium con tumbonas, zona infantil, etc. Todo esto alrededor de una amplia piscina con total privacidad y todo en un mismo nivel sin escaleras.
También ofrece estacionamiento bajo techo dentro de la propiedad, al mismo nivel ,en el patio, lo cual resulta sumamente práctico.
Todas las habitaciones, el salón y la cocina disponen de aire acondicionado y calefacción, lo que garantiza comodidad tanto en vacaciones de verano como en invierno.
Además, la casa ha sido decorada y renovada con esmero para brindar un ambiente confortable ideal para unas vacaciones en familia.

Wunderbar

Wir haben wunderbare 10 Tage in Mahels Haus verbracht und werden wieder kommen! Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet durch die wunderbare Gastgeberin Mahel. Der Garten sieht noch schöner aus als auf den Fotos. Wir mieten regelmäßig Häuser und Fincas auf Mallorca , hier fühlten wir uns besonders wohl. In der Nähe sind mehrere Strände, teilweise zu Fuß zu erreichen, gute Einkaufsmögöichkeiten, schöne Restaurants und Cafés. Eine tolle Ferienunterkunft!

Wonderful, cozy home

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely Finca. We were a family of 8. Due to 4 sleeping rooms and bathrooms there was enough space for all of us. The garden with the pool is amazing. At every time of the day you can sit in cozy seats in the sun or enjoy bathing in the pool. The interiour is really good. The master bedroom is a dream! The kitchen has everything you need for preparing dinner and the BBQ station is also very good. The overlays on the sun lounger needs to be replaced, but the owner ordered already and is waiting for them. The beds are ok. The washing room has also enough space for doing laundry and drying them. The contact with owner Mahel was very good and everything went smoothly without any problems! For sure we will come again. Thanks!

The villa is lovely, especially the garden and pool. Our young grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and loved feeding lettuce to the resident turtles. Mahal is a very attentive host, and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The villa is well-equipped and very comfortable.

You can clearly tell that everything about this property has been so well thought out. It didn't have a 'holiday home rental' feel to it what so ever. It felt like a family home. I don't think I have ever stayed somewhere so well equipped for lots of people. We lost count of how many places there were to sit! Loads of cups, plates, cutlery etc so you didn't have to keep on top of the washing up after every meal. Pool and garden area were amazing. SO many options of places to sit, inside & out. Great to have a seating and dining option undercover for when the heat is too much. The property is incredibly spacious and was literally perfect for our families needs. A whole separate annex style area for my sister to stay with her baby which meant we didn't get disturbed in the night. Cot was already set up for the baby. Air conditioning working in every room which was great to keep cool! A whole separate area for washing machine and washing lines etc was perfect. In a great location which is close enough for a short drive to the beach, but also close to restaurants if you wanted to walk. Very close to supermarket (5min drive) The owner of the property couldn't have been more helpful. She welcomed us so warmly with open arms and it really felt like she was so happy to open her home to us. She helped us with ordering taxis & paella restaurant recommendations aswel!Cannot thank the owner enough. We are missing that little slice of heaven so much already! Thank you!!

Family wedding in Mallorca

We visited Mallorca for a family wedding. We had family staying in different places and this property was a great place to host a group for barbecue and conversation. Great neighborhood, quiet, but close to the beach/tourist area. Great property and awesome host.

Finca mit wunderschönem Garten

Mahel ist eine wunderbare, sehr herzliche Vermieterin. Sie wohnt direkt am Haus und war bei Fragen sofort zur Hilfe da. Das Haus, insbesondere die Küche, ist sehr gut ausgerüstet, was sicherlich auch daran liegt, dass Mahel hier sonst selbst wohnt. Das absolute Highlight des Hauses ist der Garten mit dem sehr großen Pool. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es gibt viele verschiedenen Ecken, um sich zu sonnen oder im Schatten zu entspannen. Im Garten leben einige Schildkröten. Tipp: Mahel hat für unsere Gruppe an einem Abend Paella bestellt, die im Ort abgeholt werden und mit nach Hause genommen kann. Sehr lecker! Absolute Empfehlung!

Amazing villa with an even more amazing host

This villa was everything we expected and more! This is privately owned so like a home from home. It is huge with plenty of room for two families, which we were. If I could give 6 stars, I would. There is a separate annexe which is great for older kids to have their own space but within the huge grounds so safe. We had two cars and plenty of off street parking on the drive. The pool is huge and so warm! There are lots of different seating areas in the garden which made lunch and dinner when we didn’t eat out a lovely place to be. Great BBQ and cooking facilities with a dishwasher to do all the work. We have stayed in many villas as part of a chain but they can be very clinical with small pools, whereas this villa is far more homely and we felt relaxed from the minute we walked in. Mahel as a host is unbelievable, so very kind and can’t do enough to help. Recommended restaurants and even gave us a lift to one. She also made the most amazing pancakes for the kids!!! We had a sick child while we were there and she was so kind to us, helping us out and even offering for us to stay longer if needed as an ear infection left my son unable to fly. It is a little walk to the closest restaurants and main town but less than 10 minutes which given how amazing the villa is was not a problem. If you are looking to stay in Santa Ponsa, this is the place!!!! We will be back!!! Thank you Mahel for letting us stay and being a true ‘Earth Angel’.

Wonderful Finca in a great location

Stay could not have been better - it was one of our favourite ever holidays. Mael was excellent not on prior to arriving but also during our stay and could not do enough for us - such a pleasure. The Finca is perfect - (we were a family of 4 + 2 grandparents) and had absolutely everything we needed either within the finca or lots of activities close by. Would 100% recommend ! Relaxing family holiday

The Villa was just as described and as wonderful as we expected. Absolutely right for our family holiday. Communication with Mahel was a little sporadic during booking, due to unusual circumstances - but it was fine over the stay and Mahel was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful family villa

The house is even more beautiful in reality than on the pictures! A lot of charm inside, great rooms, large kitchen and the garden is a gem with pool, a lot of seating spaces, barbecue, playground sourrounded by flowers and trees. Little turtles in the garden are a perfect little attraction for children. We stayed there with 7 adults and 3 children and had a lot of space and a great time - it's perfect for families. Mael is very friendly and always helpful (she even took two of us to Calvia because it was on her way). It is close to the airport and well situated to discover beautiful spots nearby. We will return for sure!

Very enjoyable stay with idyllic gardens

The house and gardens are a lovely oasis where you can relax and enjoy your holiday, almost to the point of not wanting to leave to see the surrounding areas! Mahel, the owner, is incredibly friendly and helpful - on arrival she took us on a tour of local area, showing us how to access the 2 nearby beaches and facilities. She also took the time to recommend activities and booked us a restaurant for my partner’s 40th. She is incredibly responsive to any needs we had, without being intrusive. The love and care she has for her house can also be felt in the way she deals with her guests. This part of the island has a little bit of everything with access to more touristy areas if that’s your thing, but also to quieter areas. We would recommend the costal drive (Ma10) with stunning villages starting at Port d’Andratx winding up through Soller finishing at Monestir de Lluc. The garden and pool are simply ideal, there is always somewhere in shade due to excellent design and plentiful seating areas. Our daughter loved the pool (stocked with inflatables and balls), and we all fell in love with the turtles, who you can hand feed. House is well stocked to be able to cook and bbq for large groups and the supermarket is just a quick drive away. We all had a fabulously relaxing holiday. Would come back again and would recommend this property and owner to anyone who is looking for a relaxing piece of paradise. Thank you.

Wunderbar und sehr Herzlich

Sehr schöne, libevoll eingerichtete, gepflegte und vor allem sehr saubere Villa mit komplett geschlossenem Bering. Austattung der Villa an dem es an nichts fehlt. Aussenbereich mit Pool lädt zum veweilen ein. Die Gastgeberin Mahel ist sehr nett und fürsorglich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bekümmert. Die Lage an de Costa Calma, sowie andere kleineren Stranddörfer ermöglichen kurze Ausflüge zu Fuss oder in nur wenigen Autominuten. Viele und gute Restaurants, sowie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Villa und würden jederzeit zurückgekommen . Verreist als Ehepaar mit 2 kleinen Hunden

Urlaub im Traumhaus und Garten - einfach paradiesisch!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen und das Haus und der Garten entsprechen 100 prozentig den Fotos und Angaben. Unsere jungen Erwachsenen haben das Pool besonders geliebt! Wir haben jede Minute dort im und am Haus genossen, die Einrichtung ist mit liebevollen Details ausgestattet und der Garten wunderschön. Kochen und Grillen ist kein Problem, alles vorhanden, auch ein großer Kühlschrank. Es stehen sogar 4 Bäder zur Verfügung. Jeden Morgen haben wir mit einem Kaffee an unserem Lieblingsplatz (auf den Liegen am Buddha) mit Blick auf das Haus und den Pool gelegen und den Tag begrüßt. Highlight des Urlaubs war unsere Gastgeberin: Mahel ist so liebenswert, hilfsbereit und hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Mit Restaurant- und Strandtipps hat sie uns versorgt. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und entdecken sicher noch mehr von der traumhaften Umgebung! 8 Tage waren definitiv zu kurz. Katja, Heiko, Denise, Leon, Christina und Paula

Eine fantastische Finca in Santa Ponça

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen auf dieser gepflegten und sauberen Anlage erlebt. Die Finca befindet sich in einer ruhigen und sehr gepflegten Gegend, ca. 5 Minuten vom wundervollen Strand entfernt. Man kann sehr entspannt und privat seinen Urlaub genießen. Die Gastgeberin Mahel muss hier extra erwähnt werden, sie ist eine sehr liebenswerte und kompetente Frau. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt perfekt für einen Familien Urlaub. Man findet schönes Spielzeug, Küchenutensilien und wird kaum etwas vermissen. Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten und viele Klimageräte sorgen für Abkühlung bei hohen Temperaturen. Der Pool ist circa 10 × 5 m groß und wird sehr gut gepflegt und war bei unserem Urlaub in perfektem Zustand. Auch der Garten und die vielen Lounge-Bereiche sind durchweg hochwertig und laden zum entspannten Relaxen ein. Wir werden wiederkommen! Danke Mahel!

Schön und liebevoll

Wir durften zehn wunderschöne Tage hier verbringen. Die Finca ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, für jedes Schlafzimmer ist ein Bad vorhanden, auch in der großen offenen Küche fehlt es an nichts. Der Gartenbereich ist ein absoluter Traum, neben dem Pool gibt es in dem großen Garten viele verschiedene Plätze, um gemütlich die Sonne zu genießen. Für uns und unsere Kinder ganz wunderbar, war das kleine Kletter- und Spieleparadies im Garten neben dem Haus, auch den Kindern fehlte es hier an nichts. Mahel, die Besitzerin ist eine super tolle Frau, sie kümmert sich hervorragend um ihre wunderschöne Finca und ihre Gäste !! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

la casa esta situada entre dos zonas turísticas paguera y santa ponsa es muy privada muy grande es ideal para vacaciones en familia con niños abuelos muy comoda muy practica para disfrutar del jardín porche y piscina....

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Se trata de una finca en la que se respira paz y tranquilidad por el poco ruido que hay, la intimidad que ofrece este alojamiento es sorprendente. Por otro lado hay que destacar la facilidad que tiene moverse por esta casa, ya que todo se encuentra en la misma planta y ademas disponemos de parking en la misma planta con sombra, ideal para cualquier familia con niños o gente mayor. La privacidad, la tranquilidad y la calidad de este alojamiento la hace especial y la mayoría de huéspedes suelen repetir.
